Just no words to express the view here. I cant imagine how this place looks when its foggy. Anytime I visit Dubai again, I'm taking a stay here.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Suzan was a great host in the dining. I would come back again

Its is an luxurious Hotel, where the people of high financial standars come and go, it is not suitabke for the economical people. It is very much expensive and its not affordable for everyone. Still standards there are very high.

Checkout is big pain long time waiting staff are slow

Excellent location, Excellent view, appreciated the upgarded, nice pool area.
Only one restaurant open to have a dinner while all the others were closed, breakfast is not a buffet. This should have been mentioned clearly to the client on the booking site. I hope this will be fixed and all the ammenties will start again working.

No chance to try buffet during my stay.
Anyway, staffs are well trained, friendly, attentive & the hotel is wonderful.

We were here for 2 days. 38 floor with Burj Khalifa view. Hotel and room were probably renovated. So far also OK. No German TV. Service and staff good and friendly. Breakfast buffet also OK. However, long waiting times until you get a seat. Not nice! What completely ruined the rating, however, is the fact that we hardly slept both nights. Loud music with powerful bass. How hard to say, though. But of course not at all!
The outdoor pool with a view of the Burj is cool!
But we wouldn't book here again.

Amazing hotel and facilities but not the best of locations

service, food (we had breakfast) and location is excellent. the staff are very responsive for any request.

we stayed 5 nights in 2 rooms (connecting door) on the 37th floor with nice view the Khalifa. all the members of the family were very pleased .

on our next visit we will book Shangri-La again

Rooms are clean and newly renovated, excellent location, Foods amazing, staffs are friendly. Everything is great in this hotel.

Nice quite comfortable place, I've been there 2 months ago

Hotel Machalha treated very nice and the service is excellent and the staff treated them so much sweet and it became a stand that proved my words my sister forgot her mobile with texi we took it from the hotel and we made them feel like the same day,

I booked with them few days in advance for photoshoot in their 42 floor for their nice view, I hired a photographer for that, in the day of the photoshoot they asked me to change the timing and I agreed, when I got there they told me we can t let you have the photoshoot the place is under maintenance and we sent a second email today to let you know about that. They didn t figure out they have maintenance only 1 hour and 30 mins before my booking ! So they gave short notice + paid for the photographer with out getting photoshoot, and the most important thing they didn t put any effort to compromise even. So lost time and money for nothing.If that s their service for a simple photoshoot, I can t imagine how it will be for staying with them.

The experience overall was amazing! The service, the people, the accommodations, the location and the breakfast were all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors of Dubai.

Great hotel, Central location right near Dubai Mall and the downtown area of the place. Various restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel & within. Award winning restaurants in Shangri La hotel itself. Amazing views of the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa on one side and Jumeirah beach on the other. Certainly a great place to stay & explore the magnificent city called, Dubai

Not worth the money they charge per night.. .service etc. Was amazing: no issues... but the hotel is not comparable to normal 5 star hotels.... whatever you pay, just imagine its at best a 3 to 4 star hotel .... then u will be fine

Enjoyed our stay here for anniversary. Lovely views from the room, a nice touch a cake for us in the room that congratulate us on our anniversary . The pool on the 42 floor is just great!!A truly iconic views! Everything was amazing and I wasn't disappointed. One day I'd love to return.

A 5 star hotel with Indian style you can access from sheikh zayed Road Near jumeirah exit

One of the best hotels in dubai, United Arab Emirates. They have many beaches in all over the world. Which having 5 star facilities god service and good quality of food.

Excellent in all respects. Very pleasant functional room perfectly equipped, with space, good bedding and very good soundproofing. Perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling staff, everything is done to make our stay a wonderful one. special mention at breakfast, just amazing!

Nice view from the room. View to burj khalifa or view to creek. Strong wifi. And very clean room. I sleep 1 night in studio apartment room. There is 2 electric stove including kitchen tools (frying pan, knife, spoon, plate, bowl), small fridge, mini bar table. bathroom are very nice with full package bathroom kits (bath gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, buds, toothpaste, toothbrush). There is iron also in the cupboard. Tv channel complete. Swimming pool in seprate building. Great hotel.

We had an overgreat experience. The staff from entering to leaving the hotel was kind and helpful. We arrived really early to the hotel because of our flight and we were allowed an early complimentary check in. They did not have to do this because my wife and I understand how the check in process works but they went ahead and took care of us. They prepared the room for our honeymoon and it was excellent. We could not be more thankful and appreciative of everything. The hotel was beautiful and clean and everything was top notch. We will definitely stay here again. It s a great location and a great view of the Burj Khalifa from the front of the hotel as well as the poolside view.

Our second stay here..as always it's amazing,great staff and fantastic rooms with great views

Nothing exceptional. A major irritant about Shangrila Dubai is they take $300 security deposit even though you have fully paid for your room in advance. I won't repeat my stay here for this reason.

This was our first visit to Dubai as a family & it has been a memorable one. In the beginning we were a little nervous, this being our first visit in a new country. We were greeted by friendly doormen & at the reception by Ms. Oma, who made sure we checked in with ease.
After that everything was comfortable, be it the comfort & cleanliness of our room, the breakfast at the restaurant, snacks & tea at the lobby with a couple of Arabic coffee was a nice feeling of a warm welcome.
Overall we were entirely satisfied including our anniversary cake.
Thank you for making our stay both comfortable & memorable. The family was more than thrilled during our stay.

Welcoming from the time you entered the cutomer service representative khin at the front desk was well pleasing helpful.
The service was amazing and the prices are economically balanced.
Love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay in the Shangri-La during Arab Health. The friendliness of the staff members and the given quality is remarkable.

We had such a wonderful time at your hotel. The breakfast was delicious! I loved the Chiapuddig and all the fresh fruits and juices. Everybody, if gluten intolerant, vegan or anything else, can find something to eat. The staff was really professional and so kind especially Nazihfa and the asian girl on the reception - unfortunately I forgot her name, but I know that her birthday is on the 5th of December.
The room was really nice, we loved the view from our room #3417. The only thing which can be improved is the carpet. I like it more to have wood as floor than carpet.
Moreover we loved the pool. Everything was so clean. The drinks and the food was really good.
Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. We plan to come next year again.

Many delicous restaurant. Especially , they have the lobster buffet in Lobsterlicous restaurant. Its really yummy. Hoi An restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine is also very nice.

The place is very cool and beautiful, and I recommend visiting the hotel. Breakfast is varied, the hotel is very clean, the staff are very classy, and the employee Amy is beautiful in its dealings, classy and helpful.

Most arrogant, unpleasant, rude staff except house keeping, with mangers and the management being the worst to level of unexpectable. Unprofessional to highest limits, nasty experience. No way imaginable as a 5 star hotel with the human resources of the hotel, but the property quality of the hotel is great but is blinded by the dirt filled staff and professionalism with guests. The operator Shangrila should be penalized.

It's been very good. I just want to suggest you to reduce the waiting time for table, during breakfast time. See you next time. Regards!

Nice buffet selection for Friday lunch at reasonable prices Ground Floor) . Also has Vietnamese restaurant Hoi An and a Chinese.

Another excellent stay at the Shangri-La Dubai. Check in and check out were effortless and staff were very professional as always. Concierge service extremely helpful, and also stored my baggage for me for a few hours after check out as I had some last-minute things to do. Room was excellent, very clean, and bed very comfortable. Thapa and the Staff at the cigar bar/balcony lounge were friendly and attentive and service was excellent. Overall extremely pleasant stay, and I look forward to my next visit to the Shangri-La.

Very nice hotel with a nice view of the burj. Very convenient to take taxi or subway. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. Especially the lady with long hair in charge of welcoming guest at the breakfast. Hope she will recognize herself.

I was disappointed with the hotel. My expectations were higher for an upscale chain. Instead we got an old hotel with a bad lobby.
