Hotel that is worth it for its situation and its quality of service and customer service

Very beautiful, very clean and modern with well-equipped rooms

Fabulous hotel with great staff who all made you feel very welcome

We stayed here for 7 nights in April 2019. This is an absolutely amazing hotel mostly because the staff are so friendly & extremely helpful. We received a complimentary plate of strawberries dipped in dark chocolate as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The staff here were alot more helpful & friendlier than at the Atlantis hotel. Great location as we did several day excursions including to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari World.

We had a great experience at your 3 bed room Apartment. The only problem was shortage of a third shower room. The quality of Indian food served was not so great. Service and attitude of your staff was excellent. Gym was well equipped and enjoyed it.

It was an amazing experience. The view of the Burj Khalifa was the best and the staff were all very helpful and great. Special mention to Olga, Mohamed, Rajnandini, Maria and Troy. Thank you for making my birthday 2020 a memorable one.

The service has slipped. This used to be an amazing place. Some venues are great like the Hoi An and Horizon Club but overall lack of amenities at the gym with equipment not working due to no batteries being supplied and basic maintenance such as blown light globes and the smell of tobacco make it a little less attractive. No loyalty points for long term people and the dismissive attitude for those same people who bring big repeat business to the hotel through their clients speak a lot about management lack of respect for clients. Long term clients get no recompense when things go wrong whereas short stays are always recompensed for a fault during their stay. Long term refers to those who have lived in the hotel more than a year. Disappointing to see the change. Loyal staff are leaving and this is a loss to the Shangri La

Great place for visitors whom are arrived first time to Dubai, where they can move around Dubai without delay as they are leaving in the middle of the city.

An amazing good qualified staff .. Nice and very clean rooms with lovely view to Burj khalifa and sh. Zaid road .. loved the breakfast buffet .. Highly recomended

The staff was just unbelievable. I ve never had such a great expierence. I forget the door mans name but he was working Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday the morning shift. What a great, amazing positive guy. Great smile and just was so polite.
The breakfast group was amazing nazifha was incredible on how hard she worked and seeing her there almost everyday trying to make everyone happy by seating them and had such a great smile doing everything she did. I actually came 20 minutes late and she politely asked to cook to make me an omelette, she could have easily said sorry breakfast is done but she insisted to get me an omelette and fruit. What a great person/big heart she has.
The front desk was so helpful with setting things up we wanted to do. Visiting building or going in the desert they did everything we asked for and I couldn t thank them enough.
The girls that worked lounge at night on the 4th floor were super sweet and hard working. Marinka and Svetlana very hard working girls and just watching them just be so polite to every single person walking into that place

10/10 expierence and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who goes to Dubai.

very welcome atmosphere. very polite staff. good service. perfect location walking distance from metro station. close to Dibai Mall and Khalifa Tower the icon of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates as whole.

Overall stay was exceptional. Location is close to everything...the malls, metro, shops and restaurants and the airport is only 15 minutes away. The service is also worth mentioning, lots of hotel employees greeting you with a smile all day long. Our rooms was clean twice daily! Very satisfied with our 9 days stay in Dubai!

Previously already done shangri-la in Bangaluru and as always the same impeccable service

A luxurious modern dubai hotel with prime location, superb views and great facilities, hardware and extremely delicious food with quality and variety.

A genuinely professional and friendly team to welcome and serve us, make me and my travel partner truly believed we were highly indulged and staying at our home. I simply can't express my gratitude in words only towards the team, and i do remember those staff names that makes my stay so pleasant and wonderful, like front desk, ieavana, head of concierge, Jonathan, breakfast's Frank, (Bagel), Executive lounge's Hussain and even the lounge's chef.

sure will revisit again soon, thank you Shangri-la Dubai.

Shangri-La Hotel is very nice and tidy and the rooms are spacious and overlooking the Burj Khalifa and excellent location and their sweet coffee provided by Fawzia and Mustafa brother I advise you to visit

Even though this hotel is old but still in an amazing shape and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed staying there. I really recommend it.

The truth is the hotel is sophisticated and I like the Moroccan food, the pub has no bass but the location is great and close to the places the piano function in the lobby is a nice touch The prices are a little overpriced The rooms are good and clean The bathrooms are fantastic The service actually has a five star experience It was nice and on the idea of the former player and the coach Maradona was on the same floor plus For many celebrities

Lovely cigar lounge at the first floor, the hotel is always busy with nice people and very good crowed.. a lot of options to enjoy and I think it's one of the best hotels in Dubai

A very luxurious nice hotel. The value for money is very good. The location of the hotel could not be better. The hotel is 5 minutes from the metro and there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel. In addition, the hotel's own pool has a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa. The spa and fitness are also very exemplary. The rooms are modern and large and have a great view. The staff from the hotel are all very friendly and very helpful. In addition, the breakfast from the hotel is very tasty and it has a large selection.

Overall, a 10 out of 10 hotel could not be better. If I visit Dubai again, I will come back here. A perfect luxury hotel from A-Z!

Bearing in mind the restrictions covid has put on normal life, the Shangri la has done well to keep things as normal as possible. Great location, fantastic rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

My recent stay at Shangri-La Dubai was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was superb. The room dine-in service was up to the mark and more importantly, the food was finger licking !
The swimming pool was a beautiful place to refresh myself and the gym had all the facilities ! My room was very comfortable and suited all my needs and wants.
Hopefully, I'll be checking in Shangri-La Dubai again very soon!

Staff caring. Perfect room. Beautiful view, a little cold pool but so good with the jacuzzi, the superb view of the Burj Khalifa. And the must have free shuttle to the places to visit around. Top !

Nice hotel. Not as the usual Shangri la standard. Hotel lobby in my opinion is too small and very busy.
