Despite the COVID situation, they were able to accommodate us. Just some things that are worth noting:

1. There was a delay on the delivery of our dinner (room service) only because the receptionist forgot all about it. No apologies were extended.
2. The room service is as expected. Only, when the robes were asked to be replaced, only 1 was replaced.
3. No clear coordination was done regarding the checking of all the guests' body temperature. We work at US hours and we would be awaken in the middle of our sleep. If it were coordinated upon check in, we could have made some adjustments and/or gone down to the lobby for this.
4. Overall cleanliness - 3/5. The carpets can do a little cleaning as there was an old smell. The sofa is of a dirty green color.

Overall, our 2-week stay was as expected. Kudos on a good customer service as always.
