Very nice service and attention from the waiters and those who attended us on mothers' day. The very nice facilities and the delicious buffet all that tasted so much food, desserts and drinks

The hotel is comfortable.

It was a great experience overall. Great pool. Great staff. The only bad thing was that the beaches are rock, but the water is completely clear.

The bad:

It cannot be that in the middle of 2020 there are hotels that are still trying to charge the internet. I would understand if we were in 1995. Now practically all hotels give you free connection. Well, even One the hotels give free internet !!! Although the cost is not expensive, something like 90 a day, I feel like they will charge you for hot water or for the TV.

It is the first time I have stayed here and probably the last, although overall the hotel is not bad for its age, it is not the best value for the price you pay. Several times I stayed at the Westin (also quite old) but that personally I find it offers a better experience. From the pool to the service, for a very similar cost.

On the other hand the beach is quite ugly, although here the hotel cannot do much, if you are looking for a beautiful beach, look for another hotel. In general, beautiful beaches are not abundant in Vallarta.

The good:

The location, for those who do not bring their car, they can easily walk downtown for a walk or enjoy the wide culinary offer of Vallarta and thus avoid the all-inclusive hotel.

I was in this place for the Sunday brunch and because in general it is handled with good service, at the end of the day they are hoteliers and that is the specialty.

We were warmly greeted and the Brunch's first attention simply outstanding.

The hotel is very nice, although at very high prices, and the beaches of the area are frankly the ugliest, with a lot of stone.

Amazing hotel good trustworthy staff and good beach location, it is a bit farther south of the main strip and shops, etc. Don't let them talk you into the free stuff to watch a presentation it is a time share and you don't want it! But it makes it closer to the hills and jungle attractions like the zip line in the canopy! The predator set one is fun try it. Top the guys pleaee, they only make $20 US a day I watched it with my own eyes.

In the dining area, there were flies in the food, in the cold bar, one day they could air-condition and they did not arrive.

Giant hotel ... very American ... internet for a fee at stratospheric prices.
However clean and organized

Amazing resort! Grounds are well kept, very clean and plenty of beautiful plants. The views from either end are great with mountains out front and senset beach view out back. There is always enougg staff to assist and everyone is friendly. Plenty of chairs by the beach or pool side. The Sheraton has multiple amazing restaurants on site. We tried all of them except for then except the lobby bar and none of then diaaapointed. The stores carry a good selection of everything you need during a weekend getaway. Absolutely wonderful vacation staying here and we would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Sheraton, compared to our last visit the food was basic, drinks are great thou, the beds were smaller, cleaning staff came only once during our stay, the timeshare staff are relentless. The pool staff would only cater to paying customers rather than all inclusive customers. The Gaviotas restaurant uses very exotic language to describe a basic tamale. During our check out, staff was not friendly or asked about our stay.

One of the worst experiences ever... I reserved what it was called: [The Presidential Suite].... They put me in 2nd floor saying that everything is full and they can not do anything else... No explanation rather than saying that is an actual presidential room... I was like .... Anyway... Old style room, moist smelly and definitely far from what I expected!!!
