I loved the show staring Sasha Velour but the theatre is rather uncomfortable and was probably great in 80s and 90s but it's not ready for 2019. If you're not in the first row i would advise to a pod stalls cause it's flat and seats aren't zigzag but rather one behind the other. I have one more event here and I'm dreading as it will be row G and this one was VIP in row D.
They have Aircon but they have no thermostat or brains to know when to turn it off. Outside temperature 18 and they put maximum blow on a minimum temperature making people shake, fully dress (on already very narrow seats) and it was on before the show, on intermission and whole second part of the show.
Oh, and one even more annoying thing are broken seats that are unintentionally becoming reclining seats as they're detaching from the floor where they're supposed to be fixed.
Phenomenal show ruined by the dated infrastructure and someone with sticky fingers on the Aircon remote.

I ve been to a couple of concerts here, Bear s Den and most recently Oh Wonder. The atmosphere both times was electric and the music excellent! It s a small venue (2,000 people) and so you can really get close to the stage and enjoy the performance without the need for any huge TV screens. If you get chance to see your favourite group here do it, you won t regret it.

We ended up towards the back of the stalls, just underneath the balcony. From under here, there is definitely a worse view and the crowds were packed in. The sound also started out quite bad but this was soon fixed.

The venue has potential but one thing letting them down is the seating. Why are the seats so close together????
Paid 40 per ticket for a Susan to practically be sitting right on top of me and have to sit with my shoulders arched. The exterior of the building makes you think inside is a lot grander than it is

Looks great from the outside, but once you get in, it's smelly, dirty, and sticky.
The concert, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night sweats, was amazing, but the venue is in dire need of a deep, deep clean.

A great venue for seeing rock bands. I ve been here three times and have been blown away each time. Great sound and view of the stage. The interior is incredible and it spans three stories and is awe inspiring when you look up from the More

It rained and it rained and we lined up for ages to see the wonderful wonderful Mr Baxter Drury. Security checked us sooo many times.... but were as polite and friendly as can be and when I had a question they really helped me. The bar on the first floor was fast to be served not as expensive as other venues and I even got advice about surfing from the young man serving (which was really interesting). I could drink in the stalls and look up at the gods and I thought what an amazing place to be and the night went on to be beautiful. Thank you very much everybody :)

Generally it's a great atmospheric mid sized theatrical venue with good access to the bars. Depending on the show you might not want to be sitting down in the balconies so go for the floor. I gave it 4 stars as there can be restricted viewing from some balcony seats especially the side but usually seating is unreserved so pick your spot early on. Photo is side tier 2 - Prophets of Rage, what a sold out show looks like.

The concert I went to was great but the venue was terrible. It was overcrowded, barely enough room to breathe. The bar is situated in the middle which means if you're at the back of the room it impedes on your view. Think the room could do with improvements and a redesign.

Fun Prog event with good company but the venue was a bit uninspiring. Gent's loo a bit paddly. Also, no draught ale, and all bottled ale sold out first night so lager only for second night. Hint: align provisions with audience demographic.

Ok before you all disagree with this I had forgotten how poor the downstairs view is unless you are over 6 foot. I hadn't been here for a long time and might not go back for a while. Maybe should have tried upstairs. Apart from that it was good.

Sorry to post a negative review, but having bought tickets for Lauren Daigle months in advance, when we arrived at the venue last night, we were made to queue for an hour in the cold and rain - along with hundreds of others - before being allowed into the theatre. Also the tickets were un-allocated seating, which meant that our group of 8 couldn't sit together and we had to split up. We couldn't have got there any earlier! Why can't the tickets be for numbered seats? There are seats and they all have numbers, so why make it so complicated? Enjoyed the show but the overall experience at the venue was really poor. Sort it out!

Great venue, would be 5 stars if a couple of things didn't happen first thing that happened was all the doors opened at the same time, I was in the o2 priority que and there's literally no point if other lines are going in faster or sooner than the priority line.

Second point is that these chairs guys need to be updated, I'm 6'3 and my knees were hurting, I was in level 2 not sure if it's all the seats but it's just super uncomfortable.

Other than that, the show was good Sinead Harnett was amazing, the security checks were thorough, was a great time.

I went to a concert here, small place, but with good acoustics, despite being on the second floor it looked great. I recommend it
It has a bar and drinks are not as expensive as in most concert venues in Madrid.
