I was not to sure to give DealerSync a try at first, but I'm so grateful I did. Our sales increased by 40% for first 3 week. A few months ago a man by the name Sam walked into our dealer and showed us his software called DealerSync. At first we were skeptical because we already had a website and were too comfortable to switch companies, that is until he started showing us how EASY and Simple the steps were to things as far as adding vehicles into your inventory and adding photos to each car! The whole software is so easy and simple to navigate anyone can do it! Not only is it easy to navigate they even have the option to write vehicle comments and promo text for you as well!!! Not everyone has the time and man power to do all of that and the fact they do it for you is a huge bonus. The website is so nice and easy to understand that we have honestly gone from selling 40 units a month to averaging 60-70!!! I believe this happened mainly because it is so easy for people to fill out credit apps on the website!

Best decision we ever made was to have DealerSync manage our website, the support staff is top notch and have been able to make our website feel and look like a custom design just for us. Every person I've ever had the opportunity of speaking with has been very helpful and pleasant. We get called weekly from other companies claiming they are cheaper per monthly but my loyalty is with DealerSync because of the staff and amazing service they provide. We even have a free website from our DMS and we still choose to stay with DealerSync for our website.
How about going from 105 monthly sessions to 5000 sessions in single month. we did not see a customer bought from Google raw search till we switched to Dealersync, 10 sold this month alone and 2 weeks to go! I partnered with Dealersync about a year ago, and contrary to what Ms. Dominguez says, it was the best decision I made for my dealership. Before Dealersync, I was using another company that hosted my website and also allowed for consumer applications. I had about 140 vehicles in inventory, and I was selling on average about 30% of my inventory every month(40-45 units). Also, I was seeing about 1 online consumer application a month and that was on a good month. Since switching over to Dealersync, I have been able to completely streamline my operation. I now see 1 consumer application PER DAY. In addition, I have reduced my inventory to 65 units, but, now I am turning over 110% every month. That's an insane increase if you ask me: selling more with less!!! Yes, the owner used to have his own dealership.... a very successful dealership, but he has since left the dealership in the hands of others in order to pursue his career with Dealersync. I believe this is actually what allows him to make Dealersync so great. He fully understands what a dealership needs in order to realize any type of growth. i own San Diego Auto Finders for last 35 years , for last 8 years i was using dealersocket, about 4 months ago sam from dealersync came to my dealership and asked me if we like to move to dealersync. One of my favorite things about Dealersync is that the owner, Sam, is a Car Guy. He understands the pain points of running a dealership from top to bottom. He has gone above and beyond to listen to our issues and provide effective solutions for us without charging more money or selling more services. I m beyond satisfied thus far, and have already recommended DealerSync to a number of friends in the Auto Industry.
My favorite part about their website platform is having the ability to create temporary and/or ongoing promotions on the back end of site without having to ask the Customer Support do it for you. If you decide that you want to mark your cars down for any period of time either by a specific dollar amount or by a percentage of the Asking Price, you can create a such a promotion in a matter of seconds and it goes live instantaneously. I have worked with numerous other website platforms in the last 10 years and none had this functionality. To make things even more interesting the entire back end of the site is fully customizeable in a very simple format, and whatever modifications you make, go live immediately.
Needless to say, I am very glad I made the switch from more expensive sites to DealerSync. They have better pricing and better service.
