After a red-eye flight, the friendly staff welcomed us with smiles and professionalism and made it possible to check-in very early, which made our holiday start so much more relaxed.
Our room was spacious with a wonderful sea view.
The overall excellent service was maintained during the whole stay. Any wish was made possible to the highest standards.
Great variety of food and drinks, but I want to mention the outstanding breakfast, which and made every day start excellent. The service was impeccable everywhere in the hotel, as well as at the beach, the different lounges and restaurants.
We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Or as my wife said - it was perfect.

Great hotel, very good restaurant and very good service. the brunch and the steak house are eccellent. I do not stay here so no opinion on the rooms. A bit far from the city center.

Excellent hotel with an impeccable way of delivering the amenities within. The rooms are spacious and the gym is an excellent place to workout. The Blue Jade is a restaurant that you should take the opportunity to partake in for a different feel. If you are staying in Dubai, you should take this place in your consideration.

The Ritz never disappoints. Was recently communicating with them to host an event. The service, professionalism and reaponse time was superb, as always! Didn't confirm due to budget contraints and location but the experience dealing with them was second to none! Insha Allah, next time!

Pleasant place 5 star hotel with more claim. Unfortunately the hotel does not do it justice. Bad service at breakfast unfriendly receptionist at night.

You got to pay for literally everything. They also take deposit about 1500 Dirhams before you check in so keep that in mind.

The HOTEL itself is good, but the hotel feels like a resort, as the building and buildings under construction are visible from HOTEL.

Dont recommend it at all, apart from many other problems, they never informed the breakfast was not included , the man at the reception never gave my husband and i any information of the hotel facilities, and about the breakfast they just charged us for that without asking us if we wanted to add it or not, the man only informed us the breakfast timing.
Completely spoiled my honeymoon! Front office team really needs to improve, i worked in a hotel and i know how it should be managed and what the procedures are.
Please, save your time and money and chose another hotel, because even though after my husband's review we did not received even one call or msg for apology.
Only thing good about the hotel is Ariel who took our luggage to the room. Wish the front office had the same attitude as Ariel.

Incredible grounds, perfect service, and an upscale environment. However, be prepared to deal with extremely rich douchebags and spend an inordinate amount of money on everything.

Nice Resort first visit for me and I got disappointed. I had a ground floor room close to the pool and after I checked in n' got into the room. I found like thousands of ants enjoying the complementary sweets on the table!!

Wow, this is a wonderful hotel .... We hope to visit it again .... The atmosphere is beautiful in the hotel lobby. I advise you to try it.

Very very fancy...which comes off as pure mediocrity in Dubai, except the views are only good if you face the water. Looking in any other direction you quickly realize the area is being swallowed by unnecessary high rises and construction, so that semblance of privacy and getting away that they try to create is completely eradicated and you will be watched soon by a whole slew of people...sound fun yet?

We arrived at the hotel Thursday night early Friday 01:30. We gave the booking details and were informed that they have no room and that the hotel was 100% full. We asked to be upgraded to a better room and he did not have it. We had to go to another hotel for one night, even though we had paid and booked the room 2 weeks before. Unacceptable for such a hotel !!! .

The next day they called us and told us that our room was ready. The night manager had not notified the morning manager who was surprised by the treatment we had.

He upgraded our room and we did not pay for one night.

In general it is a very nice hotel with a very good location.

Spent a few days here and I was very much satisfied. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The restaurants and bars served very good quality food and helped with every special wish i had. Also a very kids friendly place with a very nice water park and many options to play games. Directly on the beach, which is a regular clean beach.

Visited during conference - wonderful place, great restaurant. Espetially deserts (primarily chocolate cake) were awesome.

The best body massage I've ever experienced at the spa. A lovely birthday treat.
