Good service. Stocks arrive very quick and almost 100% correct.

brought a jet lighter and did not work at all, took it back and was given another one that worked for a couple seconds and would not stay alight.do not buy lighters with trio brothers name on them or you will be getting ripped off.

Customer service is appalling Accusations that i am a competitor. so there for will not sell to me (small business owner by the way) No a mass importer.
Would never recommend the company to any one.

The lighters that have these people's name on the back are a absolute disgrace. Every single one of them have broken and fail to light 9/10 times. It sucks how people can rip people off with absolute garbage pretending to be something it isn't.
