I will say that my 5-day stay got off to a bad start. But I immediately expressed my concerns directly to senior management of the hotel, they were all immediately corrected and from that point forward the level of service and hospitality was world-class. The rooms are very clean, the facilities are excellent, the in-room dining is great and the transportation services are outstanding.
