I order two electronic tickets for Yankees vs Orioles on Sunday for my sons birthday. These tickets were never delivered. Took 20 minutes to speak to someone about what happened, got disconnected during my call, had to wait another 20 minutes just to speak to someone. Support team didn't handle situation well. Customer service was very poor in handling this situation and correcting it. Will use Stub Hub next time.

Purchased nba tickets back in February, ended up having to sell them through Ticketmaster (taking a loss on original purchase price) before the the world went into a pandemic. 3 days ago I noticed Ticketmaster withdrew the amount in which I sold them for to refund seller for cancellation. Seemed like Ticketmaster was taking care of it s customer, however It seemed that seatgeat thought I d be okay with a useless 110% promo code applied to my account for 1 year. Which was definitely not the case, got a hold of their horrible service department after multiple attempts in order to get my original purchase price refunded. Was told between 30-45 days, and was sent confirmation through email. I Will be escalating this with my bank if they do not honor it! Horrible experience with this company, who clearly cares more about themselves than their paying customers. I will not recommend anyone I know to use this company and neither should you! Shame on these people.

Bought tickets to the dodger game today only to have them call me ten minutes after and tell me another buyer had purchased my tickets even after they charged by card. They refunded me but offered no explanation except they are a ticket search engine and they can't guarantee the tickets you purchase. Found some others at stubhub thankfully. Will never use seatgeek again.

I would give a ZERO star rating if possible!
Bought tickets may 7th for a August 12th concert. Today is August 12th , it is less than 8 hours until the concert and still NO TICKETS. SeatGeek certainly took my money with no problem but cannot return an email or deliver customer service at all. Last time ever using Seakgeek. I'm $200 out and no tickets . Wow. Stay away from this scam is my best advice!

I purchased 4 tickets from seatgeak that were supposedly from Ticketmaster. When I got to the game, one ticket would not scan. The other three did, but the seats did not exist. I was on the phone with them for an hour. The service was horrible, they did not know what they were doing. I had to argue just for a refund. Ended up leaving without seeing the game.

Bottom line: seatgeak is like buying from a stranger outside of the stadiun

These people have been giving me the run-around on...

These people have been giving me the run-around on my refund since the beginning of July. I've provided proof that the non conference games have been canceled in the Big10 multiple times. I received 2 different emails stating I qualify for a refund and will get a separate email. When I called today, It was like starting all over again! Why should I have to do all the leg work when I've already been told I will receive my refund options? I keep getting the same thing told to me every time. "We've escalated your ticket, We don't see proof the games are canceled, We will call you back in 2-3 days" Not ONCE has anyone called me back. Supposedly a sup is calling back in 2-3 days this time. Very frustrating, especially when I was already advised in email that I would receive my refund options!!

Awful customer service and exploitative return policy, especially with the advent of Covid-19. Every other place (even Ticketmaster!) makes exceptions and allows refunds for shows impacted by Coronavirus, but not SeatGeek. My show was 'rescheduled' for 14 months later than the original date. Seatgeek wants me to relist them so they can collect their fees, but when have you ever bought tickets to a show 14 months in advance? Even major festivals don't start selling tickets that early. Horrible company. Thanks for nothing David Dobrik!

Purchased Tickets a month ago only to later find out that my tickets would be delivered 2 days before the show. I called and was reassured that I would get the tickets on the delivery date. 5 days before the show Icalled again and explained that I was traveling from out of town to this concert so I needed to know if I was guaranteed tickets. Again customer service guranteed our tickets. So we booked a room and bought mega bus tickets. The day that the tickets were supposed to arrive - NO TICKETS. I emailed with a guy name Justin all day the day before and he reassured me that the seller would deliver the tickets 4 hours before the show.. So instead of cancelling my reservations and bus tickets, I travelled 3 hours thinking that I would get my tickets. 4hours before the show, I spoke with John only to find out that the seller DID NOT HAVE MY TICKETS. They were apologetic but as I explained to them before I TRAVELLED FROM OUT OF TOWN. WHAT A WASTE..Now Im.left looking out of the window ftom my hotel room!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

My wife and I purchased tickets to two different events. For one of them the seats were significantly different to what was advertised when we bought them.

I'd love to give them 5 stars because we still had a great time, but it was a false representation and I'm not likely to use them again, nor would I recommend that a friend does.

WORST ONLINE WEBSITE TO GET TICKETS. I USED THEM BEFORE AND NO PROBLEM. THIS TIME FORGET IT. WANTED TO GO TO A SOCCER GAME. WAS SELLING BUT THEN CHANGED MY MIND AND CLICKED ON THE BUTTON TO NOT SELL THEM. SOMEHOW THEY STILL SOLD AND SO I CALLED. EXPLAINED THE STORY TO THE GIRL AND SHE DID NOT GET IT OR WANT TO HELP IN ANY WAY. HORRIBLE SITE. I STILL DIDN'T GET THE MONEY FOR TICKETS SOLD . SCAM! WATCH OUT!

Terrible! Bought tickets for a game tomorrow. Received the confirmation and the charges hit my Amex. Hours later and they still have not sent me the tickets. Multiple rounds of calls including speaking with the supervisor (Vlad) they will not issue me a refund so i can buy my tickets elsewhere. Since i paid with Amex, it is an easy dispute but who needs this hassle. I would never use them again and wish I had read the reviews on these guys before I spent $ with them.

Super disappointed.... I purchased a ticket... They took the money out of my account... Then received a call the following day to tell me the ticket was no longer available. The problem was i also purchased a second ticket which i did receive. So now i have 1 ticket for a concert this weekend and two people going. I would not recommend using them

I ordered tickets from seat geek for my son for his birthday. The concert was scheduled for December 1, 2018, but we found out on November 30, 2018 the concert had been cancelled. I have tried numerous times since then to get my money refunded, have been told by multiple people with seat geek support that my refund was processed, and STILL do not have my money.

I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service that was provided with seat geeks team. I purchased tickets for a concert that s held August 14th and I found out it was postponed to a later date which was never advertised from seat geek. They do not provide any refunds but i was suggested through a representative to sell back the tickets and assured me that a refund will be in effect once sold. He walked me through the steps and tickets was later sold and alerted me through email as a confirmation. I wasn t refunded any funds to my account I called to confirm when funds will be refunded the answers i was given wasn t what i expected i was told once the concert is taking place i will be refunded the money as security reasons but the concert is pushed back to November. I asked for managers and supervisors and no one was able to help i feel like i lost my tickets and money and they didn t resolved anything considering a concert is CANCELED... They need a better policy for situations like this.. This is totally wrong and i will never patronized this company.

Bought tickets for the Boston/Chicago opening day game in April. It was postponed and then canceled due to covid-19. Apparently, seat geek decided to quietly change their buyer guarantee of a full refund in the midst of a PANDEMIC and ignored people s requests for refunds. And in turn, sent an email giving people 7 days to request a refund.... but did not inform their customers on HOW. So now I am stuck with a credit that is only good for a year.... Did someone tell them when covid was going to be over or something for them to give me a credit that has an expiration date? Horrible business. Don t buy tickets here. Shouldn't the refund policy that was in place when I bought my tickets be the policy that should be honored? Or is that too much to ask.

Seatgeek is the worst. I purchased three tickets for a Friday night Yankees game and they sent me three tickets to a Saturday game. I reached out to their customer service team in which they said the only option I had was to resell them the tickets at a much lower price that I bought them from and repurchase the tickets. Extremely shady business practices and I would highly recommend not using them.

Seekgeek is lying to its customers saying that your purchases are protected. They are not and now you can't even contact anyone in support to help you. They change the terms of protection after purchase so you can never really trust what they promise.

We purchased 5 tickets for soccer game at yankee stadium. We paid for premium legend suite seats. Seat geek sent us all info what comes with the premium seats which was all inclusive food and non alcoholic beverages, a waiter and parking
Once we got to stadium and entered through the legend suites entrance we where told the tickets that where purchased where regular seating when we showed them the confirmation and stuff we purchased with the tickets they told us we where scammed
So we paid 60.00 per ticket from seat geek which turned out to be 16.00 tickets

Seat geek is a scam. I bought tickets last night to tonight's Knicks nets game only to wake up telling me the tickets have been cancelled because they are no longer available. Who sells seats that aren't available? I called customer service to complain because as per their own buyers guarantee if the tickets aren't delivered or are canceled they will upgrade you to better or comperable seats which didn't get done for me. Customer service rep told me it's because the seats were never confirmed but it never said they needed to be anywhere on their buyers guarantee. I passed up on comperable seats on Ticketmaster and StubHub that are no longer available only for seat geek to tell me just go buy other seats when the seats that are available are either more expensive or in the nose bleeds. This seems to be a common issue with them as per their Google reviews. I should've looked them up before purchasing. Will be keeping my business with StubHub and others if they don't resolve the issue today. would give 0 stars if I could.

The company is a front for unscrupulous promoters: I ordered tickets , when I went to download them , they showed concert was postponed and Now TBD with no rescheduled: I requested a refund which they re refusing stating it is being rescheduled, but no date or time or place: Do not buy from them, Caveat Emptor let the buyer beware!!!!

I recently bought tickets to see a show in Chicago...

I recently bought tickets to see a show in Chicago to take my mother out for her 72nd birthday. I thought i had all the details straight, but as soon as I clicked the button, I realized that i had bought tickets for a 10 pm Friday performance instead of the 10pm Saturday performance that we had planned on attending. I emailed right away and called too. Nikki (in the NYC office) answered my call and helped me to correct the situation. She was extremely professional and polite (not to mention patient when I asked her to walk me through a few things on the computer.) Her customer service was very positive and helpful; and because she was willing to work with me to find a solution, I will now purchase tickets from SeatGeek again. Thanks again Nikki for your excellent service!!

Seat Geek sold me tickets and sent me a confirmation and then didnt honor it and dropped me cold. They said it wasnt a purchase but an "order to purchase" ... even though I also got an invoice receipt and confirmation from "rightthisway" who were providing them the tix I bought. Both companies just ignored the sale as if they were obligated in no way to provide me tix. I guess these are the "phantom tix" that they other reviewer was talking about . Both companies say they guarantee their sales and are bonded/insured but pretty much it is a game of musical chairs to get the most bloated price and someone is left with no chair. Then they tell the person that an unfortunate mix up happened. But it is happening all the time so its business as usual for them. They said as long as I get my money back it isnt FRAUD. I say selling someone something and confirming it means there is a contract and not providing what the person purchased is FRAUD.
