Great gig venue, grand old building. One of the best in London

Eccentric and lovely place to enjoy your time with loved ones.

Came here to watch Beach House. Great venue for a gig. Rather similar to the one in Brixton.

Great venue, good sound system, really enjoyed the gig!

I've seen a lot of great bands here but the venue itself is one of my least favourites in London. Two narrow flights of stairs from the bar area to the main stalls area quickly become bottlenecks when the place gets busy and there are only toilets at the top of them. I'll still go if a band I want to see is playing here but it's not a patch on Brixton Academy or Hammersmith Apollo.

Bowie celebration with some of his lo g time band. An exvellent night. We got there half an hour early and got front row second level unreserved seats.

Hosts some great events but a generally grotty environment with chewing gum stuck on every surface, one very slow hand dryer for hundreds of people to share and an overpriced understocked bar. I want to love the place but I just can't. It wouldn't cost a lot for a little extra cleaning effort and to update a few odds and ends.

What a great venue, you can feel the historic atmosphere, anyone you see here, the location will only add to the ambiance.

Seen steel panther here as a xmas gift from my wife. Amazing venue.

Not the best place I've been to watch a gig, then again not the worst... Avoid getting the unreserved setting area however - what they call seats, I call back breakers!

Brilliant venue. It has a great atmosphere and although it has a decent capacity it feels quite intimate. I would say that maybe the queuing system could be more organised. There were queues for o2 priority, general admission and level 2/3 but it wasn't obvious which was which. Staff were helpful though.

Small but perfectly formed. Lovely old building and a brilliant atmosphere for live music gigs.

I don't know why I expect better from O2 buildings, must be just high expectations on my behalf. I had level 3 seats, so best believe you are going to walk a fair amount of stairs. Not suitable for the terribly unfit or less abled. When you think you have stopped going up, you go down then up some more stairs lol.

It felt quite high and almost steep, but in fact it was pretty comfortable until near the end when you suddenly realise how hard the bench is. Yes up there, there are no seats just a row of benches, which is fairly nice as people can always shove up and make room for others if needed. The view was alright too. I didn't feel like I was missing out being up there.



I didn't purchase anything but they have a little bar up on level 3 so you don't have to go downstairs again and the toilets are up there too. I'm guessing the usual expensive O2 prices are in effect there too, but I haven't confirmed that.

All in all. Not a bad place. I've definitely been to worse.

Old theatre decor gives a good atmosphere. Size gives a good crowd and with 3 bars was easy to get get a drink.

Great venue.... Not massive just perfectly sized for great gigs.

Good space for live music, a rarity for London, more intimate live music venues needed!

The place is great for the acoustic and we could perfectly hear the band playing. Feels very intimate and it is nice to be on an old theatre. Nevertheless, the bar is utterly expensive (even for gigs) and on the exit they funnel everyone through one set of doors instead of using the three available exits.

Great venue, but no normal bottled coke/pepsi or on tap is really disappointing, when there are so many alcoholic options available. Not only that, multiple emails have been sent with no response from the organisers add to the frustration.

Wonderful concert location, great ambience and good acoustics. Cozy seats and delicious cold beer.

Plenty of on-street parking down on sideroads off Goldhawk Road on evenings and weekends. Great little venue

Gig venue, small but intimate and lovely to see some beautiful decor preserved

The sound system was not crystal clear. Beer expensive. Good atmosphere and easy to get to and from. More of a gig venue than a concert hall.

Small theater with a lot of charm. The sound is good even if they do not have the latest technology.

We sat 4 rows back in balcony. Good visibility. Audio was clear.

Venue is a bit run down and the staff weren't the most friendly

Very pleasant arena. Seats are comfortable. On the day enjoyed the show. Drink and knack price was reason able

Fantastic little venue, and stunning inside since the recent refurbishments. And to easily get close to the stage for a great view.

I think this is an excellent venue BUT it is always overcrowded and really hard to move about. It's only fault!

Still one of my favourite music venues, a bonus seeing Numan play

Standard pub, unfortunately very slow service..... Ended up using the app which couldn't be done properly even though mixers were selected!

Bouncers were a laugh and well mannered!
Staff behind bar when around were friendly!
