What a wonderful experience! My salesman Jeff Abramowitz went above and beyond to find me the color combination, price and lease I wanted.
He answered every question I had and sat with me
in the car to show me how everything worked.

Jeff couldn t make this purchase any better!
I never went to the dealership and he delivered my new car and took away the old one.
Go to DELRAY Acura or call and ask for

I bought my MDX here in 2012. Their service dept has been the best. People are shocked my car is as old as it is because it purrs like a kitten and looks pristine. I ve brought it here for maintenance since I ve had it and trust the people to recommend the right service at a reasonable price. Most recently i had two screens of messages pop up of rough transmission, multiple engine misfires, problems with VSA, allwheeldrive, airbags,, power tailgate, DRL... They diagnosed the problem correctly as needing ignition coil replacement.... now for $340 parts and labor i have a car that works and purrs like new.

Was told I needed 4 new tires and alignment. Tires did not look that worn, took to Tire Kingdom where I was told tires had a lot more miles left and alignment not needed. Now questioning what I paid to have done. Unacceptable!!!!

STAY AWAY! I purchased a used Acura TSX (somewher...

STAY AWAY! I purchased a used Acura TSX (somewhere else) and took it here for a once over to make sure there were no immediate issues. My car had 39k miles on it. Service tech told me I needed to replace my brake fluid. Wanted to charge me $119. $119!!! I asked him to take me to my car and show me why it needed to be replaced (something I do everytime something needs fixed) They told me it was against their policy. Took the TSX to my regular mechanic (MR. FIX IT DELRAY BEACH- SEE MY REVIEW UNDER THEIR NAME) and he not only showed me my brake fluid but also explained to me that it was crystal clear and it didn't need replacing- in fact they hardly ever do. My mechanic told me the fluid itself is $7 and $7 in labor to put it in and bleed it through the brakes. Total = $14. NEVER GOING BACK TO DELRAY ACURA AGAIN!

Ordered parts and asked to be notified if any delay. Over a week later I still have not recieved a call or parts. I called to figure out what is going on and after the fifth call someone finally stopped putting me through to different voicemails. I stated wanted to find out about my parts. Without saying a word he put me on hold, did not ask for my information or order number. After waiting on hold for an hour I finally had to hang up. Called back and tried to get a hold of parts manager. That was another 3 calls to different voicemails. Tried twice more to get ahold of the general manager and was put through to even more voicemails. After about 6 hours i was finally able to get a hold of someone, but still they couldnt help. I had to cancel my order and go through a different dealership. This other dealership didnt have any parts in stock yet still was able to get me parts the next day. In every shape and form I would highly recommend spending your money at a different dealership.

After just a few emails and conversations over the phone, I visited Delray Acura and was impressed with how quick and enjoyable the buying experience could be. Nobody wants to be trapped for hours at the dealership, or to have a headache from numbers and pressure from pushy salesmen. Folks, I drove from Miami to do business with these folks! I was greeted at the door by Derek Brubaker, the Sales Manager, who made us feel comfortable from moment one. He introduced my wife and I to Jeff Abramowitz, which would end up being our Sales Consultant! Outstanding is all I can say! In another lifetime, I was in the car business and these are the most genuine folks I've come across in business. He wanted us to stay in the A/C, for our comfort. In 90+ degree temperatures, Jeff brought us no less than 3 different cars in the ILX model we were looking at just to demonstrate the different features on the ILX line. He was professional, considerate and had a great sense of humor! Jeff actually made this a very pleasant experience... that's something you don't hear every day in the car business! I will send everyone that asks me about this car their way. Great job, Folks!

Your parts department can use better phone etiquet...

Your parts department can use better phone etiquette, never called an establishment and a person answers the phone one minute ! Then keeps u on hold for 19 minutes, after addressing the issue with your employer Sam he still lacked empathy and failed to apologize. Thanks for the info given but I d rather drive 20 miles than to deal with your company.
Perhaps you can start given in house training on proper phone etiquette.

And when it came time to show me the RDX s functions, he was on it! And was very helpful and patient with my lack of car technology savvy too. I recently bought an MDX from this dealer. I can say with utmost confidence, this was the simplest, most haggle free vehicle transaction I have ever experienced. Eric Rice and the supporting staff, including the sales manager Dan Antolini presented unmatched professionalism. I have bought over 100 vehicles in my lifetime, including corporate vehicles. All the individuals I have come in contact with at Acura of Delray are truly exceptional. They are all very pleasant, absolutely friendly and approachable. It's very refreshing to walk into a business environment and feel extremely comfortable with all personnel. I searched the car that I wanted online and Irwin Baker the online sales manager from the Delray Acura dealership contacted me and invited me to come in. He Showed me the car and took me on a test drive. Of course I loved the car. He took care of everything. He wasn t pushy and listened to everything I wanted down to the smallest detail. I also met the General manager Derek Brubaker. He was very nice and went above and beyond to make me happy. Just leased my 3rd car from Ron Hirsch. We love the Acura product and quick buying experience each time. I appreciate Ron and Delray Acura for making our purchases always so easy and hassle free, Ron is very accommodating and knowledgeable. We drove in our Acura lease that was three months from the maturity date and left with our new lease a short time later. Turning in a lease up to 3 months early is a great perk Acura offers if you are close to your maximum miles and plan on leasing or buying another Acura.

I ordered parts from DELRAY ACURA s Website.
I received the items after receiving no response to emails and receiving no tracking information.
I developed a problem with an item I received. I called Delray Acura the evening of 11/17/2015 where they told me parts was open but online order department was not. I called the morning of 11/18/2015. I asked to speak to the online order parts department. After being placed on hold, a man answers the phone PARTS but no name stated. I explained the situation and simply asked to return a part for refund. The man responded I don t know what s wrong with your vehicle. Take it to an Acura dealer and have it diagnosed we will go from there. I explained the situation as it was an easy resolution. He stated again: Have it diagnosed I also explained that the nearest Acura dealer is over an hour and a half away. Also the diagnostic rate at the local dealer is $107.02 an hour, which is more than the $83.94 part. The man said Well that s what needs to be done . Have since been stuck with the cost of this part with no farther resolution. Will not buy from again. Would avoid if you expect good customer service.

We had a short period of time to shop, but he went out of his way to be sure we got what we wanted. We will certainly recommend Jeff to our family & friends.

Been to this dealership two times over the last 8 ...

Been to this dealership two times over the last 8 months and I'd say both times were absolutely miserable. The first time was when we actually got our new car - everything went well, had agreed to a price and only up until we were actually programming the new car, the Finance manager comes out and says he couldn't honor our deal because none of the staff understood how the graduate degree rebate program worked and were telling us we needed to put down a few thousand dollars on the lease. Only until we said we were walking away they agreed to our initial price for the car. They apologized profusely but sadly it was only until I was ready to walk would they honor it and only goes to further the stereotype that car dealerships have.

Second incident was this past week which is the reason for this review. Our car had a flat tire at home, called Acura Roadside and they picked it up the next day first thing in the AM - so far so good. I called the dealership in the morning to give them a heads up the car was coming in. I thought it was strange I hadn't heard from them in the late afternoon so I called asking for an update (called over 10 times in a 2 hr span before anyone actually picked up) and the service dept had no idea where the car was. They realized the towing company dropped it off with the keys in the front seat and never notified the front desk. They decided to blame the towing company and said it happens all the time, however, it's ACURA roadside assistance. Take responsibility for your processes or at least try to fix it if it happens all the time. Because of that we had to wait an extra day for the new tire - fine.

The next day, again, I don't hear from them - I call up in the late afternoon and they tell me they put a new tire on but it had a bubble so they had to go order another one and would take another day. I've now lost 2 days without a car and not once did Acura offer me a loaner car for the inconvenience. When I spoke to the person on the phone she said "we're really sorry we can maybe have your next oil change be for free." OK, fine again, rolling with the punches here.

I show up the next day to pick up the car - I decided to speak to the service mgr who I wanted to express my concerns with about my experience. He must've said to me 4 times "we feel like we went above and beyond to get you that tire" ---- ummm, you're a service dept...your entire business model is to help customers get their car serviced. How is this you going above and beyond? What an insulting thing to say to a customer. Here's the best part - instead of that 2nd free oil change I was told I'd get, he decided he couldn't do that and said "out of convenience, we filled up your gas tank". The best part, when I got in my car my gas tank was not only not full, it was barely more than what I dropped the car off at. I'd venture to guess not more than 2 gallons of gas were put in my tank. Embarassing. Decided to call up the GM and shockingly, did not receive a call back. Suffice to say this entire process was miserable. YMMV.

UPDATE - I considered deleting this review if I got a nice response back from the owner below or a call from the GM (after I left a voicemail). Hilariously, I got neither. No apology and the message below tells me to reach out to both people, which I already did before they responded. Communication is not this companies strong suit. Thanks for validating my post above.

The Dealership is top notch! The owners should be very proud of the quality of the "Sales Team" they have working for them, they truly are the Gold Standard in the industry. Period. Starting from my salesman Dan, he never misled me. Then when the next level of the purchase occurred, Jeff stepped in and was absolutely superb in making it all happen, along with Eric executing the final steps (Thank you guys, honorable Gentleman )! And when it came to pick up my new car, Jenny stepped in and did an excellent job explaining how the car worked overall

I felt confident going in having all the details already. There were no surprises and it made the whole process so much faster. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Have gone for service a few times and have never had a good experience ( double the wait times) Called twice to make appt. for airbag recall and was told to just come in. When I tried they said I need to order part first. Kept me on hold, I finally hung up and went to Pompano dealership who was great!

After spending weeks of car shopping......last Saturday morning I navigated (via text message prompting from my husband) over to Delray Acura to "at least be open and take a look". Surprisingly, he said a few of the models appeared to be within our budget. From the moment I entered the door of Delray Acura, salesman, Robert Humphrey's welcoming smile and genuine kindness made me feel right at home. After determining where I was at this stage in my life......soccer mom days being over, Rob gently steered me over to the RDX Model...and, after a test drive....Wow! A Nice Car! The entire staff at Delray Acura treated me like family. The salespeople were friendly and went over all the vehicles and financing programs. This is second vehicle i will be getting from the dealerhsip. I like the RLX, wish i could afford it. For now, it will be the ILX.

I will never buy an Acura again.!! It s not just the sale of the car but the service afterward. The 2 dealerships closest to me provide horrible customer service. I have an issue and called the service manager Ron or Rich what ever his name is . First no call back . I called back the next day. We discussed my issue. His attitude was rude. He told me that I could go to any Acura dealership ,that I didn t have to go there . I let him know that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting Acura. He said that since I said that he would talk to the owner and would call me back. What a shocker, I never received a call back.
The horrible customer service obviously starts at the top !!

Bill Mitchell was our salesman at this dealer. He showed us lots of options, discussed them and gave us a very competitive price on an RDX. He also followed up several times by email and phone in the couple of weeks since we got the car. What service! He introduced us to the service person, and provided phone numbers. Nothing negative at all.

Received free services after completing an Acura ...

Received free services after completing an Acura survey in which i reviewed the service department as below standards.
Came in for my last free service and requested to pay for a tire rotation in addition to the free service.
Service department returned my vehicle without a rotation even though the service light and manual called for it, and I was going to pay for it.
Just had my tread checked and now my tires can't be rotated properly because they weren't rotated when they first were was supposed to have been.
In the end, I will have to get new tires before I should.
