bit far away from Algiers city, but a coool place to spend week end...

Amazing views, good service but the food is over priced.

Sheraton decided to open a hotel in the middle of nowhere... Fine at least give some activities for the pool. There is nothing except pool beach nd gym... If u wanna go to the city its far, if u fancy tk buy a chocolate bar or soke chips there are no shops around, staff is rude they don't help at all, was super hungry, restaurant open at 7pm, eventually ordered room service, ask for help regarding if they have a sheesha place some said no some said down by the beach, the sheesha place isin the main building 1st floor. Ordered mint tea it came cold with loads of sugar sheesha taste like nothing, called to order breakfast to be delivered at 10:30am, 10:40 i call to ask where is my breakfast they had no idea aboit it the night staff didn't leave a note about it nd they didn't give any alternative...

Very bad experience

Excellent hotel. The most beautiful we could do in Algiers. The suite was very spacious and immaculate. Seen on sea with private beach. We stayed there a week. It was perfect !!

A club that lives up to its reputation. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. All the staff are polite, available and attentive. Thank you to Hicham from the reception who was attentive and professional when we had to extend our stay by a day because of a small ear infection. Thank you also to the always smiling and available restaurant staff and to the chef who exceptionally prepared salt-free purees for our 6 month old baby.
It remains to redo the paint that is flaking on the balcony of the suite we have reserved and the cleaning of the private beach: outside of the seasons, we found some plastic waste in the sand
Also lacking bathrobes and slippers in the rooms

Nice hotel, spacious, nice good service, great pool and friendly staff.

Excellent location with a private beach, great spa, very nice hotel, great breakfast, very friendly staff very helpful and very smiling, you feel too good there, you can spend all day in relaxation mode without getting bored , a hotel that deserves these 5 stars, one of the best hotel I have stayed in.

4 days for a wedding. The evening was very well managed, the rooms and the frames are top. On the other hand, the staff is not very friendly, slow (room service) and the food is downright bad (expensive reheated pizza, bad entrees - do not go to what they call "La Trattoria"). Stay quite nice but certainly not up to the name. It is of the level of a good 3 stars.

Its place is excellent but the service is very mediocre

Never trust the bookings by phone, they tell you it's done but when you move you can not find anything, and the receptionist to tell you that it does not matter the agent surely had to forget to register the coup you pay your room more expensive

Here for a business trip. It's a beautiful and secured place.
Nice people, good swimming pool, right in front of the beach.
If you are ready to pay half the average monthly salary of a local guy per night, go there.

I loved this hotel, it is worthy of its five stars, the lobby alone is worth the detour

Room was big, spacious but not well maintained at all. The balcony was full of dust. Furniture paint was peeling... bathroom sink was clogged and room was smelling bad. Room service menu is very limited but the prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful but English is a big issue.

Second time in this hotel and enjoyed it. Very nice and friendly staff (thanks).
The lounge is quite good and has a tea hour followed by some snacks.
The buffet breakfast in the main restaurant is amazing.
Rooms are spacious but a bit aged!

Showed up at 8pm, after an awful flight only to have to wait for a room! At 8pm? Why pay for a branded hotel if they can t have a room for every booking? NOT recommended.

We are having a nightmarish night !!!!!
Hell heat and ruthless mosquitoes and no air conditioning !!!! We asked for a technician who never shows up !! Customer service no longer answers the phone !!!!
Not to mention what is missing in the room: no toothbrush kit, no mules or slippers, no notepad.
Frankly this is the worst Sheraton

It was only a 24hrs stay, but was enough to have a feel of the whole experience. Staff was welcoming and remained cortiuos until the check out. Room service was delivered within promised timeframe. Delicious seafood and nice breakfast. Gym and tennis courts are top notch, and the pool by the beach is the icing on top of the cake. Thank you for the hospitality. Au revoir

It's just a Sheraton Hotel and has nothing special.

Beautiful locations and rooms with panoramic and paradisiacal views of the beach.

Superbe etablissement a la base. Mais des errances au niveau de l'entretien de certains endroits telle que la boite ou les toilettes commune.

Had a decent experience, but from all the 5 stars hotels that I ve been to , this one didn t fulfill my expectations.

je suis chef de cuisine et j'ai trouver que le niveau de la gastro dans ce resto est magnifique.

Very bad experience this time.. Housekeeping was well below standard. There were visible stains on the bed covers..!! Seems like it had not been changed after the previous guest used the room.. I saw a couple of cockroaches in the room as well. One was crawling around where the tea/coffee set up was placed, and another was crawling on the wall.. Never expected something like this from a Sheraton hotel..

Hotel and site beautiful but service and average and prices too high

The establishment has deteriorated a lot for two years.

Bookings done a month ago, we reach at 2pm the rooms are not ready! I am informed that the room would be ready in 15 minutes... its 4.15pm and the rooms and not ready and noone seems to know when they will be! Extremely disappointing

Decent rooms. Good location by the sea . Stavoli area close by offers good , cheap dining options. Large and well maintained gym

towel, tooth brush, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. are always empty.

Lobby Bathroom very dirty, and the staff wasn't that helpful except the garage employee

Too bad that the home and the service are not up to par. Unpleasant staff not to say badly brought up.
