Although the staff are extremely friendly and polite and accommodating, the rooms are not well insulated. You can hear everything, neighbours moving around, doors closing or smashing and because people return late or wake up early it makes it difficult to sleep. For such a high value chain I'd expect better insulation. The rest is really nice, but for people with trouble sleeping it's just not convenient.

Stayed at this hotel due to an extension of my work and my original hotel could not keep my room for me. Ambience at Shangri-La was very classy. Cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not have it. Gym is very well furbished; lots of equipments and new. Room was great, bed was comfortable. TV was not working as well though; fuzzy images.

No doubt the branding speaks for itself as a five start hotel. Great stay, great service and excellent facilities. The hotel is also directly connected to the mall. Whether it s for business or leisure, it will make a great choice.

Not happy with their front desk. Have to be very careful when you use VISA Cards. They have punched twice my Debit card and I as a foreigner had to struggle lot to explain that and prove. I never expected this kind of unproffessionalism. 3 weeks gone but still pending to settle. I also had to take many IDD calls to follow up.

I feel very good, I recommend. I ate Spanish food, but it is delicious and the staff of the store is excellent. It makes me feel very good, I recommend it. I ate Spanish food, but deliciously the salesperson's response is wonderful.

Our first night wasn't what we expected. Aside from our room having this musty, moldy odor, our bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. Our pillows were lumpy and the mattresses were sagging in the middle. Thank goodness the duty manager, Ms. Lui Mazo, quickly got us transferred to a better room as soon as I made my concerns known to guest services. We slept so much better during our second night. I'll note not to book the garden wing rooms next time. They're badly in need of an upgrade. The staff was amazing and very attentive. This is what the Shangri-La experience is all about, personal touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Despite the COVID situation, they were able to acc...

Despite the COVID situation, they were able to accommodate us. Just some things that are worth noting:

1. There was a delay on the delivery of our dinner (room service) only because the receptionist forgot all about it. No apologies were extended.
2. The room service is as expected. Only, when the robes were asked to be replaced, only 1 was replaced.
3. No clear coordination was done regarding the checking of all the guests' body temperature. We work at US hours and we would be awaken in the middle of our sleep. If it were coordinated upon check in, we could have made some adjustments and/or gone down to the lobby for this.
4. Overall cleanliness - 3/5. The carpets can do a little cleaning as there was an old smell. The sofa is of a dirty green color.

Overall, our 2-week stay was as expected. Kudos on a good customer service as always.

It's my second time there. The feels is still the same. Very cozy. The room was tidy. You cant hear noise in the hallway because the floor is carpeted. There are art paintings/designs hang on every wall of the hotel. The pool is warm, and you can swim until 12 midnight. The pool area is very environmental friendly. The staffs are very accommodating and very friendly. My overall experience was nice. Worth it

Overall it was a good and relaxing weekend, definitely a great way to celebrate mother's day. I rated our overall stay a 4 because I feel that the choices offered at the lounge didn't compare to our experience with the lounge at Sofitel and Marco Polo. During high tea, only cookies and pastries were offered, but non on the savory side. For cocktails, we arrived at the lounge at 640, and almost all of the items were out.. they didn't refill :(

I will say that my 5-day stay got off to a bad start. But I immediately expressed my concerns directly to senior management of the hotel, they were all immediately corrected and from that point forward the level of service and hospitality was world-class. The rooms are very clean, the facilities are excellent, the in-room dining is great and the transportation services are outstanding.

There are a few individuals that I would like to recognize for their exceptional professionalism:

The facilities and ALL of the staff on duty in the Horizon Lounge were excellent. No issue to small (or big) to handle

I worked long hours IN the louinge and the staff were always quick to respond.

Guest service was very accomodating and quick on their feet. They are radily available for any needs the guest may request. The front desk wasvery considerable with their guest's situation. Very friendly and they make sure of our satisfaction. I have never experience a more helpful staff in all my years of being a hotel guest. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

I had to go back to the front desk 4 times to have...

I had to go back to the front desk 4 times to have my key re activated because it can t open the door. Manager changed the battery of the sensor 2 x. Shouldn t happen to a 5star hotel. My daughter went to the front desk 3x. The worst is when you ve gone forreactivation and you go back to your room and still will not open. This was rm 1229. Very bad. I almost peed in my pants on one occasion.

Over the top wonderful! Thank you and your staff. Staff was amazingly helpful, the food at Heat was breath taking, and the afternoon it snowed charming.

One thing we found difficult was the room temperature set to begin each session at 22. Just freezing!!! I regularly turned it up to 25.

An amazing experience in every aspect for my entire stay! Nothing was ever too much for the staff, especially the amazing team in the Executive Lounge Club. They always made me feel like I was at home and provided above and beyond service, with a friendly, professional approach. Pool, Chi Spa and dining were excellent. Close to shopping malls and restaurants/bars too Can t wait to visit again. Salamat po!!
