Rooms are very nice, spacious clean.
Staff are polite
Swimming pool is smaller than it looks in pictures.

Currently staying in Dubai at this hotel, it is 2am, we are on the 40th floor and the music of the bar where the pool is located down the hotel resonates in our ears, impossible to sleep! Music horribly strong, plan your earplugs especially that it starts again every evening and until 4am !!!

The hotel is excellent in location and the service is wonderful

everything was magical the hotel the staff really all hotel that I recommend 100% thank you for this pleasant stay

Very good spa, wonderful massage and professional spa therapist.

I haven t stayed at the hotel but I have used their personal training in the healthclub which is a complete joke! The trainer didn t show up at the agreed time which resulted in wasting my time. The place is poorly managed!
Avoid because there are so many better options in Dubai!

A very pleasant stay in Dubai in this very beautiful and comfortable establishment with a very attentive staff and very helpful. From the very spacious suite we occupied, we had a very nice view because we were lucky enough to be at one corner of the building.

I celebrated my birthday and the Shanghri la Dubai made it extra special
Only comment I would suggest is for soft close toilet seats as this is a refurbished property I would have thought these would be a standard in the Shangh as is in many off your other properties.

Excellent location, good functional rooms, great views from the rooms, a nicely equipped gym, wide selection of breakfast menu catering to western, Indian and middle eastern cuisine. Conveniently located to access major tourist and business spots.

1) I thought check in and check out were slow and ponderous, not enough staff on
2) the lines to both in room dining and all services were constantly engaged, in the end I cornered a guy restocking the bar and asked him to get in-house dining to call me! The lines were even engaged at 6am so i called an external number on my mobile in order to get someone to come and help with my bags
3) I was particularly miffed at having to pay for an extra night to ensure that I had a room to check into at 8am because despite being a diamond member of golden circle you dont guarantee an early check in. What made it worse is that the couple checking in next to me got an early check in and they were on the base level of golden circle, to be honest i feel ripped off.
4) the pool area looked tired and dirty...again too many guests and not enough staff

Very nice place, high standards, great service, near the highway, near Business Bay and near Downtown Dubai. Highly recommended.

The Shangri-La is excellent as always and set her standards very high when it comes to service. Maybe the bar service atIkandy poolside during the day might need some extra attention.

The most friendliest staff I have ever met. The amenities and facilities were excellent. The atmosphere was excellent as well. Highly recommend the Shangri-La Hotel Dubai. 10/10.

Dined at the DUNE's Restaurant in Shangrila Hotel on SZRoad and it was an ALL MEAT Buffet Dinner.
We were very happy with the wide variety of meat (red and white) on offer. The spread was very delicious, the meats were juicy and the salmon was simply divine.
The sushi counter was satisfactory. No, we didn't try out the chinese live cooking station as our stomachs were FULL.
The Dessert spread was equally varied and mouth watering. We enjoyed the variety of desserts.
Oh, must make mention of the fresh bread on offer. Simply delicious.
We would happily visit this restaurant on their ALL MEAT BUffet Dinner nights.
Early this month we had dined on the INTERNATIONAL BUFFET DINNER night in same Restaurant and came away dissatisfied. We didn't like the spread.

Use the courts. Very good customer service. Very friendly staff.

The view of the world's tallest building from the room and pool was good. The dates served in the lobby were delicious.

The service was very good and the staff is very friendly and the view of Burj Khalifa and shaikh Zayed road is amazing
