Here I go to eat Chinese. Best dim sum! Mediocre to expensive prices depending on what man ordered. With taxi ride. It is umhalts to get there. Also Mittagsisch.wenn man has luck could be a well-known boss in the city ..

As always the service is top class. Staff were amazing. Had a really good deal when we went. Excellent location.

I was at the hotel last week. A very good experience The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center. And the combinations of the shuttle bus very varied. The views from the hotel are spectacular, from the room, as from the pools. Rooms very clean, quiet and silent. And the treatment received very good by the staff of the hotel (thanks for your sympathy, offer and work to Omar, Carol, Cris, Stephani, Daniela, Vanessa, Hanif, Bobo, Rovina, Youv raj ...), are people with A lot of professionalism, empathy, education ... One of us fell ill during the stay and we appreciate the excellent service received by the hotel staff. The breakfast varied, rich and complete. In general, I would recommend it to other people. And if I have to go back to Dubai I would not think about it, I would repeat at the same hotel.

I went to Ikandy lounge, and i had one of the best experiences, the weather is amazing in the winter and they have nice taste of music.

Great location. Very good team. Well appointed room (though lights a bit confusing). Really good restaurants. Still angry at quoted babysitting cost which prevented us from using the service.

The service and staff are amazing! Starting from the airport pick-up (although it is an additional charge) all the way to the check-in process, we were very well taken care of. The location is within walking distance to a few coffee shops (including a Starbucks) and fast-food places. It is also a short taxi ride to the Dubai Mall. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the mall but we didn't get a chance to try that out. The room was nice, clean, and had a great view. It's definitely worth the price and I can't wait to go back and stay there again.

Try Hoi An, a great restaurant with a nice bar next door for after dinner drinks.

Everything is there, a good pool, so it does not have enough space for everyone. For a family, take the apartment. Supermarket across the road. It s easy to walk to Voka City. Views from the windows are excellent.

Excellent staff (reception, concierge, support staff). Spacious and super clean rooms. High-end amenities. Fast internet.

The hotel, service and staff are amazing and super friendly. Starting with the airport pick-up, to check-in, to walking into our spacious and well appointed room. Close proximity to malls and entertainment with nearby public transit stations or taxi pickups made it easy to get to all the attractions and events you want to, not that you necessarily wanted to leave the hotel. It's definitely worth every cent and can't wait to go back and stay there again!

Wasn t told swimming pool would not be open,, hotel would pay for taxi to fairmont but not tip, out of pocket....

Excellent stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The staff were always very helpful and friendly even at a particularly busy time for the hotel. Also we were provided with early access to our hotel room on the morning we arrived from Dublin which was hugely appreciated! Overall an extremely enjoyable experience, thank you Shangri-La, we will be returning this year hopefully!

Shangri-la Hotel Staff not good behaviour with Uber Drivers

Had a pleasent stay, but room service was terrible and hotel were not very responsive

It is a very nice place I went over here and met the manager very humble man who really cares about how customers should be treated. The entire hotel is very quiet and peacefull and it makes you wanna just relax. There are a lot of floors and the staff is super friendly always greeting you with warmth love and affection. If I was rich I would stay in this place forever. Ok maybe not that much.

Good place but don't expect good customer experience. I was here for a day for some work. I asked Manager where I can get water and I'd he can arrange water. He gave a poker face and went and no water entire day. A place where you can't even get a glass/ bottle what kind of 5 star it is.

I booked a room 5 months before New Year s Eve with a special view of the city and when I arrived they told me they had no more rooms with that view and gave me horrible room

Room 3007 was warm although AC was set at 18 degrees. I had it checked by your staff and told me that it is because of its position at the corner and the floor to ceiling windows. Anyhow, view was stunning, room is clean, fast elevators, service was on point and fast. I had a nice stay. Thanks to Mr. Supun and Kalua, those guys are fantastic, helpful and welcoming.

The process for check in was really late and the made a mistake in booking
Also it was noisy
I hope they can improve it in future

A hotel, very nice, clean and at all times the staff willing to help, cortez and especially very well located in the financial zone, shopping areas, etc, very good quality food, very good room cleaning, beds and bathrooms very clean and comfortable, pool well located and sufficient, customer service very good, highly qualified staff, definitely return, good variety of television channels and new furniture and good care, great detail by management send a cake the day of my birthday as a surprise, they really made me feel very good, thank you very much

Favorite business hotel by far! The service in this hotel is OUTSTANDING...the staff exceeds ur expectations by far!!!!! Rooms are beautiful super clean and spacious!!!!

Good hotel. Small note on the staff who manages the breakfast which reminds us insistently the schedules of the end of the breakfast. A little too present for our taste!
This is not a hotel for children. Pool in the shade until around 11:30.
It's more of a business hotel.
