Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Studio room was just amazing - overlooking the Burj. Pool was great. Food and drink selection at IKandy was fantastic. We will return!

It was the best stay in a Shangri La forever! We met nice and friendly and helpfull people only.
Special thanks to the Horizon Lounge Manager Rifshaz Refai who took special care in an outstanding manner.

The staff at front desk is not professional in dealing enquiries. We have to remind them for the vouchers included in our package for a few times. Once we ask for a bottled water, one of the staff says it may be available in the restaurant next to reception which is very unprofessional.
However, we really appreciate the red gown dressed service man at the front door, he is very willing to help us in any aspect with excellent service standard, from arranging Uber, taxi, to our difficulties in speaking with Arab drivers. Very much appreciated.

Absolutely impeccable service. Most amazing breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Laundry service was very affordable and excellent. Gym was excellent, better than some actual gyms. Overall amazing experience, would stay there again for sure.

This posh high-rise hotel is 4 km from the Dubai Mall and the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Good location, easily accessible by metro, taxi and public buses. Valet parking, amazing pools and bars.

Amazing hotel... The food was excellent and the view is simply breathtaking!

The staff was very kind and helpful. If you visit the hotel you must visit the gym and pool section because there is one balcony connected to it which gives you the complete view of the emirate of Dubai.

The gym was sufficient but didn't have a lot of options. The pool was passably deep and the jacuzzi was very comfortable.

The prices are around 900aed per night and I'd recommend you to come here.

Seems good hotel but to be honest i haven't stayed here only went to the coffeshop way is from this hotel but its on the other side

Lovely hotel must stay in Shangri-la if you are on a trip to Dubai.

I shall have no hesitation in saying that this is the best hotel i have stayed in. This is exceptional! Some might say that it is costly but trust me, every penny is worth. From rooms to location to breakfast buffet every thing is 5 star. I would also say that they host the best buffet in breakfast. Staff is lovely and genuinely friendly. I stayed for 5 nights and this hotel and it's staff gave me memories of a lifetime. One suggestion to visitors, don't order food in-room, it's not up to the mark and also extremely bad for pockets. Still for other things easily make up for not-so-good in-room food, i would've rated it 10 stars if it was possible. Will surely stay here again, and again inshallah.

The same Shangri-La experience. Staying in a suite club room for a family of 4-5 is perfect. Service excellence and home feeling smell. Could be better if they provide more shuttle services to popular tourist attractions such as Atlantis, motiongate themeparks, etc.

Great location, great staff and really good value for money. Particular mention to John the housekeeper, who was really helpful and made our stay really enjoyable.

One of the best dinner buffets I have ever seen. A huge selection of international delicacies!

In general, few topics to talk: some ques in the restaurant for breakfast, noisy at night (room in front Zayed Rd) and irregular room cleaning (we should ask twice to do it)

Visiting this hotel regularly not as a guest, but as a fitness club client, attending ballroom dancing classes. Staff is always polite and attentive. Rich and convenient facilities. Building stands out from other ones with its nice facade with large antique vases and palms in front.

Room on 29th floor not great as views are somewhat obstructed by the building structure. Breakfast selection could be improved although whatever was available was of good quality. Staff were good and the stay was pleasant.

Good hotel. We had our business meeting held there for two days.

One name ''Akshat Sharma'' what a guy... amazing personality with an IQ for attention to detail.

Very professional and helpful guy. Akshat took care of every single request we made and went out of the way to make sure our early morning breakfast was delivered well in time as we had early morning departure.

The hospitality at the hotel was great but Akshat made it more special with that helpful smile.

This was my first visit at Shagri la and would recommend it to everyone I know.

Very courteous staff. Good sized rooms. Overall a great stay.

Very nice well organized high quality service. Good value with a lot included in the base price. Only bad thing was amount of small plastic water bottles used. Maybe for the rooms larger or glass bottles could be used for water to reduce single use plastic. But overall excellent.

As always, you will find exceptional service and attention to detail at Shangri-La. They set up a lovely welcome for me and my wife upon our return. Staff are great.

One of the finest hotel in the country. Unmatched food and beverage options under one roof. Excellent views from the top of the hotel with one of the best bar in the city. Rooms are great and give you a feel of real luxury with the best entities possible. People are good and always ready to help must visit if you in the city. Price point is very affordable and give you full value for money.

The city of Dubai is packed with many high-end hotels, which undoubtedly provide excellent service, but in my opinion Shangri-La ranks first and undisputed .. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for the upscale reception and outstanding service, especially mentioning Mr. Sameh and Azerbaijani Guest Service Officer Aiturna were very tasteful and wonderful
No doubt I will repeat the stay and will recommend my relatives and friends to visit the hotel ..

Everything was excellent. we enjoyed our stay and the staff very helpful and friendly.
However, i would suggest some nice music at the swimming pool. Current music was boring and does not give you the feeling of enjoying the swim or setting at the pool bar. not all people want to have a tan and sleep.
Breakfast was good but because we stayed for 5 days it was repeatative.

It would have been excellent if the pool had been open for the duration of our stay and not just on the last day.

I would like a very special thanks to Mr. Domenico Iannone GM F&B , as he was super helpful and so kind by making sure that during breakfast all the special food for my Boy who's highly allergic to many type of foods available and with different Varity .
