Lovely and clean buffet very good after improvement eating excellent service brushes

Great clean place. definitely worth 5 stars. Staff extremely freindly and easy to talk to. Veiws are amazing. Room cleaning service come in at right time. Staff arrive puntually at your room in a matter of minutes if you aquire assistance, even late in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay and a very nice hotel I thank Professor Mohammed from the reception for a summit of ethics and dealings

The staff and location are both good. The breakfast is good as well. Burj Khalifa view is amazing as well.

We were visiting on our honeymoon and the staff kindly upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with access to the horizon lounge. The room was great and the hotel itself had wonderful views, service, and overall staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and kindly opened doors every time we walked in and out, along with calling us taxis.

Cannot say much as I went during covid season (2020) which means the hotel would have to follow some rules and procedures. Despite that the room itslef was large and spacious. The staff were also all well mannered. The in room menu was very expensive though. Add to that there are restaurants just outside the hotel with better prices. The hotel did allow items to be delivered to your hotel room.

All are excellent except room's furniture is not as expected. It is a bit old.

I highly recommend the horizon club formula. Certainly next year I will be back together with another couple. This is a hotel you will never forget. congratulations to the management and all its staff.

When you want to know the true meaning of 5-star rating for a hotel, start here. Shangri-la Dubai and the chain in general has an irrefutable record of raising the bar when it comes to hospitality. We use this place for its fine dine restaurants, coffee shop for meetings and their health club for staying fit. Can't say what I would do without it.

Very cooperative staff, very cooperative reception especially Mohammed Seoudi as he was very very friendly reception.
Reception area, lobbies, rooms, swimming pools and all over the stay was remarkabel.

The Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai is conveniently located at Sheik Zayed Road, allowing you get in, out, and around Dubai without any hesitation via Metro or by cab.

The hotel itself is excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, equipped with modern amenities and stunning uninterrupted views, especially the Burj Khalifa View, which gets you a full view Dubai s modern city scrapers.

I highly recommend the Horizon Lounge with it's access, which gets you the added benefit of breakfast at the lounge (or main dining restaurant for a wider buffet), high tea in the afternoon and cocktail hours in the evening. There are restaurants within the hotel itself to widen your dining choices.

Do not miss out the forty-second floor, where the pool and gym is located but mostly, the amazing panoramic views of the city.

Wi-Fi is fast and nothing to worry about. A big plus for the hotel staff who always greeted with a smile; along with friendly personalities & helpfulness of staff whenever a request was made.

Special thanks to Amila, Daphne, Fransischa, Manoj and Rifshaz, the kind and friendly faces that I ve had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. Everybody was highly accommodative and caring.

It's a perfect combination of excellent facilities (very good quality fittings, furniture and equipment throughout the hotel facilities) and wonderful staff that sets Shangri-La apart. Taj Hotels (India) has been our most favourite hotel brand so far and happy to include Shangri-La now in our list!

On a side note, the only comment we would like to add to your future improvement is that the beds are a bit harder than it usually should be. It could have been a bit more soft. BUT we still had good sleep :-)

The reception staff is not professional. There is info that does not communicate with an English accent very difficult to understand is do not provide any effort to explain their actions

The bathroom is a little old and the hot water bath is not very hot

Clean and spacious, the hotel facilities are excellent. Location is perfect, close to the mall. The beds were so comfortable we felt at home. All staff are very welcoming and kind especially Nazifha and Meric. Every morning we looked forward to seeing Nazifha. Also, Meric was very helpful as he always suggested things we could/should do in dubai. Will definitely miss Shanrgi- La but will reunite. I would highly recommend to all.

When ever I visit I always get the same service and no need to wait for long to check in specially Khin the best agent who provides excellent hospitality also best Restaurants and great breakfast in dunes.

The room differs from the room booked, without any compensation for the difference between the rooms.
Do not prepare the room before handing it over to guests. The semen bar is empty and there is no entertainment

Paradise in Dubai! With the kind of service offered at this hotel there is no need to have an itinerary to visit other places! We checked in and the staff was mindful to note that it was my boyfriend's birthday and they sent up a personalised birthday cake for him! It was just too personalized a service we were very sad to leave. Everything was impeccable! I would recommend it to people that truly appreciate the finer things in life.

My experience in the hotel was very good, I really enjoyed my stay.

From the service, to the room, and the buffet breakfast.

The only downside I would say is that I requested a room with the Burj Khalifa view, and from my room it was not easy to see it, unless I came close to the window and checked on the side. I was in room 3901.

My room was on the 40th floor and the noise from the night club was so annoying and could not sleep until it shut down at 3 am !! I spoke with the reception and told them about the noise and even spoke with the night shift manager and their response was ( the night club will shut down shortly at 3 a.m anyway !!!) and no action was taken at all ... where is the sound proof ?? is this the way to deal with your customers ?? -- i was thinking -- is this a 5 star hotel really !! is this a Shangri-La standard -- It was my first stay at any of the Shangri-La resorts and could not believe it really..

Everyone was amazing and so friendly! Didnt try a lot of facilities however everyone was so helpfull, starting from doorman, he was so welcoming and full of smile (im sorry i forgot his name)! Mr. Alok as well suheil! Thank you for everything!

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Of course you can expect the hallmark Shangri-la service. And you won't be disappointed.

Location is good. You are close to downtown. And on the main axis of Dubai. Sheikh Zayed Road. But too far to walk to Dubai Mall. And a bit too far when it's hot to walk to City Walk. Maybe in winter it will be fine.

I stayed at this hotel my two of my friends for 5 nights on December 2020. We had so much fun! The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Good service, breakfast, vallet parking and view.

It is a very nice place I went over here and met the manager very humble man who really cares about how customers should be treated. The entire hotel is very quiet and peacefull and it makes you wanna just relax. There are a lot of floors and the staff is super friendly always greeting you with warmth love and affection. If I was rich I would stay in this place forever. Ok maybe not that much. Thats it for now

Bathroom fittings need to be rechecked periodically.
Leakage from Hand shower = Blocked outlets from Head Shower etc etc .

From the moment we entered the land of Shangri La Dubai - A feeling of old school graciousness emanated throughout . Our room was nothing less than sublime and as a extensive traveler the Hotel made us feel like Grace Kelly finding her principality. Visiting in May , Ramadan was handled wonderfully and the a la carte breakfast offered a breathtaking array of gourmet delights to set the bar for the day. Launching a members travel club I certainly would curate a trip with the Shangri La as gentrification abounds and opulence inhabits every corner of this desert dream.
