Excellent, a real five star hotel and more. One of the best hotel experience ever I had. Upto task staff, upto task place, upto task in everything and more.

Had a very enjoyable stay with staff being very friendly and helpful at all times. Would definitely return again.

We have been treated with exceptional courtesy for each of the 12 days we stayed at your hotel All your staff do your hotel proud.

We had some wonderful time in the hotel, great location, great view, nice swimming pool area, nice internet speed, nice options for breakfast, excellent staff, in specific Pradeep, he takes care of us since the first day and my daughter loved him, he was always very courteous and proactive, Khodran helped us with everithing in lobby, Moolina the concierge helped us to find a Safari experience where I can take my kids and Aliya the guest realtions, she helped us when we had a tough night due a party happening on the floors above. The total expereince wasn't perfect because I booked a room with Burj Khalifa view and when I arrived I didn't get this room, stood disappointed but Pam gave us an upgrade for us to have access to the lounge, was great but I had to pay more and I wasn't expecting that in my travel budget.

Love this place. Very Good service, good restaurant, fully equiped gym and nice swimming pool also you can get a taxi easily and any time and prime location of the hotel near to all visited and business points.

The place is the ultimate in beauty and comfort. Thanks for your services

The hospitality of the personnel is very good.
I have stayed in the 32nd floor and booked three other rooms for some VIP guests during the same period, did not expect the rooms to be that old and rusty comparing to the rates and reputation of Shangri la hotels worldwide.
Breakfast was very crowded and needed more space to host all residents during breakfast hours.

Excellent check in experience as our flight arrived @5.30am - room was available by 10.30 am and accepted upgrade to Horizon Club room for breakfast

It is one of the luxury hotel in Dubai which is located in Financial center. You can see luxury cars back side of that hotel like rolls royce. This hotel have valet parking.

I expect a high level of service from the Shangri-la hotel. Tonight I realized Dubai does not keep up with the Shangri-La standard known throughout the world. My friends and I arrived at club 11/11 which just opened a few weeks ago. They had 2 VIP tables, when we gave the name, the jerk bouncer at the door ( I will attach his picture) did not allow me entry. He stated I was wearing slippers which I was not. Not only was I coming from a actual 5 star hotel. I was wearing wedges (I will attach the photo) he then stated I was wearing open toe shoes, which again is not stated on the website and several girls coming out were either wearing similar shoes or heels that looked exactly like mine. So for some reason he decided to single me out. When I asked for his name he not only refused to tell me, he stated he refused to speak to me I asked for a manager, and he went and hid. This is one of the worst services I have received in Dubai and I do not recommend this club. Plus save your money and let this trash close down so maybe something better can open up.

The check-in was late 2 hours, however, i called 2 hours before my arrival. The service wasn t like a 5 star hotel.

Not very efficient valet parking service, hotel is nice

Overall experience was excellent. Your staff were exceptional when it comes hospitality. Great team. My only feedback is to save water. I see it's wasted too much especially the water faucets in the CR near conference room. I suggest you to install faucets same like in the room and not with sensor. My second advise is to remove cloth towels from the CR. I see some of your guests are misusing it. Only paper towel is very fine. This will help you to minimize water consumption and your laundry cost. Overall great experience.

Everything was fine and the best has been the lady at the breakfast reception, who brought me the newspaper for breakfast and the one who always served coffee. He made that stay unforgetable same as the guys at the front and back door
Not so good: there was a defect on the night lightning. It doesnt let me sleep the whole night. The payment for the Burj Khalifa view room isn t worth it cause u need a neck like a giraffe if u want to see it. And last but not least, i am still waiting for my bill
So overall, the hotel and rooms are very nice but the staff, especially Moustafa ( i think this was his name) made this stay for me unforgetable. So give them my thanks

thought I will experience 'the Act'' on the Christmas Eve, it was probably the last big mistake of the year .First of all when I booked it was impossible to obtain the menu, kept very secret, such as a ''holy'' menu, I had to rely on the hostess telling me this is a menu created for the Christmas eve.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I particularly appreciated Jonathan (at the concierge desk) and his colleagues as they helped with baggage weight issues, booking the car, etc. I enjoy the fresh fruit in my room and very much appreciate the care and concern that the staff shows the guests.

We had a very wam welcome at the Horizon club by Omar. As we arrived early in the morning we where invited to join the breakfast,

The Horizon club canape's where excellent. The Hotel has a shuttle service to a nearby Dubai shopping mall. From the 42th floor you have e very nice (outside) view of the Burj Kalifa. The view from the pool is great too.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The view from the room was AMAZING. Great Horizon breakfast buffet, great afternoon snacks and tea, and, of course, the staff, from the receptionist, to the waiters at the breakfast, the cleaners and the valets, great job from every single one of them. This was our first time in a Shangri-La Hotel but we will try to look for one everywhere we travel, and we will definitely return here when in Dubai.

More than an hour and a half for the ckeck in, room at the back of the elevators, (3113) noise of ventilation all night long, to apologize for the delay the reception tells us that they send us a bottle of red wine at 2:30 p.m., received at 11:05 p.m. !!! We had a note under the door warning us of the passage but we had put the Do not Disturb because we were sleeping ... Old-fashioned lounge, full of people, additional tables in front of the reception, limited food. At breakfast at Dune's, queue to access a table unfriendly waiters always passing you by, not a smile, nothing, what a pity, the food was really poor quality, with queues at each stand ...

At the start only a woman was at the reception while 3 people were waiting, a reinforcement came by taking out her little personal pc stuck in the office, it's rubbish, we must provide more staff at the reception we had really a feeling of an industrial hotel too crowded, very disappointed ...

Outstanding service from all staff in all areas throughout our stay. Beautiful room.

It was a business/tourism trip. The staff were excellent (as always). Breakfast was a particular treat. Only slightly adverse comments are; 1) the rather intrusive noise from iKandy, which continues until the early morning 2) the rooms are beginning to look a little "tired" and in need of some renovation

Had an official event. Parking was horrible. Venue and support was great

Does not match a 5 stars Hotel. 15 min to check in, only 2 staff to tKe care of many customers, for a simple question I had to wait long. Main reception was under renovation.

Our first stay with you. Already at the reception, what was promised, that it was, if not more. We enjoyed our stay with you! Our room,
the staff from lobby to pool side and up to 41st floor. Some names
with best regards to: Cris, Bobo, Lizel, Sager and Tory. We are coming back in autumn.
Where ever we travel in future, I will check if there is a Sangri-La
available.

Stayed in this hotel during MedLab exhibition. Very nice hotel with wonderful Dubai view from room window. Staff is very cooperative and got good room service.

1. We booked a deluxe room with Khalifa view , but after two times witches , we still not become a right room because they don t have anymore.
2. We stayed at 39th floor and they have a lounge in 42th floor with extreme music noise .So 3 days we can t sleep before 3Am .
3.Why i don t change a room . Because we have 5 luggage and it oppened . I don t want change anymore
4. So 5 stars hotel , they knew it what happened with the club . Maybe they think we are asian . And the asian people don t know everything :))

It is not a very family friendly hotel, but the pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the room are perfect.

we booked a mini suite and this was a amazing time to stay there. everything was perfect, from check in until check out, super service and very friendly staff.

Good hotel and central. Very good service and nice, clean rooms.

Had been for an product event, hotel seems to be 4 star ratings. Facilities too are very limited and not very premium for an business event. Needs improvement in the banquets infra and prediction space is very small to accommodate many people.

A great stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is fantastic and the views of Dubai amazing.
We were fortunate enough to have club lounge access and everything was of a very high quality.

Amazing view from the pool area! View of Burj Khalifa and surrounding buildings. Menu lack healthy options, offering usual and classical options such as fried and fast food kind of food, nothing special. I only go for the view and pool, and gym. Otherwise really fancy place - menu is not printed on a paper, but it has an electronic version on a Tablet - so you just scroll down the menu.

Huge, well appointed room with a view of the Gulf. Meals were extravagent buffets. Roof top bar with a cool view of the Burj. DJ, cold beer, warm pool and shisha. Pretty fun escape right in the hotel.

I'm rating based on valet parking which was horrible and slow service, also the lunch buffet was ok, lots to choose from unfortunately not that good.
