Today I had the most friendly, quick, and painless experience of leasing a new Acura. Irwin Baker, who was the first to respond to my online inquiry, was a very informative, knowledgeable salesman. After just a few emails and conversations over the phone, I visited Delray Acura and was impressed with how quick and enjoyable the buying experience could be. Nobody wants to be trapped for hours at the dealership, or to have a headache from numbers and pressure from pushy salesmen.
