Wow great place. I just loved the place. Nice spread

A Central Hotel close to all public transport and train station if you enjoy going shopping. Also close to City Walk which is great for small children andblots of Cafes and Restaurants for all to enjoy. Hotel offerscavlovely poolm and jacuzzi with great service just above the Hotel car park.

Great location.excellent service every time.I have stayed here for the last 10 times and I do enjoy.Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is great with huge variety and fresh.Value for the money.

A five star luxury hotel and an excellent location, Atlatin either on Jumeirah Beach from afar or on Sheikh Zayed Road and Burj Khalifa, excellent breakfast, swimming pool is indecent.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was very big,very clean and very good ambience.The kitchen was fully equipped and we made our own food.There is even a small servant room if needed.The staff were very good and very helpful especially the doorman.Location also is very good and in close proximity to Burj Khalifa,Aquarium,Dubai mall and Fountain show.Even metro station is just a few yards away.They served Indian,Chinese and continental breakfast with lots of fruit,nuts,cheese and salads and it is very good.They have a travel desk with very helpful staff to meet our requirements.

Nice hotel and overall we had a great stay.
A couple of things were disappointing - the adults were on the 40th floor and kids room was on 36th floor. we had asked to be joining or on the same floor.
Also, there was some confusion with our booking. We had paid half board and when I checked in this wasn't indicated - the guy made me feel like I had done something wrong! When I checked out the same thing happened and the people had to manually calculate the bill. the first bill presented did not have half board included. They were very helpful when they did it but not what I expected from a Shangri La.

its just a great place to be , awesome view of burj khalifa and SZR from your window , the staff is very friendly everyone of them greets you with a smile

You have the best customer service! I have stayed in Ritz Carlton and Sheraton and I can say that you train your people well. I was surprised that the reception even asked when my return flight to Bahrain was. He extended my stay to cater to my flight which was hours from your checkout time. He even upgraded my room to an ocean view room. I commend him (Archel) for a job well done! Kudos to your team. I d definitely stay in ShangriLa on my next visit to Dubai!

The view from the pool is oh so amazing by the way!

A very well run establishment, with fantastic staff and amenities. I attended a wedding and stayed for 4 days and it was absolutely flawless. There are also the amazing views of you can stay on a room in the Horizon Club, much recommended.

Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful stay. I didn t think that I could again enjoy my vacation in Dubai. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, and the view from the windows is simply breathtaking. But the main thing, because of which I will definitely return, is the service - I felt at home. I highly recommend it!

Great stay, the staff were very helpful, the internet works really well, the food was great and the location worked well for us to get around the city. Close to the Financial Centre metro station and taxi's are always ready and waiting. Will be staying there again.

For the price this hotel charges the value for money is very poor

The Carpet in the room is aged and very dirty

must say though that the staff's service is outStanding and so is the breakfast

My suggestion would be to avoid this property unless you are getting it for half or less the advertised price

Beautiful and luxurious room with stunning views of the burjkalifah. Spectacular terrace on the 41st floor I think I remember. Fantastic breakfast, good quality and variety. Attentive and friendly staff. excellent location near the metro station .. good views from the pool.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Shangri-la Dubai.
The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean, stunning sea views on the 38th floor. The room staff are very professional and mindful of your well-being.

The hotel swimming pool is very pleasant and offers a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa. Thanks to Troy for his professionalism and kindness!

Room is very spacious but a little bit old. It is clean and comfort. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Chinese restaurant food quality is excellent.

Hood place to bring your girlfriend. Its a roof top. Prices are too high.

Comparing to other countries of Shangri-La chain hotels the hospitality is very bad and more expensive. Paying the expensive horizon club services and getting the service in horizon club facility is never expected soooo bad.

Service level was exceptional, every need I could have was taken care of. Food was great, rooms were wide and clean. I had an issue with the door lock but it was solved very quickly

Great hotel with specius rooms value for money and great team friendly receptionists as well I enjoy my stay.

Great health club and very friendly and helpful service

The telephone booking agent of your colleague should hve advice us that there r no connecting horizon executive connecting rooms in the first place such that we will not even consider shangrila at all .
3 kids plus an infant and 2 fall sick adults , I don t need sympathy but this arrangement is the worst ever.and your check in colleague show no emotion at all .you even charge me for a porridge sent to my room because I was too sick to eat the breakfast.come on

The breakfast is not too great though.

It is a high class hotel which is worth to be at. Dune cafe is a lovely place to dine in. I like to thank all staff at Dune cafe specially Ms. Nazhifa who received us at the entrance with warm greeting. Thanks to Ms. Thrin Thrin and Ms. Lydia for helping us to choose our food.

This Arabian tale! Impeccable service, excellent rooms, a swimming pool, a great view of the mosque. The restaurant food and service at the height. We rested in the Emirates for the first time and never regretted that we chose this hotel .. We went individually to see the sights from Shan Tours, all very professional. The country is interesting, we will come again.
