Micahtek is a phenomenal company to work with. The staff is great to work with and they are flexible when there is a need to be addressed. I would recommend them for your call center needs.

Our office uses Micahtek's database for a variety of functions. It houses all of our donors, donations, and merchandise. Those who use it to run reports on donors would probably give four stars. Those who work in it entering new constituents, processing donations, and running weekly letters would give it three stars.

The interface seems outdated. It's difficult to explain but many things, which could seemingly be a one step process, often take two. Also, it lacks some functionality when doing searches.

While the staff are willing to help - so often it seems they don't know their own product and communicating with them can be difficult - but they are responsive and available.

It is a good system and meets our needs. Every database is problematic in some way - and as I said, the reporting side of Micahtek - is fantastic and really delivers helpful data on donors.

SRM has used MicahTek's full range of services for almost a decade. However, they are so much more than "services." This is a well oiled machine that takes care of an array of logistics and partner relations, in a way that feels as though they are 'in-house.' Their care for our work and partners is deeply obvious and has allowed our ministry to consistently grow. They do their best work so we can do our best work. #1 thing I love: when I am overwhelmed and too busy, they have my back, reminding about upcoming projects and making sure tasks we discuss actually have follow-through...not only from their side, but mine as well. Such a blessing to have Micahtek in your corner.

MicahTek is a great company. Employees are dependable, helpful and courteous! We enjoy working with the staff and are very appreciative of the good work they do. Every so often, the call center provides incorrect information in their reporting and we rely on the representatives in Client Services to assist us with those errors. Honestly, when I started as a call center agent, I would have never envisioned the career growth and skill development that I ve personally experienced working at MicahTek. In my time here, the staff at MicahTek have generally been very supportive, encouraging, attentive, and accommodating, making every effort to help people employees AND clients achieve their goals. Our various teams are continuously developing new services and custom solutions as the needs of our partners evolve, and everyone works diligently at all times to improve our existing processes and quality of service in response to feedback. I ve found that the variety of service offerings makes it a rewarding work environment for a vast array of skillsets and they have always been happy to offer upward mobility when possible to those who excel in their positions and add value to the company. I did for the most part enjoy working at Micahtek but at the same time I was very uncomfortable with the duties we were assigned and was unhappy with the companies we worked for. For example I disliked rockwealth ministries, and omega xl. They're goals did not seem to have anything to do with Christianity. Seemed to much like they were both scams

Our company has been with Micahtek for many years and we are so pleased with their service. They are very personable, professional and prompt. When an issue has come up or an error has been made they make every effort to take care of us and our donors and always offer to provide extra training to their agents when needed. When changes have to be made to our script or policies they are very prompt in making the adjustments. They seem to take a personal interest in making our ministry/business as successful as possible. I would highly recommend them to any ministry or business.

Micahtek is the one of the best jobs I have had. I've been working in the customer service department and enjoy helping our supporters everyday. Get team to be a part of and work with.

I have found Micahtek's system easy to navigate and organized to operate in an efficient manner. Shelly and David are wonderful Micahtek representatives and have provided their prompt assistance with resolving issues. I took off one star only because the system itself occasionally glitches or freezes, but once the page is reloaded, it runs normally. However, Micahtek is exceptional when it comes to customer service care.

Hands down the best company I've ever worked for. After almost 10 years here, Micahtek is my home away from home and I feel extremely proud and fortunate to call them my employer. They value diversity and all positions big and small, you'll never feel like there's not someone who cares and has an ear to listen to your concerns should you have any. Aside from the environment, our database management and reporting tools are top of the line. We are constantly updating our systems to serve with the most up to date technology and ensuring we are always a step above our competitors and it shows in our large client base and their satisfaction levels. OK staff, but don't count on your hours, actually just don't rely on anything with this company. You can work from home starting out but it's quite a hassle. Wish they were better all around.

MicahTek offers back office services to organizations needing help with Call Center and Fulfillment as well as other services. I recommend checking them out especially if you are fundraising or offering a product on TV or radio. Their Call CenterTulsa office is actually in Broken Arrow.

I have worked with MicahTek for over 6 years (my company has been with them even longer). I cannot say enough about their great customer service; quick (nearly immediate) responses to calls and emails and quick to fix any errors they may be responsible for. Unfortunately when we updated our website our systems don't sync with theirs as well as they used to...this is the only complaint we have currently but hope in the future it will be resolved.

If I had to go to back to Tulsa that would be the job I go back to working at again I loved it so much. Terrible place. They represent dozens of con artist ministries that scam people out of their last dollars and call themselves Christians for it.
