Great place to stay, eat or lounge. Many facilities within the hotel.broomsnare clean and comfortable. It's a well appointed hotel that's just beside a mall and the airpot is not far away. Love the cavernous lobby and it has the only Dilmah t-Bar in the country.

Always a good choice of hotel, location is good as its walking distance of the SM mall, big car park, the business lounge people are great, friendly and accommodating. The amenities is good too, where I go to gym on noon and swimming when around late afternoon, the breakfast have good choices and huge. I love always to stay here...
Great business hotel. Nice view of Cebu's ports. Excellent service.
Ambience is really nice. Very cozy in the hotel rooms. And the buffet has a wide selection of different cuisines ranging from good old Filipino cuisine to some Chinese-style cooking.
Very good accommodation. Attendants are courteous. Lobby is wide and comfortable. Pools are outside where guests can hangout and relax.
During our stay, rooms were well furbished and carpets, curtains and linens were clean. We had a great stay.

Expensive yet very elegant hotel in downtown cebu. Easily accessible because beside it is the SM City Cebu. Recommend this place to stay while in Cebu. Crews are also very hospitable.

Nice looking hotel close to many places in Cebu City. Excellent staff and good food at the hotel, but I recommend Tajimaya (I might be wrong on the name, yakiniku place with all you can eat), Anzani, Acacia and Yaksi as places to eat at if you feel like venturing out.
Great place, great view! Our acquaintance party was held here. I was really amazed with their interior. Beautiful and classy hotel! If you're looking for a place to stay here in Cebu, well, you've got Radisson Blu. I wouldn't regret checking-in and staying here if I were you. How great would it be living beside SM City Cebu too?

It has a wide lobby with bar and cafe also has a big restaursnt for breakfast, lunch and dinner with varity ! Rooms are specious and clean. Bathroom and other aminities are standard as usual. It was a pleasant stay for me in Cebu city as well !
Great hotel, gorgeous feeling of freedom, celebration and ease. Proximity to the shopping complex 50 meters, in which the sea of cafes and restaurants of different cuisines of the world for little money and great service + shopping for every taste. The rooms are clean, everything works functionally, high-speed elevators. At our request, they gave us a room on the 21st floor, offering fantastic views of Cebu, the mountains and the embankment. The staff is sensitive and caring, safety at the highest level. If in Sebu-only in Radisson, you will not regret. Highly recommend.
Clean, neat and great ambiance. Went there for a wedding reception and the place is very welcoming. The food that was served was not that varied. A lot of different salads but overall the food was not as good as they looked. The beef was tender, so I'll give them points for that.
Radisson Blue's quality of goods is not very good, mainly in domestic Philippines. But because pretty much it is convenient for people to shop.
The hotel is so great. Employees are very generous. The food is also delicious. They have big parking area. The place is just beside a mall.
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The staff is polite and wonderful. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable and complete with towels and toiletries that smell real good. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are endless and delicious. The pool and spa experience are quite nice. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to cebu!
This hotel is not guest friendly. Making a small request takes like forever. They don't treat locals the same way they treat foreigns. The rooms look so old.
It is a hotel that makes you feel like you have to earn money and make a success. It is spacious, pleasant, comfortable and safe. There is a swimming pool, there are outdoor weddings, and there is a performance in the lobby at night.
I almost stay a month in radisson so far it was a good experienced the SM mall is near to the hotel very convenient to all the guests in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always smiling at you. They help you to feel comfortable and make your things easy to stay.
Hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Food was excellent.

The hotel is just beside SM City so you can shop for pasalubongs (souvenirs) there or in case you want to taste Cebu lechon and other Cebuano delicacies.

Have to go there earlier to have a proper parking. Especially if there are overlapping events. Food is good, service needs improvement though. I asked for them to refill the dessert fork yet they just gave me the set dinner spoon and fork folded in a napkin because it was what was there at the moment.

The hotel is large, the area is also not small, but the pool is not very comfortable, more decorative. Near the shopping center to eat and shopping is very convenient. A big minus, although near the sea, but here the port, on the island of Cebu where near the city, there is no place to swim, is heavily polluted. By the way, cleaners can break the door for cleaning at 8 am) Breakfast is average.
Food is somewhat good. Hotel walls are paper thin you could hear the neighbors switching their lights on and off.
Maintenance crew was lazy. Water suddenly becomes super hot and freezing cold in a span of seconds without touching the shower knobs.
Arguably the best business hotel to stay in Cebu especially for extended stays. Get the fleximeal voucher and enjoy the variety and quality of food at their buffet. Room fixtures and amenities are great. Bidet in the toilet!
We check in here to watch the SM pyrofestival competition. Its a very perfrct spot for us. Lovely foods and its one of the big hotel here in cebu.
The place does not have basic services such as dry cleaning for expensive clothes. In case one plans to eat in the room plan an hour ahead and be prepared to do follow ups.

The downside is that despite the carpet on the floor and the 8th floor, there were mosquitoes.
The best thing to me was having breakfast at Feria, they have very good selections from fruits, desserts, breads, local dishes, and noodles. Also, staff is very accommodating and alert to serve you. I was on the usual economy rooms but beds are still great and clean. As a suggestion, they need to provide rubber mats inside the bathroom. Also, they need to improve their cable tv as many international channels are not available. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. They also got swimming pool which is good but a bit small. SM mall is just beside the hotel so you can go there for quick errands. You can get a taxi to go somewhere else. The location is nearby the port so you can have its view from your room. They have a spacious hall which is great. Lastly, concierge people are so nice, they answer immediately and give complete details.
Great function rooms for events but a few of us had upset stomach from our visit there last May. Wifi connection is not so good too.
You will get what you expect from any 5 star business hotel.. The big disappointment for me was room service food.. But breakfast buffet spread was not bad. Their one touch service is efficient and prompt.
Only one thing I was disappointed is quality of hot water like that picture.
But only executive suite has bath tub.

Love going there for dinner buffet. affordable (around 1600 pp i think) with a wide selection of different food. make sure to come around 18.30 so all food is still freshly cooked,.
The place lobby was very pleasant and so was the parking space. When entering the unit though which was one of the bigger suites we got lost as to where it was as we followed the numbers properly, finding the unit to be at the tip of the whole entire floor.
All in all the unit was good, service was great and the place was clean.

This is the great place to stay. The staff was very very nice and very friendly. The food was very very good. The room was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. It's because they were washing the windows outside and the window seal had a leak. So for two days every time I walk by the window in my sock feet they would get wet. The staff was informed of this I was told that it would be taken care of however it took a couple of days for them to dry it it out . This is a great place to stay and I will be staying there on my next visit.
Five-Star Hotel. Whatelse can you ask for when you all have the luxury. It has the perfect place near SM City. It was owned by the richest man in the Philippines. It is truly a hotel that offers elegant stay.
