Bought tickets for the Boston/Chicago opening day ...

Bought tickets for the Boston/Chicago opening day game in April. It was postponed and then canceled due to covid-19. Apparently, seat geek decided to quietly change their buyer guarantee of a full refund in the midst of a PANDEMIC and ignored people s requests for refunds. And in turn, sent an email giving people 7 days to request a refund.... but did not inform their customers on HOW. So now I am stuck with a credit that is only good for a year.... Did someone tell them when covid was going to be over or something for them to give me a credit that has an expiration date? Horrible business. Don t buy tickets here. Shouldn't the refund policy that was in place when I bought my tickets be the policy that should be honored? Or is that too much to ask.
