Here the lavylites business Dubai was opened. It was a great event in a great hotel

Great hotel, staff and service from A-Z.
Yasser in the front entrance was always helpfull, and the lobby restaurant manager was also quite helpfull as well. Rooftop pool and spa was relaxing, Great experience and amenities.

The hotel is above excellent, the service is incredible, the prices is reasonable and all hotel staff are friendly and comparative.
The rooms are large, luxury, clean and had a beautiful view.
Highly recommended if you wanna stay in City Center.
Also, the restaurant had a good option for breakfast and lunch you must try it.
The swimming pool is large and had beautiful view.
The location is near to financial center metro station.

Excellent in all. Staff are very friendly, luxurious and very clean room. Location is near every thing except i haven't seen a laundry nearby.

Was able to see great fireworks from the Burj Khalifa view room of 35F! Excellent view with fantastic breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staffs throughout the entire hotel. Imie of Dunes cafe and Ms Pham of Hoi An were outstanding in customer service. Neat and spacious room with quality amenities.

Excellent stay. Great choice at breakfast and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The staff were some of the best we've met and we have travelled all over the world. Would definitely recommend the hotel. It's location was also perfect for exploring Dubai and we will be back next year!

Top quality spa, if you stay here I would highly recommend you to try it, you will get your great value for money spend, my friend from Dubai told me about it as she comes here only for their treatments. I had their signature blend massage, Rita very professional and you have to try their welcome drink. Thank you!

Always the best experience at Shangri La Dubai. The staff is perfect and the rooms are extra! Ask for Vanessa Penado and she will arrange everything so your stay is a 5 stars stay.

Arrive early morning on 5/2 and was served by this lovely lady Ms Khin. She so courteous and polite and even manage to get for me a room even at a very morning. Although she is from Myanmar but her explanation and command of is good and clear.
The manager Mr Farid was also very helpful in assisting me for the room and even give me the ensuring not to worry and every is been taken care nicely and smoothly.

Friendliness, cleanliness and comfort, 'transportation and the surroundings were all the best. I am very satisfied and will use again if I travel to Dubai next time.

Very poor food and extremely expensive , bland, mainly frozen or preserved stuff, rooms are clean and nice however.

The window is narrow with a structure that is more old than expected. It might be nice to go without the expectation, but it's a good idea to give it a high rating. The club lounge is small and the quality of breakfast and happy hour does not meet expectations. The staff were also tight and the service mind did not look good. I was very disappointed compared to other Shangri-La countries.

We have just spent 4 fantastic nights at the hotel. From start to finish the staff could not do enough to assist you in any way they could. They were extremely professional but also very friendly and approachable. We had a burj view room on floor 34. The room was beautiful with a great bathroom, robes, slippers, huge bed and so much storage space. We went to the pool twice, once in the day and once on an evening as it is open until 10pm I believe. Again the pool staff are wonderful and make you very comfortable. Only slight complaint is the pool is very cold...very. Even in the excessive heat of dubai it woukd have been good to have a little warmth in the pool...solar heating ?? But that is realky just a small thing. We had a buffet breakfast each day and it was fantastic with so much choice for all tastes. On leaving we did not have to check out until 12pm and were able to leave our cases for the day and on our return before going to the airport were given the opportunity to shower and change in the pool area before we finally left. It is about a 10 minute walk to the very efficient metro system and it cost us 60aud in a taxi from the airport. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is so central and easy to access and there are eateries and coffee shops close by. It us one stop from the burj and dubai mall. If we return I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff and for a great stay.

I like everything and its amazing hotel expect my apartment (suite) it s little old and not very comfortable I wish to see some change in decor in the future because the hotel and rooms are very ordinary .

Good bar there attached to the pool terrace called ikandy - good hair salon for ladies, the bar on the first floor also serves late night drinks

Lovely hotel, but the Horizon Club was very disappointing - small room, poor selection of drinks and soft drinks, empty plates and poor selection of food. Not worth paying for access. We have enjoyed many Executive Lounges, but this is the poorest yet. I spoke to other guests with the same experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The check in manager Mohamed was wonderful. The staff of the club lounge are exceptionally good. The man who did our room was very good as well.

I have to say my experience with Shangri La hotels has always been superb. This time I was really dissapointed for 2 reasons. Number 1, I complained about a lot of noise with the first room you gave me.
They offered to change me, I accepted. Not only did I not receive a similar room or an upgrade but I got a downgrade. I got a "residence" which was smaller than my original room, less ammenities, no minibar.
I called again to complain and they said they would check and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call. I'm really dissapointed in the service and Shagri La in Dubai. I will definitely will not consider staying there in the near future.

We were impressed from the minute we got out of the taxi. Door staff and reception staff very attentive and friendly. This was our first time at a Shangri La Hotel but it won't be our last. Service like this will bring us back. And the room was very impressive (although it could use a few USB outlets).

Great experience - Friendly, helpful and efficient staffs. Location was super convenient, specially to the public transportation. Specially that view from the hotel of the Burj Khalifa. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and facilities. Very pleasant stay. Just hope you can provide slightly more frequent shuttle to the Dubai Mall and perhaps extend the shuttle service to other areas that visitors may be interested to go.
