I ordered parts from DELRAY ACURA s Website.
I received the items after receiving no response to emails and receiving no tracking information.
I developed a problem with an item I received. I called Delray Acura the evening of 11/17/2015 where they told me parts was open but online order department was not. I called the morning of 11/18/2015. I asked to speak to the online order parts department. After being placed on hold, a man answers the phone PARTS but no name stated. I explained the situation and simply asked to return a part for refund. The man responded I don t know what s wrong with your vehicle. Take it to an Acura dealer and have it diagnosed we will go from there. I explained the situation as it was an easy resolution. He stated again: Have it diagnosed I also explained that the nearest Acura dealer is over an hour and a half away. Also the diagnostic rate at the local dealer is $107.02 an hour, which is more than the $83.94 part. The man said Well that s what needs to be done . Have since been stuck with the cost of this part with no farther resolution. Will not buy from again. Would avoid if you expect good customer service.
