A very good hotel and a great location on Sheikh Zayed Road, may God have mercy on him, next to it are many restaurants and the metro is 5 minutes.

Need more space

As always it was an awesome stay. Moustfa, the cleaning guy was amazing. I stay there a lot and there service facilities and kindness are beyond approach. Always impressive!

Old 5 stars room style.... need some retouch... but the latest executive room was amazing

You can do some climbing from 1st floor to 42nd floor as an exercise. The fire staircase was clean, well maintained and nicely covered with marble.

The hotel was at an extremely high standard, both clean, and full featured. We wanted for nothing as the staff fell over backwards to satisfy any request.
Fabulous position, fabulous restaurant / roomservice and fabulous friendly staff.

It is amezing please to viset with lovelly employs and fast chick in, grate beach, nice bf, and big swimming pool and meny activitys.

Super friendly staff and great view of the Burj. Pool area is as good as the photos although a bit expensive. They can't do enough for you here.

Spectacular hotel, with an amazing view of Dubai !!

Our favourite dining restaurant. Excellent cusine ad staff.

Its a decent place. We often visit the hotel for the exhibition it helds on regular basis. Valet parking available so its hassle free.

A good selection of bar, especially the outdoor bar

We had very unpleasant situation with the security of the club that hotel is renting them place. Me and my friend were talking after dinner in front of a hotel when one of club security start insulting my husband that me and my friend were unrespectful to some lady that is selling tickets for club. We didnt even go to that club just waiting for our cars after dinner in the hotel. And we weren't unrespectful to anyone. Just security was showing off their strength. When i started defending my friend 5 security club guys attacked my husband. Hotel management didnt do anything. For this hotel is more important rent of that club than their own guests.

Was staying there for 2 night: from 26/11 until 27/11/ 2018. Clean room, bed was fabuleus. Breakfast was great, lots of choices from rice to local food and regular bread. We also had evening buffet but was compared to breakfast a disappointing.
Staff is vey helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will come back when in Dubai.

Extremely friendly frontline staff at front desk, lobby and waiters during breakfast. Staff remember return guests, give guest special feeling.

everything is always great - a great staff and the room cleaners, Francisco and Amith are the best I have ever seen. Food in the business lounge is top notch, especially happy hour.

Ordered a cup of coffee. Take 5mins got menu, took 20mins to get my order. Took 10mins to wait to settle my bill. Its only a cup of coffee. Lots of staffs who wear the suit, just walk around and ignore our request. Only two staffs were running in and out. They really tried their best to service all the table. Another lady who sat next table also upset with the slow service.

It was a wonderful vacation staying in this hotel.Its location was ideal..very central.As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming.Especially. Yan who was working at the reception.He was incredibly helpful and very kind.In addition the good was delicious and there too the staff were exceptional.We could order anything that even wasn't written on the menu.One of the waitersMugamed brought the food very efficiently and always smiling.The manager at the reception guest Muhammed Hamid was amazing.and made sure that we had all that we needed.From our suite we had a great view of the high buildings and could even see the magnificent Burj Khalifa.Finally, a well recommended and excellent hotel in central Dubai.

Amazing service, all the guys in valet are awesome they looked after our cars and always with a smile even in the extreme heat. Great concierge staff wonderful rooms and good rates.

The hotel is centrally located on the largest street in Dubai. Close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall .. Great services .. The room has everything ..

The view is amazing and people who work there are so nice and best thing was that most of the activities like pool, gym, spa, bar, breakfast and much more, I would love to come back here to this lovely hotel.

I booked a room for two , my self and my wife

At breakfast I was told that the booking was only for one person, that was embarrassing standing in a que people waiting , wasn t a good feeling.

Luxurious but old-fashioned and the mattress is uncomfortable as usual the well-known hotels and the entry of its guests are a little complicated
