Small and cozy theater .. we saw BILLIE EILISH live and it was brutal, being a small room you have an experience with the artist really close. Really enjoyed it

Ok nice venue train station near by. But not good seating system in place dog eat dog .
First time to see koffee it was amazing...staff and security were very polite and made the show run fantasticly
Great venue for music, good standing area to watch the bands and as its sloped you can see the band from any angle. Queue for the cloakroom is always horrendously long and the bar is very slow.
Perfect venue, sitting or standing. Warm atmosphere. Even if you don't like the band very much you will probably enjoy the gig.
Beer prices high if you are a smoker be prepared to be told you can't go outside for one until half way through the night makes you feel like kids and angry other than that worth a visit at least oncefeels a bit like a cattle market and O2 priority might be OK for online bookings but the venues don't seem to bother with any O2 angels or priority anything since I've been going for the last 4 years most tell you they are not bothering with priority tonight get in the other line so I don't see the point
It's a great venue - nice and intimate with good crowd control. Drinks are well priced for a venue.
I love how this venue is beautiful and many nice pubs around.
Great venue - came for a gig on London's bizarre 38 degree day and they managed to keep the place cool throughout! Great size - big enough for atmosphere but small enough to feel intimate
Very uncomfortable seats but the staff were really nice.
Great sound, but hot in the unreserved seats up at the top.
The chairs would cripple a super athlete, let alone an ordinary person. My experience was totally ruined!
Great venue for live music! Intimate little venue with good open space in the stalls for rocking out!
Decent enough venue but an absolute rip-off at the bar.
Went to see Mo the Comedian who was awesome. Only bad things were that the parking was difficult to find and they tried to cram about a hundred smokers into a tiny space during the intermission. I got the cheap seats so they were torturous on my back and butt but I got what I paid for. If you can avoid it, avoid lvl 3 at all costs!
Nice mid sized venue with several different transport options and hotels close by.
Great venue for live concerts with a small crowd size. Close to public transportation. The standing area is on flat ground so recommend arriving early to get a good view. The standing and balcony tickets enter the venue through separate doors, so you cannot transfer between sections inside the venue.
It was a brilliant night, but the drinks were expensive.
Nice place, fairly small, basic but a nice place, friendly staff, good sound, ideal really
Bar staff could at least pretend they're there to work
Good acoustics, well stocked bar, friendly and professional security
Nice enough venue but the drinks were overpriced, even for a gig.
It's a beautiful venue. Not too big and not too small either. The stands are quite close to the stage so you'll get a good view up there!
Good if you're in the stalls. The atmosphere dies off the further up you are.
Shepherd's Bush Empire is a truly beautiful venue -- a stunningly gorgeous cathedral of rock 'n' roll that is also warm and intimate like a club. I recommend that you check their gig list immediately and find a reason to come here!
Smallish venue, previously used by the BBC, noticeable how seating gets less comfortable as the level gets higher.
Marc Bolan 40th Anniversary Gig. Overcrowded and no awareness of staff of safety as stairs were blocked as they allowed people to stand on them. Couldn't move between upper/lower part of the stalls. We left early as my partner could not see.
Great venue and then upgraded our tickets with no fuss. Thanks. Billy Lockett was incredible too!!!
I arrived at Shepherds Bush Empire 50 minutes after the doors opened so no queuing. I was a bit confused which door to go in but a member of staff was so helpful. My bag was checked - security was good. I had a standing ticket and at 5 ft 4 and a few rows back, I didn't really have a view of the stage but that's just how it goes. Toilets were clean, I didn't use the bar. Cups of water were handed out at the front which was a nice touch. I had a good time and would definately return.
Another great night out at the O2. Great atmosphere
always busy long queues but friendly staff nice place.
I beautiful little theatre. The decoration is stunning. Overall it could do with a tidy up but generally is neat. The staff are friendly, professional and we'll organised.
It feels as if the stalls is oversold, as whenever I go it gets horribly busy and hot, and always feels a little unsafe. The floor is flat, so it s better to get there early if you want a good view.
The cloakroom is in a terrible position and is always very slow.
Saw snoh aalegra last week... im beginning to not like o2 music gigs.. i saw lauryn hill last year at o2 greenwich and the sound quality ruined it... had the same experience with snoh .. they need to hire better sound engineers and be on top of sound quality... at least the earplugs were provided free of charge
Difficult to get into the venue. Long cues that stretch many roads. And different cues for different areas for the venue however that are not clearly labelled. The only sign I say was as I walked into the venue after cuing for 40 minutes
Nice place, big and good acoustics. The stage is very visible from almost all the theater. There are two bars inside. Friendly and helpful.
Good staff, great music. Even with how crowded they were they were able to get the pints out quick.
Opens only for concerts and special events great venue good acustics super staff drink prices are ok
Big stars love to play their secret gigs in here, many new talent also play at the Bush seen the offspring, the offspring, Biffy Clyro loads of American bands, indie bands, every one including Spanish, Latin American and European acts
Many times the art is also stay very near in a hotel called K West or the Hilton
Is a concert venue so some of the seating might not be the best but overall a great place to get very intimate with a top band
Capacity 2000 some times if you wait till the show starts and you don't mind missing a few minutes of the new acts or many indie band you can get tickets from a fiver from people selling the tickets outside
As a venue its historic. As a venue for a 2 day prog rock festival the lack of food and beer was not good. Also on level 1 the gents toilet is tiny.
The sound was excellent
Brilliant venue. 5 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush tube station and Westfields shopping area and very easy to find. Staff were helpful and bar staff were fast despite the enormous queues.
Great acts as well!
Great venue holds about a thousand people could be more three levels
Little bit expensive on drinks, but the venue is clean.
Beautiful venue from the early 1900s. The best thing is the three bars on the ground floor: even in the most complete crowd you can get your drink in a very short time. Maybe we had it in Italy.
Didn't love it, because the toilet is too small so it gets crowded, but the everything else was great
Generally, a pretty good venue. The sound is decent and the venue itself is pretty. View from the stalls is all right. Not the worst but not the best either.
Nice theatre and good location. It helps that I am yet to have a bad gig there.
Great venue. Good location. No smoking area. Must smoke outside. Good sound (I was sitting level 1)
Nice bar but Poor choice of beer!!!!!!
Great venue. Seats are a little close together and the drinks are abit pricey.
Great venue. Standing on ground and seating on upper levels which is unreserved. Security slow on entering so best arrive in good time. Easy to get to by tube, just a few minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush Market. Saw Kiefer Sutherland who put on a great show.
Great venue. Just be aware seating is often unreserved so get there early
Great place to see live bands. Downstairs is better if you want a boogie! Bar not too expensive. Only a 5 minite walk from shepherds bush station.
Nice venue but upstairs in balcony, section 2, chairs are cramped and it was very hot. Audio wasn't the best either as vocals were very difficult to make out.
