My stay was very good, i would like to especially commend the cleaning staff on 29th floor, all very very kind and helpful.
Breakfast is awesome, good variety
Keep up the good job.

I only attended a conference there and it was really a nice experience. Felt quite homely and comfortable to see and meet people in.

not big enough, too much noise, not fast enough, and certainly not as amazing even ps5

The entire staff is above average friendly.

We were invited for an event and unfortunately my friend found lining warm in her salad!!! We complained to the manager who said; it is fresh lettuce!!! It happens!!! Would you like a new one.

i was in Club horizons floor .. you guys need to work on bad smell ..but the room was one of the best in the world

The accommodation is convenient and the price is convenient

Such a good location , my husband was on a business trip, and I was alone with both my kids. There was a 2 minute walk to the pharmacy. Near by Starbucks, a lot of restaurant, very friendly staff, nice pool. And I was upgraded. Nothing was unpleasant at all.

I love shangri-la hotel dubai the people treats u like royalty I'm not lying they open the door for u when your coming in going they respect u like family in this hotel u never have to wait for a taxi in the breakfast here is amazing trust me in the lunch in dinner is great at this hotel in u don't have to go nowhere if your looking to party it's a club in this hotel it's amazing, to trust me it close at 3am in if u need any help with anything just go to the front desk in trust me they will get u what u need they have a 2nice pools in Jacuzzi in spa in the hotel. I'm def coming back this my second home when I'm in dubai u won't be dissapointed I promise.

This is of course a lovely hotel, the room (club Horizon one bedroom suite) was excellent, the pool area is nice and clean and the breakfast is excellent. However we were surprised there were nothing extra at all for the children, not even the Shangri-La teddy bears they usually get in the room. No kids club, no playroom, no playground - no nothing... Compared to our recent stay at Shangri-La in Singapore this was a dissapointment.

Also, the Club Horizon afternoon tea and breakfast was rather small compared to other Shangri-La hotels, which was also a little dissapointing.

Finally, the in room dining did not live up too our expectations. We informed about this the very same evening of our order and were promised to speak to the food and beverage manager, but that never happened.

This was my second stay at Shangri-La Dubai and it was even better than the first one. The location of the hotel is fantastic -- close to the office where I work when visiting Dubai and great views of Burj Khalifa. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the team of people working in the hotel is excellent. Special thanks to these people who ensured my stay was exceptional -- Omar, Hossam and Bo Bo in the Horizon Club, Viraj and Francisco in housekeeping, and Farahat who helped transfer my belongings to another room. The food from room service was delicious and delivered on time and I appreciate that Omar ensured I could enjoy the roast duck (not on the standard menu) in my room after a long day in the office. The Chi Spa was amazing and I'm grateful to my massage therapist Irma who was able to loosen a few tight areas in my neck after a long haul flight.
Next time I'm in Dubai, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La and visit Chi Spa.

Overall very good property at very good location. Very friendly and caring staff from all departments esp. the F&B staff. Only downside was the WiFi strength, I could not make any FaceTime video calls from the WiFi network and had to always use my cellular data.

Departure experience was not so great, not even a goodbye from the front desk after settling the charges. Doorman on the other hand was amazing to assist with my luggage and car .

I stayed in Shangri-La hotel between April the 26 to 29th , it was an unpleasant experience with dishonest managers and unprofessional behaviour.
Do not be fall into the trap of it being a five star hotel, whilst the general staff were polite, the management team I assume has never heard of the expression that the customer is always right, what did the customer want? A individual invoice for each of the three rooms that he had booked.

Right from the moment you arrived at the front desk they are ready to look for the best room according to your expectations, then the high quality service follows all the way around during your stay. Having breakfast is an amazing experience you get all what you're dreaming of.

Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to staying again. Breakfast buffet was on point and as a Seattle born Starbucks strength coffee drinker I can proudly say the coffee was strong enough which had not been the case elsewhere in Dubai.

Excellent hotel, great restaurants, I truly recommend the vietnamies one, nice staff, well prepared, spa, pool, everything you want. Also great views on Burj Khalifa.

Really nice spot in Dubai downtown with walking distance to DIFC station of Rail Network. Gorgeous pool with jacuzzi as not so many hotels here provide it. The staff is very friendly and even offer late check-out proactively.

Loved the suite, the pool, the spa and the location, but the Horizon Club lounge was a culinary disappointment. Service was perfect, but the selection was inadequate.
Throughout the hotel staff were welcoming, smiling and helpful. Now that we're home, my 2 yr old wants to go back to "our new house"!

The hotel and it's staff were outstanding and the food was out of this world. Well worth a stay. Hope it will be longer next time

I would like to thank Mr Domenico Iannone (Director of Food &Beverage ) a millions time for his great support and making sure that all the special food for my son 11 years old availble for breakfast as my son he is highly allergic to many kinds of Food, gluten , nuts , Soya.
He alwayes makes our stay super fun and no need to worry about anything .

Excellent 7 nights stay at Shangri-la Hotel with my family. Every thing was perfect from arrival to departure very friendly and welcoming staff always willing to help, very clean rooms. I have no reason not to recommend Shangri-la to friends and family.

Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay pleasant. Shame we had to leave but Shangri-la will be my first choice for any future holidays any where in the world.

lounge at the 41st floor does not serve enough food.... its only some biscuits which doesn't fill enough to return to the lounge.

it's main purpose was only for business meeting and site. But food or snacks...yucks... nothing much to have you to stay and enjoy the area !

Superb hospitality of staff!!! Congratulations for the friendliness of the staff, this made our stay excellent! Breakfast was super good (lots of fresh stands, great juices!), only the location were breakfast is served was too small, we saw that people had to que for taking breakfast...
Rooms were nicely decorated, we had a one bedroom suite with a superb view on the burj ! A minor disadvantage is that although we slept on level 39 we still had noise from zayed road.
The location is very central, and it was easy to take a cab.
The pool is well heated, with nice greenery, the pool area can however use a renovation. We found it a little disappointing that kids could not stay in the whirlpool, apparently only adults are allowed , but nobody told us up front and while we were the only persons at the pool we found it disappointing that they could not stay in it for a few minutes respecting silence.( that day it was cold only 20 degrees and very cloudy: that was the reason why kids went into the whirlpool and why pool area was empty..
the above points are only minor points for improvement we were very satisfied with our stay and we can advice everybody to stay in this amazing quality hotel with his great staff! Thanks to the full team!
