We just arrived from our trip and we wanted to highlight the excellent conditions of the hotel, its very good location close to everything, the kindness and cordiality, the benefits of the spa, the meals and the good service of all its personnel, mainly the attention of all the waiters highlighting the gentlemen Juan Manuel Aguayo, Alfredo Justo Diaz and his supervisor Andres De Leon. On the other hand also highlight Manuel for his attention on the beach.

For the name I expected something better compared to other hotels, it was all inclusive, but the day of your checkout you can not consume anything, no room to change and one or another staff did not have much disposition, even the most friendly, in the Refri of the room they only leave a beer could be better what they put of courtesy

We live it here, just back from our 3rd trip in 5 years but for the first time ever a little dissapointed. The food quality is slipping and the pool is falling apart. Our son (and others) cut his hand on broken tiles in the bottom.of the pool. The resort doctor was nice but the Hotel in a follow up email didn't care.

The resort has a very friendly staff and is well maintained. Outside, it has a beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, and buffets. Every night, there is a show at the far end of the property. For instance, Mexican Fiesta is the theme one night. The show involves a mariachi band. The food served is traditional Mexican food. The rooms for this resort were sufficient. However, they are currently being renovated. Depending on when and what you book, you will get a new room or an old room.

Very good attention. The facilities are luxurious, the water in the warm pool, good accessibility to the beach, the beds are a delight. The only thing that would improve (I do not know if the hotel has power or inference in it) is the sand on the beach ... It is very painful to walk on it by the stones, maybe they could put sand like in new Vallarta ...

This is our favourite hotel in Puerto Vallarta. They are constantly upgrading areas of the hotel and the service in incredible. I love the open-air hallways that afford you an incredible ocean view (I can always feel the stress just melt away when I arrive).

The staff is incredibly accommodating and the food is delicious. We never stay as an all-inclusive as food in Puerto Vallarta is very reasonable and we prefer to try local restaurants. We love that this hotel is just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta, and getting downtown is only a 15 minute walk away (or a 5 minute inexpensive taxi ride).

The one downside to this property is that the time-share staff can be somewhat overbearing at times. You just need to be assertive and tell them that you're firmly not interested.

I request 2 rooms to stay with my family they make me wait for an extra hour because my room wasn't ready at 15:20, after that the receptionist didn't give us the bracelet and the major surprise is that one of the rooms had a bottle of milk More

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the problem is privacy in the bathroom; Glass walls in the toilet and shower, as well as a window in the latter that faces the room are not good features for a bathroom. Likewise the reception on their TV is terrible and falls completely at times.

Vallarta is a preferred port on a national and international level for its beauty, warmth of its people, first-rate hotel and gastronomic offer and of course its boardwalk, where you can walk admiring each space that is designed for tourism and locals.

This time we are enjoying the facilities of the Sheraton Hotel, which is located 10 minutes walk from the boardwalk, in the heart of the Tourist Zone.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, soft pillows to sleep soundly, the view from the balcony is spectacular, in the morning the sea of intense blue color and in the evening it is gray, I don't know if it is normal or is it some effect of the aforementioned eclipse. Incredible sunsets that this port has given us.

The restaurants are large, well decorated, comfortable and I must mention that the buffet is very varied, in fact it has not touched me in my experience of gastronomic offer to enjoy so much variety and especially quality products where it is very difficult to decide. The best Gourmet Mexican specialty restaurant I have visited, total elegance, piano music, extraordinary food, a total delight, unmatched service.

The service is really excellent, even though we have visited hotels with good service, I was impressed to realize what can be more, after knowing the level of attention of this place I think it will be difficult to find places that maintain this standard. In each area, at every moment an absolute attention.

Enjoying with the family, there are activities for children and very delicious specialty restaurants. After this vacation I think I will have to deal with a few extra kilos, how good they will be of good quality hahahaha.

Roberto, Pablo, Alfredo, Luis
Zaira. Congratulations !!!!!

My contribution, how it improves, is the animation area for children, even though there are scheduled activities, they are canceled or their schedule changes and those spaces leave them without activity. Only area to observe can be made improvements, everything else perfect.

The hotel has nice grounds and good amenities. The restaurant options seem nice though we headed into town for most meals. The staff are nice and eager to assist. The only downside was when we went to our room, the garbage cans had the previous guests refuse, and the shampoo and conditioner were absent. I assumed the room had not been fully turned over.

Very ordinary, nothing special, not worth the $$$. there are better options in PV in this price range.

Rooms are dated, we were told we were given an updated room on 'high floor' with a view. This was a bag of lies. Our room was not much different from 'non-updated' rooms. Our room was on the 3rd floor (it was actually 15th floor in elevator but the floor numbering only starts at 13 Lol!). We had partial ocean view and ugly roof of restaurant right in front :(

My husband is Platinum with SPG but the sneaky front desk folks tried their best not to extend standard platinum benefits like room upgrade, free internet, lounge access etc.

The pool is nothing special, pool bar had foul smell of some kind so did not try, the beach is rocky with little sand.

I left my iphone+wallet in a taxi that I took from the hotel and it took them 36 hours to figure out the taxi number from their security logs. They appear to keep a record of every vehicle that enters the property and have cameras all over the place so I cannot fathom what took them so long to give us the information. If they had acted faster I might have had a chance at recovering them before our departure the next day. The front desk supervisor Angelica was very rude to us and we had to literally ask her to control her attitude before she agreed to put us in direct contact with security manager. She made a show of doing us some extraordinary favor by providing the taxi number. That evening I asked to speak with the manager on duty so I can alert him of our poor experience at his hotel and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes and the manager never showed up!

That said they do have some honest employees who actually care for customer service but folks like Angelica and other front desk folks kill the overall experience.

I hope SPG management takes a look at this property and make amends. there is a lot of potential at this place but a few bad apples are dragging it down.

We stayed here the last night of our vacation in the Puerto Vallarta area and it was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean, the view from every room is facing the pool & ocean, and there are a lot of amenities on property or in the nearby area. Quick five minute walk to the malecon. Drinks from the swim up bar were a favourite!

Magnificent resort in Puerto Vallarta, the service at all times is very professional but at the same time warm. Large pools, excellent restaurants and a great location in the Bay of flags. One advantage is that it is located within the city, so you can also go out to eat or walk to nearby places.

My opinion about the hotel is that its location is very good since it is in the middle of the two most important things in Vallarta, the Malecon (downtown) and the commercial area. Its rooms are very well decorated and contain everything a beach hotel should contain. The service and employees are very good, all services are good in the sense that they have no defects in the realization or errors.

The worst all inclusive experience I have ever had...

The worst all inclusive experience I have ever had. Let me explain from beginning to the end:
- during the check in, they were not able to locate me with my last name because they entered it wrong. Then, they said they are going to change it but they never did.
- I asked for king size bed , got two double bed and called reception to change to another room since I was travelling alone, the receptionist said there s no room available . Then I asked a manager to call me. I waited 20 minutes but no one called me, then I headed downstairs to speak with a manager and he helped me to change my room.
- when you think about all inclusive package, you think it comes with everything including internet. So I had to pay extra for Internet. This was never mentioned neither during my booking nor during my check in. So I made a deal with them and paid less for the internet. They have an option to lower the price, but they cannot waive all the day. This is very strange to me. All inclusive packages I had with Secret Groups, Riu Hotels came with the Internet.
- there were not enough servers around the pool and I had to go to the bar by the reception to get drinks. I asked for food from a server and he said that 60 minutes wait time. Even the bar workers knew that service was pretty slow over there.
- when I went to the bar topless because there were no enough servers; they asked me to come back with a t-shirt on, but I saw a gentleman was sitting topless at a table at another time. Maybe they allowed him, because he was tipping a lot ???
- Sunday brunch, omg!!! That was a fiasco, Sheraton opens the door for the public for Sunday brunch and I had to wait extra to get a table. I didn t even get an omelette because the line up was insane 20-25 people were already waiting in this line. It was not a pleasant experience at all.
- on my last day, I went to reception to ask a question about my check out and they said that I can use the room until 1pm but I had to give my wrist band at 12pm. This was never mentioned during the check in. I told the gentleman that I didn t check in until 5pm, so it makes no sense. He said these are the rules sir ; not even accommodating.

I really do not recommend this hotel at all; please do not waste your time and book elsewhere. It was my 4th time in Mexico less than a year and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
