I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service that was provided with seat geeks team. I purchased tickets for a concert that s held August 14th and I found out it was postponed to a later date which was never advertised from seat geek. They do not provide any refunds but i was suggested through a representative to sell back the tickets and assured me that a refund will be in effect once sold. He walked me through the steps and tickets was later sold and alerted me through email as a confirmation. I wasn t refunded any funds to my account I called to confirm when funds will be refunded the answers i was given wasn t what i expected i was told once the concert is taking place i will be refunded the money as security reasons but the concert is pushed back to November. I asked for managers and supervisors and no one was able to help i feel like i lost my tickets and money and they didn t resolved anything considering a concert is CANCELED... They need a better policy for situations like this.. This is totally wrong and i will never patronized this company.
