It was good in general. But it doesn't really feel like a 5*

to flee, we had to spend a reservation for two new bride (wedding night) at 85000 DA be over 620 euros! and we were denied access because we had no family delivered on us (be told they do not accept unmarried couples) while the alcohol flows afloat in the hotel! and no details were made about the delivered family at the time of booking! which spoiled our wedding night! we turned to the sofitel which they do not require family deliveries and were able to book in all tranquility and with the congratulations of the staff. never again I would set foot in the sheraton who also feels the pee at the parking between which gives an idea of the quality of service for a saying 5 stars!

Could be better if toothpaste and brush and razor were available in rooms and complimentary.

The downside all jet skis around make the stay less peaceful. We should limit access.

The hotel was good. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Nice view of the beach. Executive lounge very pleasant and snacks and drinks from 18:00-20:00.

The staff is very kind the food is mediocre at best and extremely over priced

It's a pretty standard Sheraton with little touches that make you realise you're in Algeria rather than somewhere like the UAE. E.g. the standards are just slightly lower in almost every department - from guest interaction to bathroom cleanliness to food service. Small things that count, especially when you're expecting 5 star service in what's rated as a 5 star hotel. Also a very confusing layout (feels like it was built as a bunker rather than as a hotel).

This seaside resort is a great place to spend an evening, and you don t need to be a guest of the resort. Anyone can enjoy dining in one its fantastic restaurants and sipping cocktails in its bars.

Dine on Italian cuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine or Asian cuisine at one of the resort s restaurants, or enjoy seafood at its seasonal terrace restaurant while overlooking the bay. Afterwards, head to the resort s lounge for some live music played on the piano, or sip on a cocktail in the chic lobby bar.

Too classy, and super nice for a coffee with friends

It's a good hostel with good services, but for me in algiers I wanna give it the third place. If you want more about the first and seconde place let me know that, and I'll keep you informed ;)

Frankly apart from the Nautilus restaurant I spent horrible hours lack of professionalism atrocious poor manager a room filled with the smell of cold tobacco to vomit prices not nrml and steals on top of the market

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Service was top notch, only downside was that the tap water was not potable.

Really not worthy of a 5 star rooms rotten water leak in the bathroom n unprofessional staff of the tt I strongly advise you to 3 stars for the setting the beautiful view of the sea is everything more works currently at 100 m

Expensive hotel without proper service and communication.

This is a huge hotel a bit outside Algiers, with a nice beach, excellent pools, a big nice gym and a relaxing spa. The hotel houses six or seven restaurants, depending on the season and the day of the week. The hotel provides a decent wireless internet connection.

That being said, after spending two weeks at this hotel I am surprised by the low quality of the service. The waiters in the restaurants seem to actively avoid eye contact to give you service. And any follow up to an order is taking forever as well - make sure you are not in a hurry when going to a restaurant, especially the "Brasserie", just a coffee takes a while. And check your cutlery and glasses before you start eating, on several occasions I've got dirty ones.

A few highlights does exist, the sushi chef and the women working in the spa all provided excellent service and was very friendly! For a restaurant recommendation I recommend the PanAsian restaurant. The Italian restaurant was okay, but unfortunately they were lacking so many ingredients so their menu was practically halved for both of the weeks that I stayed.

By the way, it says no smoking just about everywhere, but it doesn't seem like it is being followed up very well. People openly smoking in corridors and in the rooms.

So all in all, staying two weeks in a place where you have the impression that the staff seemed to wish that both you and they were somewhere else, isn't really nice at all and is the main reason for the low score.

If you go to Algiers, this is the only decent place to stay. Don t expect much from the staff, however, as they lack any kind of attention to detail. Rooms are not always cleaned properly when you check in, so be aware.

Over priced . Personnel working in the reception very unprofessional, I had to wait half an hour because they take all their time to talk to their friends, rooms are old, breakfast over priced . Cold swimming pool. The only good thing is the beach

Hotel has improved so much recently especially thanks to the great staff they have in particular Chahnez and Julien. My father (Ali Z) is a regular to the hotel and we're truly happy with the experience we've had. This is the hotel to be if you're visiting Algiers for business or for tourism, it's a no-brainer!

Always equal to itself thanks for the Marriott chain.

I think the managers should be fired, the service remains has improved and the maintenance is not worthy of a hotel 5 *

A very nice hotel but its location is not strategically far from the city, the distance is very near 40 minutes!

It is an excellent hotel located a few meters from the beach with all the amenities and with a very nice and enjoyable private beach, beautiful sea, not really impeccable service but at the height
