I've visited the service department fairly regularly over the years for scheduled maintainance and warranty work on my TL and my wife's MDX. No problem with scheduling work or dealership matching competitor's advertised pricing. But the last three visits we've felt the pressure to buy other services including a set of four new tires as the original tires were worn at 19,000 miles. That experience turned me off. I'll have both serviced at another Acura or Honda dealership going forward to avoid these kind of up sell tactics.

We enjoyed purchasing the new 2019 RDX thru Delray Acura working with Ron Hirsch, internet sales manager. He made the purchase so easy and very smooth.which is very unusal today purchasing a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ron Hirsch and Eric Rice assistant sales mgr, who helped consumate the final transaction.

I recently purchased an Acura RDX at DELRAY Acura after owning an Acura TL for 10 years. Jennifer and Jesse were extremely helpful with the process. A new standard at DELRAY Acura was having Jennifer as a support to explain and help you set up all the new features that are in the car before you drive away. Having a hands on teacher, rather then a book or u-tube video is extremely helpful. Jennifer and Jesse both followed up with a phone call after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the purchase and had all my questions about it s operation answered

Had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Irwin Baker (sales consultant) explained all the features and options on the particular model that I was interested in buying the RDX. He patiently explained my options of either purchasing or leasing a new 2018. We looked at the RDX's that were in stock that met my needs. I explained my budget, the car that I wanted to trade and Irwin with the help of Derek and Eric the sales managers made it happen. I drove home in my new RDX later that evening.

Everyone was nice and helpful towards getting us to leave the dealership with just what we wanted. Thank you to Jordan and staff for making this long process less of a headache and more something to look forward to at the end.

Recently bought an 2019 RDX here. Ron Hirsch was wonderful to work with. He has a great personality and we had a really positive experience when buying with him. My parents had actually worked with Ron two months ago buying the same car and recommended this dealership and Ron to us so we drove down from Melbourne to go here. Ron got us a great deal and made it worth the drive.

I recently moved from CT to Florida, my wife's lease on her RDX A-Spec was up. I had a bad experience with another dealer up north and promised I would not buy another car from Acura. I am glad to say that Del Ray Acura turned that experience around and my wife and I are now the owners of a 2021 Acura RDX A-Spec PMC edition. I want to thank (Jenny) the delivery specialist. Great service. I was lucky enough to have Bucky as my salesman. Structured the deal and ran my credit with with the bank I had requested. Recently we decided we wanted to purchase a 2019 Acura RDX. We checked the inventory online and selected the cars we wanted to see. We called first, to make sure that the cars were really there, since we had about an hour drive to the dealership. They were, so we visited the dealership that afternoon, and were introduced to Jordan Pare, our "Internet" salesperson. We had a very pleasant experience both with Jordan and the rest of the people we met at the Delray Acura dealership. We drove home with our beautiful 2019 Acura RDX that day! Jordan has subsequently followed up several times to make sure everything was ok with our new car, since it has many new technical features that we were not familiar with. He made our car-buying experience excellent, and we appreciated his efforts to make sure we could complete the transaction of trading in our old RDX and leaving in our new RDX in an afternoon! I have never gone out of my way before to actually write a review before,but the way things operate around there are horrendous. This only pertains to service,and the phone operators ,and a tech who can t even put both new tires on the front of my car. Trying to reach a service writer is worse then trying to reach fpl after a storm. 14 Times it took me to get someone after being disconnected,sent to pointless voicemails that are never returned. I was called for a situation that was needed for my vehicle,and after it was handled I informed them I only needed two new tires,and to place both new ones up front,and the used in the back which any trained mechanic,or tire tech would do normally. No now I had to go home and switch them myself since they were both on the left side. Who does that? I got so tired of calling to see if my car was ready I just ubered,and showed up. Of course it s done with out even a phone call. Then I have to show the writer where my paper work was since idk how they can t find it. Then my key was misplaced which once again I helped find. These are reasons why I tend to not deal with dealers unless it s warranty work. Hire people who actually care about a paycheck,and treating your customers right. Except the young black haired girl who sits by service,and answers phones. Hands down the most polite,amazing person who always went out of her way to get things done. If people followed her lead I wouldn t have wasted my time writing this

Be careful getting your car worked on here. They said my brakes were wore down to the "metal" little did they know I did the brakes myself pretty recently thier is about 60% of the pad left when I looked after picking the car up. Just keep your eyes open or you will be talked into things you don't need! Will never go back they had nothing to say

Our second time leasing a Hyundai, and were very, very satisfied.
Carlos, our sales person, was the BEST, a gentleman, helpful, direct and sincere.
We got a great lease deal which my wife especially was very happy with. You know what they say...."happy wife, happy life", kidding aside, I was as happy as she was.

Jamar is the man in parts. He went above and beyond trying to find my lug nuts that were on backorder. Everyone in that department is great as well.

We just got our 2021 Acura TLX and we highly recommend this place to buy your next car. Jenny is especially helpful in teaching my wife all about the new bells and whistles on her new car. Hyundai has already done right by our family. Delray Hyundai is not the largest, but everyone is helpful. We go there for our service. We purchased our last Sonata from Hyundai in Deerfield and we were not happy with the price. When our lease is up in January, we will return to Delray to get our next Sonata.

Met Jordan and Howard at the FAU football game where Delray Acura was showing a few cars. Stopped by the dealership 1 week later and asked Jordon to show me the new 19 ILX. Test drove the car and bought it in the spot. Awesome car, awesome salesman and awesome overall experience. Highly recommend Delray Acura and Jordon.

Last week we leased a 2019 RDX from Delray Acura. We drove from Coral Springs there because of an incredible offer we saw online. We got there in the evening and Jordan Pare was great to work with. He has a wonderful personality and we we were happy to lease with him. He stayed late (after hours) to help us learn and set up all the advanced features on the RDX. This was very helpful since we had to drive the new car home at night. We would highly recommended this dealership.

Being that I myself am in sales, I have extremely high expectations when doing business as to how I am dealt with, spoken to, treated etc. I was immediately (and warmly) welcomed to the dealership by a young salesman named Jeff; and as I continued to work with him over the course of several weeks - I was met with nothing but respect, a positive attitude, honest and transparent information, and above all, patience. Had I not worked with Jeff, I most likely would NOT have ended up with the beautiful TLX that I took home today, simply due to the fact that I had my heart set on another car before meeting him. Leased my new MDX here yesterday, great buying experience... these guys come across as more genuine than the other local Acura dealership. Chris was a great salesman, you can tell he cares about his customers and wants to do what s best for them.

This was the best car buying experience of my life. They beat Acura of Palm Beach on price and out classed them in the sales process. Irwin Baker is the internet sales manager, we contacted him in the middle of Acura Palm Beach's high pressure sales process, and he beat their price with warmth and majesty. The next evening my wife and I arrived to Acura Del Ray to a welcoming environment and the most efficient car buying process. We completed the paperwork, financing and training on the car in under 2 hours. They made the process smooth and effortless and we got a fantastic car for a great price. Irwin was fantastic a great salesman and awesome to work with throughout the process. Eric Paige made the financing process easy as well. Overall, Acura Del Ray is a great place to buy a car and I wouldrecommend it to anyone looking for a car.

So let me tell you, ive never liked going into a car dealership and having to deal with the whole process however that was not the case at Delray Acura. The Acura service department is hard to reach and rarely returns phone calls. I gave up on these guys.

Let's face it..car shopping is a tedious and expensive process. HOWEVER..Ron in internet sales made this a pleasant experience...low pressure and very friendly service. He is knowledgable and personable!.Eric in finance is also just as friendly and willing to take the time to give you the best options to fit your budget!..A great experience and ILOVE my SUV!..

I found my 2017 MDX online and called to make an appointment with Irwin that day. Without a doubt the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership from the moment we walked in the door. And was a deciding factor in taking the car home! Irwin, Jordan, and Dave were fantastic from start to finish. They made the entire process quick and painless. In the market for a new car, we went to Delray Acura because we've never looked at an Acura before. We ended up buying a car the same day! Derick, Bill, Alex, et al, knew their product inside and out, explained all the options thoroughly, and did it all with a friendly helpful attitude. They even bought us dinner because we had been looking at cars all day long!

I bought 2 vehicles from this place and thought I would receive great customer service . On 6/17/2017, I went there to get parts and received a service you would get at DMV. The elderly lady who looked miserable working there was eating peanuts. She should do the owner a favor and quit her job. She doesn't say hi, she tossed the invoice towards me rather than handing it to me. She did say HAVE A NICE DAY but she sure didn't sound sincere. I will drive little more distance and go to the Napleton Acura where you can receive excellent customer service all the time.

Had an incredible experience at Delray Acura. They beat out all other lease deals on my TLX and also tinted my windows! I worked with Jordan Pare and the manager, Derek (can't remember his last name)... They were both accommodating and were very upfront and honest with me. One of the few dealerships I feel comfortable shopping at.

Great experience and I can't stand car dealerships. Jeff Abramowitz was awesome. He didn't lay on too much pressure and made me feel like he was looking out for me and helped get me a great deal. Great guy and I highly recommend requesting him.

Order got canceled after three weeks. There were no communication within the three weeks. It took three weeks to find out they are not able to ship.

I was looking for a hitch for my MDX and found this dealer has the part in stock. It is cheaper including shipping than my local dealer in Canada. So I submitted an online order. The payment was charged next day and the status was updated to In progress. I was hoping I can receive it by end of April for my trip. After a week, there was no update. I submit an order inquire through the online form but no answer. I sent another order inquire a week after but still no reply. Then I called the part department but no one answered. I used the online chat tool. The lady gave me a different number and ask me to directly call part department again. After the third try, someone answered the call. He looked at my order and told me that they just received the part and would ship it on the day. I would receive a tracking number soon. After two days, I got an email the order got cancelled due to the unable to ship the item. It took them three weeks to figure out they cannot ship it. They did refund my payment quickly. Unfortunately, due to the exchange rate change after three weeks, I lost 30 Canadian dollars. I was hoping to save a few hundreds buying here but end up with wasted 3 weeks time plus $30.

Lesson learned,
1. I should send them an email to confirm the part and able to ship to me before I submit the order. Although I might not get an answer, I could shop somewhere else. Save my money and time
2. I should read the google review. I just noticed someone else ran into the similar problem 7 month ago.

Hopefully, they can improve their communication in the future. No more online customer runs into the same issue.

We loved Delray Acura. Our sales rep, Rob H., was the best. We got a great deal, and Rob went above & beyond to go over all of the new features, synch my phone, and install my app. I always had my two kids with me, and he was great with them. Thanks for everything!

Just leased my second Acura MDX from Delray Acura. I was not able to come in and do any type of negotiations, so Bill Mitchell helped me over the phone. We made a deal and when it was time to come in and do my paperwork he had everything ready. He made the process seamless and not stressful. I think I am leaning more Hyundai, however, while on the lot at Acura I was greeted politely and not pressured to buy. I feel that I am more drawn to the Hyundai product but felt like reviewing Acura because the staff there was really kind and understanding about my needs. They listened and pointed me in the right direction, no questions asked, no pressure. I would recommend Delray Acura for those interested in the Acura brand. They are very knowledgeable about their product. Thank you.

Best experience buying a car. I first contacted Delray Acura by email and Irwin answered all my questions and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. It is important to mention that all of our communication was through email no phone calls no pressure.
After a couple of days, I set up a quick test drive and Jeff helped me with that. The car I tested on this day didn't meet my expectations. After the test drive, I changed some words with and Jeff and he said he could help me find a car that could meet my expectations without blowing my budget. On the next day, he emailed me some options within my budget and answered all my questions about cost and fees.
We set up another test drive and at this time the car was suited me perfectly.
The negotiation went smoothly and no pressure on their end. Not to mention I got a really good APR.
Overall I very happy with all ends at this business. From customer service, negotiation, finance, and most of all the vehicle quality. What a sweet car this TLX!
