I think the service is very good, very well taken care of and good prices in the stay. Very good attention to customers.

They have a very attentive and warm staff, very respectful and friendly, definitely if I have to stay at a hotel I would do it there, congratulations to a young man who was passing by and greeted me with a smile that felt very sincere Sergio Lazaro I think he told me called, Sheraton take care of your staff that is very good

Good pools, good restaurants, fast service and very attentive employees

Top notch resort with excellent rooms and facilities. Wish I could give is 4.5 stars though because the amount of conventions and weddings held here kind of kill the relaxation of your vacation. But besides that, loved it.

It is always a pleasure to stay here. Its beach is not recommended but the location of the hotel is privileged.

They give you a discount stub, which in the end does not apply to you because everything is conditioned. They should not give anything. It is only a hook to consume ren the hotel.

The only thing that I did not like about the hotel, that I did not have a hospitality room but I was very comfortable in the hotel.

There was a rave on the beach just outside the night we were here and we heard everything right through the walls. The front desk can't/won't do anything about it and we couldn't sleep at all.

We have been coming here for 20 years. It is a nice place and I would give it 4 stars expcept they have started to charge owners for internet.

DO NOT EXPECT TO PURCHASE A DAY PASS!! I am a Starwood SPG Platiunum Member and I practically lived and stayed at this property for 4 months last year. Today I visited the property for a day pass and the Concierge flatly refused to provide me with a pass. The reason they are too busy and I cannot expect to have a day pass until after August 20. And I am not allowed to use the pools even if I come for a meal such as breakfast or dinner and I am not allowed to visit the pool even if I visit the spa for a treatment.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this property and the way I was treated today. When I looked at the pools there was nobody there and the chairs were empty.

This property has gone down in customer service and making their guests feel appreciated and providing the service that they deserve. Make sure you contact resorts head of time to find out their day pas specials but I highly recommend that you DO NOT VISIT THIS PROPERTY!!

Excellent rooms with sea view, a large buffet, and very quiet sea, you can really enjoy a stay there.

I have already seen it and it looks the same I went in May and we return in October and the chido gives you pina colada discount in happy hour

It is a hotel with old facilities although they are under renovation, bad attention from the concierge Lourdes bad attitude and availability, the wifi is terrible and has charge to the room, the food is good not very good hygiene in some restaurants, the beach is beautiful but the type of sand is not very fine, beware of the hedgehogs in that hotel because of the breakwater there are many. The medical service costs 800 pesos and 50 USD.

The place is very good. But the service is poor if you are not a foreigner. If you are from Mexico, nobody attends to you, nobody comes to see what you need or what is offered.

It is supposed to be all inclusive and you have to be hunting and begging the service.

Second time I am in this good and beautiful place and I will continue to visit it as many times as I require.

Service a bit more and more bad .. unhelpful workers.

NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
The room service food costs $ 50 for the service even if you have everything included.
FOOD: Terrible, the Buffet does not add salt to anything and the service to the room is not said. It took 40 minutes to get the food, and they even gave me cold chicken that was left over from the buffet.
SERVICE: WORST. Do not expect attention from the waiters, much less in the pool, they make you stand up for your drinks because they seem to always be busy, even in the low season.
In the restaurant they assigned me a table and then they took me away with the excuse that I was already occupied.
I was served coffee in a dirty cup.
ROOMS: I could hear those in the room on the side sighing, apparently the walls are made of thin rock, and everything is heard.
They went to touch me at 8:30 a.m. to see if I wanted something from the extra mini bar ...
The rooms are delivered clean even until 3 p.m.
IF YOU WANT GOOD ATTENTION AND HOLIDAYS WITHOUT STRESS I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING THIS HOTEL.

So so, nice staff and facilities. Black mold in pools made me wonder about cleanliness/health. Timeshares are hard sell

We've been been coming down here for 25 years! This is a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. They have several places to eat. And there is a whole ton of places if you want to take a walk. You cam walk into town from the Sheraton, but if you want to go to the Old Town, you should take a cab.

Spent a week as all-inclusive package. Best place we ve stayed at so far. Staff are super friendly, drinks are top-shelf, a la cart restaurants were very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was not too busy. Stay away from the horse shoe tequila .

Good hotel, next to the sea, small beach, Pacific style. It has the name of Sheraton but not the level. They could not even add my Bonvoy number to the reservation even though I reported it 3 months earlier. Zero answers to my emails. They do not accept American Express, or at least the system never works for them. The service can be very friendly or very rude, chaotic selection of staff. The offer for breakfast and lunch changes little, bored the third day. The kitchen is very slow in the a la carte restaurants. The Concierge service works quite well. They do not accept packages. The bussines center works very well.

This was our 2nd time at Sheraton and thanks to the staff especially at the Sheraton Club who were so helpful and accommodating to us, the Sheraton Club is a big plus for us to return.

Good place to take good food vacations good facilities and excellent service from the staff

Is good. The second pool is much better. It should finish the wet areas. And the lunch club display the drinks to know what there is to drink.

Super close to the boardwalk on foot !! Very good option to stay

Awesome place. First off let me say the staff is awesome especially once you get to know them. The hotel is right on the main strip which is about a 10-15min walk to downtown. Inside the hotel is large yet welcoming. Main pool has a swim up bar and your a few steps from the beach. Full size gym if your not into laying out.

Everything else is fine, from the arrival, the room, which by the way some have a spectacular view of the sea, the bad is the beach, it is rocky and the sand is not at all thin

Excellent location. The center is a 10 minute walk.
The facilities are top notch. Good food and fancy drinks. 100 percent family atmosphere.
I exceeded my expectations.

Bad service and too many rocks on the beach. The rooms smell funny, I cannot say that they smell bad but a kind of humid and old smell.
