The all-inclusive package leaves much to be desired and is not cheap at all. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Except for the front desk. Damien and the Mgr with glasses were not friendly and borderline rude.

Renovated facilities, very nice, nice atmosphere, varied and well-seasoned food, BUT the pool waiters give very poor service, slow and fight in front of you to not attend, one of them is called Tamara, feels privileged, makes that the experience is bad and think about spending your money in other newer hotels and with a better customer service policy.

Simply, phenomenal ... Excellent service and very good place to arrive.

Spacious rooms, handheld shower & an overhead shower. Good food, inexpensive buffet $15-$25pp. Great views. Very friendly/helpful staff. Yellow cabs cheaper than white cabs by approx $10 to/from airport.

We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for 4 years and we always stay here, it is an excellent place to enjoy a vacation. We already want to return.

We just had a group of 80 people there for for a week long work retreat and the staff was PHENOMENAL. Truly went above and beyond. Hotel was clean. Food was good. Staff was kind. Definitely recommend this place for large groups!

Love being close to malecon. Hotel service is great. Breakfast buffet is awesome. The two pools are big with pool bars on both of them. Very attentive personal... except the sales rep. When we ask info about pirate dinner show she just hand out the brochure. Never mentioned the price or ask when we're planning to go or how many in my group. Hardly made eye contact. It was a bit disappointing. It seems like they only want to sale you tour tickets if you buy time shares. I hate to say this but it's the first time I feel discriminated in Mexico when speaking Spanish only. As if I had less to offer as a tourist for being Mexican. Again... everything else was great.

Excellent place to enjoy a good day of rest either for work a small and convenient holiday as it will be difficult to get lost and the best view of the beach from the 19th floor I hope to return soon as the seafood and fish section is exquisite

This was our first experience at a resort like this with an all inclusive package. We were very happy and had nothing to complain about. The quality of the buffet was very good, and a la carte offerings are excellent. The ocean here is cooler than most swimmers would find comfortable; however, the swimming pools are very pleasant. We will happily return.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean and functional. You get hassled a little by time share people, and they try to up sell you when you arrive, which up being not as promised. The place is expensive. The location is good.

Very clean, great service, amazing food selection. Rooms were very comfortable and have amazing views. It seems all rooms here are ocean view. No rooms face the back side of the resort. We did all-inclusive and loved it and felt treated like royalty. Pool was fun but closes at dark. The Italian restaurant is a great date option. Our three year old had tons of fun and we would definitely go again. Loved the live music as well. The ONLY negative thing is too much of a focus on selling their timeshare. Lots of pressure to attend the presentation which is a bit off-putting.

The Sunday buffet brunch is amazing. Lots of different types of food, all you can eat breakfast topped with mimosas.

It is an old hotel, although you come in an all-inclusive plan they charge you basic services such as the internet, the lack of attention of the staff and the food is always the same, personally I do not return to this hotel. There are no smaller hotels but with an excellent service

The building and the grounds are very nice and well kept. We spent plenty of time lounging by the beautiful pool. Our room, however, seemed like it hadn't been fully cleaned when we arrived. There was still some garbage in the room, and there was no soap or shampoo.

So far it's a very disorganized organization. Front desk is amazingly courteous and efficient. They have a big problem explaining the limits of the all inclusive package and the restaurants or bars do not advice you on this matter properly and we all end up paying for things! It's the firs day, let's see in the next few days!

The best hotel in the port with the best guest service

Quaint hotel with a peaceful atmosphere. However, the rooms while nice, seemed a bit dated and cleanliness could've been improved. Also, $99 USD per person per night for an all inclusive package? No thanks. :)

I did not like the attention, and they entertain when they say that only 90 min and they make you lose half a day

Good!! I know I said it would take a little while to publish this review, I'm sorry (I'm a case). I'm running out of readings noooo. Well, for now I'm going to finish Dark 2 and then I'll see what books I buy. I know we have only the reviews of the 1st and 4th of Shadowhunters, but Ghostgirl will take care of the 2nd and 3rd because I would have to re-read them to make the reviews, but I can assure you that they are great. Excellent location right in the middle of puerto vallarta and very close to downtown, beautiful views, all very quiet. Excellent service and rooms. Although you have to be attentive to your accounts and comandas with respect to restaurants, bar and room service because they add more products and add the tip percentage without asking, is a bit uncomfortable in that regard. But from then on everything 10/10. I hope and soon receive your diamonds.
