Update: Sure, Howard. I would love to go into detail for you. We dealt with Bill Mitchell as well as a young gentleman in finance. We were there for several hours Friday. I am not surprised there is no record of it because we the way were treated was beyond disrespectful. We went elsewhere the next day and got the vehicle we wanted. We will make sure that everyone knows about our experience there.

I'll start by saying that I am a long-time Acura owner -- I started my Acura purchase history in 2002. Typically, I dread car buying because it's usually a stressful experience and a day-waster until now. I had the pleasure of connecting with Ron Hirsch when I emailed Delray Acura for some information. Ron was terrific! There is nothing I hate more than being hounded when making an inquiry about a vehicle. Ron did just the opposite -- Ron responded to my questions right away and worked to accommodate my crazy work schedule. I told him the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and he made sure to have it available for me the day of my appointment (even though I showed up 3 hours late!) The overall experience with Ron went very smooth and stress free. I did not overpay and left the dealership in only a couple of hours with EXACTLY what I came in for and in the price range I outlined. Ron was friendly, accommodating, very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing your Acura from Ron at Delray Acura and he will be my "go to guy" when I'm ready for my next one! Thank you again for a great car buying experience!

I would not give any stars if I could. I received horrible service when I went in. They were unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and un-resourceful. On top of which, they treated me differently because of my age, and I heard them talking badly about me because of my age. I would highly recommend to choose any other dealership then this one. By far, worst experience I ever had at a dealership.

Having Jeff as our sales person was a great experience. He did not play any games or rush us, and his way of communicating was clear, simple, and sincere. Price negotiations were quick, and easy without any big last minute surprises. He had a very relaxed, but yet professional attitude during the process. Overall, I would most definitely recommend Jeff as a salesperson to anyone looking to buy a car and if I am to again purchase any future cars from that same dealership, I would be pleased to work with Jeff Abramowtiz

Just leased the 2019 RDX. My salesman was wonderful. Thoroughy professional and very low key. Perfect for me! I immediately felt he was very honest and reliable. He had the right personality to convince me to be an Accura lessor! He told me right away that he was new to the dealership but had been in the car business for a long time. He had recently moved here from Indiana!. Any answers he didn't know, he quickly found out and informed me. Sales department gets 5 stars! Haven't had any dealings yet with service, except for meeting the service manager who came over and introduced himself. My salesman was "Bucky" Whitlock! Two thumbs up!

"While we understand your frustration, this is not the fault of the dealership. It is what happens to vehicles as they get older."

I think you need to go back and speak with Ron and Janette again. I'm guessing they failed to tell you my car passed the inspection and I was driving on the highway when I felt as though the wheels were going to come off my car. It has nothing to do with tire tread, apparently my rear hubs were damaged. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME we have be given our car back with something damaged to it. The first was after we had the Brakes replaced and the "full brake service" were returned our car and the rotors were damaged, which was damaging and affecting our vehicle. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.

Check the history, the car has been maintained by Acura meticulously. Every recommendation has been done. You're speaking to someone who cares for their cars well. The problem I am speaking of is directly with regards to your service and your service team. If you 're not familiar with the history I'm happy to share it with you.

Customers should feel confident bringing in their vehicle, having it serviced, inspected, and returned in better condition from when they left it. They should feel safer knowing that the professionals have communicated to them when there is something that needs to be addressed. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. When I asked for details Ron had to go back to the mechanic twice and still didn't have the answer to how the hub had been damaged. How was it in alignment before the tires had been balanced, but now are not. Sounds like my car was mishandled and no one wants to claim responsibility and it doesn't have to do with tire tread and if you look at the mechanic notes all tread is listed as even. So go figure.

My wife's MDX's battery died earlier today and we called Acura roadside assistance to get a jump start (they came within 30 minutes). Not wanting to risk needing additional jumps starts or have my wife stuck somewhere, I called Michael at the service department who has handled all our past maintenance. Even though this was just an hour before closing, he said I could come in. True to his word, Michael took care of our vehicle, got the battery replaced (under warranty) and I was out before they closed for the evening. It may just be a battery but not having to worry if our suv would start in the morning is a sense of relief. Thanks Mike & Delray Acura..

Although I have not purchased a car from the dealership, my mother did. Liam mcGrady was not her salesman, but he stayed in contact with her. He helped her set service and did such a great job! I have since referred at least 5 of my dearest friends to Liam. He did such a great job! That my friends have referred their friends to Liam. When I am ready for my new or used. Liam will be the one I go to!

My wife and I arrived at Delray Acura at about 10 minutes before opening time. I rattled the door to see if it was open (and it wasn't). We started to walk away when the door opened and Rich Stern came out to see if we needed help. We were waiting to see if the new 2014 MDX arrived (which it hadn't yet). We had tried the 2013 MDX and 2013 RDX at another dealership about a month earlier but frankly weren't terribly impressed with the operation (a dealer that also had a Hyundai dealership, which we were also looking at but who totally turned us off).

Early on during our visit the manager, John, from Bayshore, stopped in to say hello and asked if there was anything that he could do for us (friendly, not pushy). He and Rich both very personable.

We were ready to buy once my wife found the right car. Rich was a gentleman; soft spoken, no hard sell, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Although we weren't hot on the RDX they had a tech package unit on the floor and we decided to give it another try. Great car. We went for a test drive and unlike most dealerships who have a pre-planned route, Rich instructed us to make a right and a right and then pretty much let us take the car wherever we wanted. No time limit; no rush to get back. Drive it hard; stop it short; whatever!

Needless to say we leased it the same day. All told our experience took under 4 hours from looking at different options to driving away with the car!

We were underwhelmed by the physical appearance of the dealership; where they haven't invested in fancy, they have dedicated to give the customer the right price the first time without the "negotiating game". It was very easy to do business with Rich and John and the 4 hours passed in no time at all.

We would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership if you are looking for an Acura. They also have a Hyundai dealership next door and the salesperson can help with either vehicle.

Nope, we're not getting paid to write this review; we just want to share a positive dealer experience with those who feel buying a new car is like somebody scraping on a blackboard! It was a pleasure doing business here.

We didn t feel pressured to lease/buy a vehicle (which was very much appreciated, some sales people tend to go overboard). We told her what we were looking for and she showed us our options without overselling or pressuring us, it mad the whole process more enjoyable. I would recommend Mona and Delray Acura.

Received great customer service and had a very positive experience buying a 2019 RDX from Delray Acura. Irwin and the team did a good job of helping me find just the right model, style and color that I was looking for and the finance folks were able to provide what I thought were fair terms and price for this vehicle.

The best part of my experience was how Irwin handled the entire process and how I felt afterwards. It took a few days to find the right vehicle and additional requested options were added, but Irwin provided me the right amount of updates for that time.

When I picked the vehicle up (when it was convenient for me, another positive) the vehicle looked sharp and Irwin did a great job of going through the vehicle features and the financing papers were signed in about 5-10 minutes and I was out of there. It s not often that I make a large purchase and feel this good about it. Helps that this 2019 Red RDX is an awesome vehicle!

Thanks to Irwin and the Delray Acura team for a great buying experience!

A representative (Christian) verbally promised me ...

A representative (Christian) verbally promised me a $40 check up/oil (half off) change on my Acura MDX after coming in for a spare key. This was for filling out the followup survey from Acura. Should have never filled it out, after all. We had a clear understanding shaking hands, but you should always get something like something on paper. I even followed up with the guy a week later to say I hadn't got it yet and checked spam. I called, left voicemails, asked his colleagues to leave him a message, numerous times and never called me back in regards to coming in and setting up the appointment. They Lost all maintenance business and lost the sale of a future Acura. 2nd star only because the break room was nice that I was stuck in for 3 hours.

If you're looking into buying an Acura, or, perhaps shopping around - take the opportunity and visit these guys - you will not regret it! I told both, Rob Humphrey, and his manager, Derek Brubaker, that I have not seen such an awesome attitude, while shopping for a car, in the longest time ever. This is my 7th Acura lease. My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience with Irwin Baker. Irwin was very pleasant to work with on the phone and after 3 phone conversations he was able to present me with a lease proposal that we were very happy with. The car was to be available in 2-3 days but in the interim Irwin and I were able to get a lot done on the phone and email. 2 days later my wife and I met Irwin for the first time. Irwin is very polite and knowledgeable and PATIENT. Everything he promised and everything that we wanted were perfect. We were in and out in about an hour with our new ILX. Not very honest in continually trying to sell us things we do not need. My wife got a new timing belt 20,000 miles before she needed it. Then they tried to sell her another timing belt only months later.

My wife wanted tires and they tried to sell her $300 tires, she asked for less expensive tires and they "found" $180 tires. Then when she came to get the tires, they "did not have" the $180 tires that she had told them she had wanted to buy the week before.

They also did not give me an estimate on fluids and the charge was $800 more than the original quote. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was not at work and I had to call repeatedly to reach him. He was not very sympathetic and gave me nothing for being ripped off.

I am done with them.

Their online parts ordering is great. My son and I ordered parts for his 2005 Acura TL on a Friday and we received them via UPS the next Friday. Parts cost were close to what I could find on EBay. I was uncomfortable ordering parts off of EBay and decided to try this group out. Glad I did, everything from ordering, packing, shipping and receiving went great.

Just bought our new 2019 Acura RDX from Delray Acura! It is a beautiful car and we were extremely pleased with the patience and knowledge of our salesman Chris Ramos. He explained in detail all the new features of the car, and we took it for a test drive to experience it first-hand. As this is our first new car purchase in many years, we were shopping around to compare many other luxury SUVs (BMW, Audi, Infinity, Lexus). We returned to Delray Acura 4-5 times to look at features and colors, and there was NO PRESSURE at all from any of the staff. We felt welcome each and every time we visited. We concluded that the Acura RDX had the best technology features we wanted, along with being the right size, comfort, and style we liked. I would highly recommend Delray Acura for your next car purchase. We also like that it is a long-time, local, family-run business that gives personal service to its customers.

Ordered attachment kit for rear-view camera from the Parts department online. They shipped it out promptly and received within 2 days! During the installation, I realized that a piece was missing from the kit. I called and talked with Greg who explained that they could not re-order a single part but had to order the whole kit instead. He did so with no problem and sent me the part, or what he thought the part was. It turned out it was the wrong part. I was disappointed so I sent him a fax circling the correct part so there would be no mistake this time around. It turned out that the part was missing from both kits! He got on the phone with Honda and they shipped another kit from a different region and that one had it! Though the process was somewhat of a hassle for me, it was not Delray's fault and they did everything they could to make it right. In the end, I'm loving my new rear-view camera :)

I have been researching cars for the last few mont...

I have been researching cars for the last few months and have dealt with 6 different dealerships and none came close to the service and price that I received at Delray Acura. Ron Hirsch was such a pleasure to work with. Ron answered my first email inquiry about the car well after the dealership was closed for the night and answered every phone call and text. He did not apply an ounce of pressure and was very laid back throughout the process, which is very refreshing.

They truly work as a team at Delray Acura. M y husband could only get to the dealership to see the car on a day that Ron could not be there and Bucky stepped in with the assist. Again, no pressure....laid back.

We came in with our own financing and Alex Temple was able to get us a better rate and was sure to explain everything thoroughly.

We are very pleased with our experience at Delray Acura. I am over the moon with my CPO 2016 Acura TLX!!

Phil Jablon was my sales consultant and he was excellent- very honest, patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Even after the purchase, I stopped by and he took some time to help with a few questions on some of the features of the vehicle. Phil and Delray Acura get my 5 Star Review and recommend them highly.

I purchased my second new car from Delray Acura on Saturday, 3/30/19. Everyone who I dealt with to finalize the transaction was very friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with Jesus, the salesman who assisted me from the beginning to the end of the process. His goal clearly was to sell a car, but like everyone else I met at Delray Acura, he was nothing less than professional. He was not the stereotypical pushy what can I do to put you in a car today salesman. Jesus was very knowledgeable about the product, he did not try to persuade me to buy unnecessary upgrades and he made the stressful process of buying a car as easy as possible. We even enjoyed some pleasant conversation while waiting to meet with the sales manager, finance manager, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Delray Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

My recent leasing experience at Delray Acura was perfect. In November 2017, I leased my 4th Acura (first 3 leased in Miami where I previously resided). Without a doubt this has been the best leasing experience thus far and the 2018 Acura MDX is fantastic! I worked with Liam McGrady on the lease. He was respectful, genuinely listened to me and didn t play any games. I told him exactly what I wanted and gave him specific parameters including price within which to work... and he 100% delivered on the vehicle and even saved me money. Negotiations were basically non-existent, as there was no need for any. The dealership located the vehicle I wanted (1 out of only 3 available in Florida) and quickly coordinated an exchange in order to get the vehicle on-site in under 24 hours. They never attempted to convince me to take one of the MDXs on the lot (really appreciated that, as I knew what I wanted). My husband was away on business and I ended up veering from my original plans (to return with him to finalize the lease) I had such confidence in Liam and felt comfortable enough at the dealership, that I continued on to finalize the lease on my own that afternoon. Fast forward 3 weeks and here we are, with a beautiful MDX in the driveway and a lease that reflects the deal I was promised no bait and switch in sight! I have nothing but great things to say about the entire process, such a positive experience. Much thanks to Liam McGrady & Delray Acura!

Wasn't planning on buying an Acura - actually walked into the wrong door, but the very friendly and informative Jesus, just couldn't be counted out. Even after going back over my list of possible new cars and getting a slightly better deal, Jesus' professional manner and expert salesmanship won me over. Very satisfied with the car and super happy with sales experience. He is a gem! The dealership should be proud to have him represent their company and know that he swayed a very hard headed woman into buying their car.

I wanted to say what a great experience I had at Delray Acura with special mention of my sales rep Liam McGrady. I've leased at least 15 other Acura's and being in Broward County Rick Case usually wins the business and they are up the street. This is the second Acura I've leased from Delray and once again it was worth the 45 minute drive. Liam reached out to me about 3 years ago to let me know the previous rep I worked with (who was excellent as well) had left the business. He stayed in touch without being annoying, was always professional and when I was ready to make a move he earned the business and took a sale away from Rick Case last month. I have referred two people to Liam and that was before I bought from him. Most importantly Liam listened to what I needed and delivered the RDX I wanted at a fair price. The Mgr was also great and when a small hick up came up he took care of it without an issue, always focused on my customer satisfaction and thanking me for making the drive north to Delray. Once we were done it was dinner time and what's not to love about Delray Beach for dinner choices? LOL Liam and Delray will for sure be the ones I reach out to when we have to get our next lease. GREAT JOB!

I'm looking at buying a used Acura from a private ...

I'm looking at buying a used Acura from a private seller, so I called Delray Acura to see if they could perform an inspection on the car. The woman on the phone basically told me 'I don't know, if we have time I guess,' and when I asked how much it would cost and how long it would take, she said she doesn't know, or something to that effect. After that I thanked her and got hung up on. You don't know? Do you not service cars there? Do you not perform vehicle inspections to find out what needs to be worked on? There was nobody else there who might know? What a waste of a few minutes that phone call was.
