Everyone here is great and Randy is very good at his job. You can ask him anything and he ll help you out. The customer service is great!

I came here with a Groupon coupon for $150 worth of work for $79. What a deal I thought. Made an appointment, came in and I've been waiting for 3 hours only to be told that they wont work on my car because I wont get a repair done through them that costs and additional $250 on top of the $115 they added for an extra part they say I need. Had them put the car back together and have to go somewhere else.

Be aware with this people s, bad customers service ever I had in my life s, they offer fake permotion on Groupon, ones you bought and get there to redeem they are ready to rip you off it s kinds of trap, Be aware guys.

Really cheap place to change your brakes out. Got it done fast as well.

I don't think there's an automotive problem that Sunny can't solve. I had an old Honda Accord that a previous mechanic had cause some major problems on....Sunny rewired the electrical, re calibrated the timing belt and basically kept it running. He also charges fairly and is an all around nice guy. I take my Chevy to him now for basic maintenance. I would trust him with any car.

Came by for brakes change and install of shock springs. I was quoted a little high for the rear springs install, but once I told them how easy it really is, Sonny checked and agreed to my price request. Everybody makes mistakes, but this place was honest about it.
The service was quick and outstanding. No complaints.

2011 Infiniti G37

My family and I have been getting our Nissans (and Mazdas and Hondas and, and, and...) serviced here since circa 1987 when Sony first began. Let me tell you the superior, fast quality service always keeps me coming back, year and after year, decade after decade. Key Nissan just keeps getting better and better, it's amazing!
I took my car in today at 2 PM for BOTH front and back brakes AND oil/filter changes, etc. and they still had it ready to pick up completed by 540 PM! Much appreciated and great quality work!

Randy was very honest and to-the-point about my car. I brought my car in to get my front brake pads replaced with a Groupon I had purchased and I let him know that I needed both my air and cabin filters replaced in addition to my brake pads. He did an inspection and let me know I needed my rotors resurfaced and he asked me if I wanted to upgrade my brake pads from standard to premium.

I passed on the offer and he was very understanding and not pushy at all! He even showed me how filthy both of my filters were after and I appreciated knowing what I was breathing and how my engine was handling that.

In under 2 hours and $200, I had my front brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, AND I had my air and cabin filters replaced. He even followed up with me a day after to see how my car was running... now THAT S great customer service!

I highly recommend this place... affordable, efficient, and thorough. I ll refer as many people as I can.

Have been to see Randy twice, once for the rear brakes and once for the front brakes. Both times work was done before promised and the price was incredible. Got upgraded to ceramic brake pads and had the disks turned down. I challenge anyone to go out and look for a cheaper price and service that great! Thinking of making this my go to service station.

I have a 2014 Altima and needed my breaks done and rotor resurfaced. They were faster than I expected, very efficient (breaks work and feel great with my car), as well as they were honest and professional.

Took my sienna and prius for transmission flush, they did a great job and reasonable price.

We have a 2007 Mazda CX-7 , Randy and his team at Key Nissan have kept it running like new for years now. They only fix what I approve and are very fair with pricing. They go beyond regular service and always let me know what s up with my car.

Went to smog check. At first he said I am gonna fail because of my aftermarket intake. But he was gonna go ahead and run the whole test and charge me anyways. He (tried to) ran the emissions test twice, and couldnt complete. First was accelerator violation, he stepped down too fast. It doesnt take much throttle to go from 15 mph to 25 mph in a 210hp car. The second one I didnt see. Then he came in and told me he doesnt wanna do the test and wont charge me. He didnt want to explain to me why he wouldnt.

Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Why do people run businesses if they dont wanna do business?

Great Job. Ask for Sonny, 30 years experienced mechanic. I took my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder in for major repairs: Front brakes, faulty brake light circuit, A/C fan switch bad, broken door latch, oil change, battery recharge, safety inspection, smog engine fault light, smog replacement parts, and smog inspection. One stop shop. All fixed !!! ...and I still have money in my pocket. Got my new 2020 sticker from the DMV. The Pathfinder runs great. Life is good. Thanks Key Nissan !!!

Randy is the best. This place is awesome! They really know what they're doing. Came in with my scion xa 2004 for a clicking sound. Found under cover damaged and loose, which cause the clicking sound. Also, my brake and abs light came on. Got a replacement on my speed sensor.

Great service. Had to come back for an issue and they took care of me no problem and honored my discounted price. Great shop!

WHO GIVES CUSTOMERS DIRTY LOOKS WHEN CAUGHT MAKING UP STUFF? This place. I failed smog here for few reasons but there was no fuel leak like they claimed. I passed smog later that day at another place by the by. Anyway if you come here don't bring your trust because they will abuse it. Aka take your money for trying to fix things not there. I am saying this because they were ready to charge to fix a "fuel leak they found" which was really just spilled 5-30 from an oil change I did. Confronted with this I got dirty stare from old man working there. SERIOUSLY CHECK YOUR SKILL LEVEL IF YOU DECIDE TO COME AT ME LIKE THAT. Craigslist smog check fail. This smog could have been done much smoother if they didn't want to do it twice. Which they did. I'll continue doing my own work thanks for reminding me why again.

My car was made of a year 1998 Toyota 4 Runner & has some issues after this all years but last week the Key Nissan Service caught the problem and fixed it within hours and my car became like a new & Energiatic one. Thx guys.

Customer Service is top! Randy is always good about following up with you on the status of your car. For example, I do not appreciate when the dealer says they will call you back to tell you what is wrong with the car... and they don t. I've been going to Key Nissan for nearly a decade now. I've brought in my last 3 cars I've owned here for service of all types, ranging from simple oil changes to major routine work. In fact, I've brought in and have recommended all my friends and family bring their vehicles to this place. Although the name says "Nissan", they've worked on my Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota and Chevy. The vehicles included street tuned rockets, family sedans and SUV's. Can't say enough good stuff about this place and the owner!

I always take my Tacoma Truck and my wife's Highlander here for any service I can't do myself. The work is very clean and the price is decent. Tony the owner and Randy the service guy are always great, honest and straight forward. The expertise from Tony is beyond many many other mechanics. I always trust him for any advice/suggestion and so far I found no ill advice after almost 20 years bringing my vehicles here. I strongly suggest you check out this shop first before looking elsewhere.

Needed the driver seat on my Altima replaced. The dealership stated that to replace the seat would cost nearly $2k as it is an original manufacturer's seat. I contacted Key Nissan, spoke to Randy, and brought my car in on a Friday to get looked at. Randy found a used seat online, ordered it, and it arrived on Monday. The seat was replaced Tuesday, all for way, way less than what it would have been through the dealership. Thanks Randy and to everyone there at Key Nissan for the quick and excellent service!

I brought my Infiniti here initially to fix my power steering, AC and an oil leak. Randy fixed all 3 and was completely honest about the repairs. He didn't try to recommend any unnecessary work. He charged me a very fair price for the repair work. He gained my trust and I've been a repeat customer ever since. Very honest, trust worthy and knowledgeable.

Randy was very professional. Communication was thorough as well as the service. All work was done as expected. As with any older cars, there are many maintenance issues but you won t find any hard sell or pressure like many other places after the routine inspection. I would come back here in the future. The team at Key Nissan is really good. I had taken my Altima in for a number of things to possibly do based on a check up that was from another repair shop in Northern California. Sonee and his team let me know what exactly had to be repaired in the short term and what wasn t needed until 6+ months down the road.
I was impressed that he didnt want to do all the things on the list that the other repair shop flagged for immediate work and then forego charging me for things that can wait a bit longer. This shop is very honest! Thanks DJ

I was raised with a healthy dose of skepticism when it comes to anything that involves more than the minimal, everyday financial transaction. I've been using the dealership since getting my Toyota but wasn't thrilled with the impersonal, time intensive experience. I tried Key Nissan out for an oil change at first and was happy with the service, cost, and timing. Some time passed and I had a long road trip coming up and needed to prepare my car for many continuous miles of use. I shopped around and the cost combined with the prior positive experience led me back to Key Nissan. I was very happy with the outcome and my car had no issues during the roadtrip. Since then, this is the place I go to for my car needs. They are very fair in costs, excellent with communication, and I have never felt like they were trying to tack anything on just to make more money. In fact, when I was in a tighter financial place before the big road trip, Randy helped me determine what was necessary and what was good for my car but not imperative. I highly recommend Key Nissan. They know what they are doing, they're friendly and trustworthy, and they are efficient and fair.

WARNING: Stay away from this business. The owner is out to get people. I took my vehicle there about two weeks ago and paid for a smog test. I was told to come back because the computer in my vehicle was not on and the vehicle needed to be drive for about 50 miles. I paid them for the smog test and took my car, drove it as instructed, and came back to see if they could smog test it or diagnose the issue. I come to their station (which is empty..probably for this reason) and he proceeds to go out and take a look at my vehicle. He attaches a device that notifies him of codes indicating what the computer is stating is wrong with the vehicle and then says....."you have four problems." Nothing else. So I tell him, I've never been a shop where someone gives me such a vague and ambiguous comment. Can you tell me precisely what the problems are? He says, follow me. We go back inside to his shop and then he pulls my record and tells me Randy helped me last time (his employee...at this time I don't know he is the owner). Then he says I know the game you are playing? I said I don't play games. I want to fix my car. I went to law school. I play no games. He says you need to pay me $160 before I can tell you what is wrong with your car. I said, I paid you for the smog which was never done and now you want me to pay you $160 on top of that before you tell me what is going on? He spent less than 10 seconds in connecting his diagnostic device to my vehicle. Wanted almost $200 before doing anything. Then, I got upset and dropped an "F" bomb. Probably shouldn't of done that. He had told me all of sudden that there was no record of me in his system after I told him I would report him to the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). He told me not to use the "F" word. I used it again. He said, leave my shop. I'm calling the police. How is that for customer service? This guy should not have a license to be doing this to consumers. This is all I got to say. Stay away. There are plenty of other shops next door to him in fact that would likely be more transparent in dealing with consumers. This guy wants to get paid top $$$$$$$ for doing nothing and "plays games" as he says. I think he is projecting. STAY AWAY!!!!!! GOOD BY KEY NISSAN SERVICE!!!!! I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!!

I have been taking my Pathfinder and Sentra to Key Nissan for years. Great guys, they work quickly and their work is solid, I ve never had to go back for a fix on something that they ve already done. Efficient, friendly, they don t push parts or try to make you do work that is not needed. Highly recommend!

Randy and the folks over at Key Nissan are always doing right by me and a fantastic job at that! Have been taking my 2004 Lexus GS430 to them for about a year now and have been extremely satisfied with their work and customer service. During my recent oil change, they made sure to notify me about a big nail in my tire which could have honestly saved me from a flat on my way down to San Diego a few days later. Thanks Randy!

We took our car for a brake pad replacement at Key Nissan. Randy was informative on the phone and very friendly in person. The process was seamless. We made our reservation, dropped off the car and Randy texted us a few hours later for pick up. I once accidentally serviced my 2013 Honda Accord at Key Nissan and these guys did a great job! Randy was very friendly and explained everything so i understand, plus i had instances where i had to choose between 2 different part brands and these guys recommended me the lovest priced because there was no benefit from the more expensive one - i felt like they were on my sight !!! I service my car here ever since . They are verry professional, trustworthy and friendly too . Highly recommend !

Key Nissan is great and I highly recommend. A/C went out and they had fixed it. They are reasonable and very trustworthy. They are thorough in checking out problems and keeping you informed and giving you options. I used to take my car to the dealer, very foolish as they would always find more problems but no more. I highly recommend Key Nissan.

I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup. I was having a problem with the engine stalling after about 10 minutes of run time. I had three different mechanics look at the problem, including Pep Boys. Pep Boys informed me that, since I was not getting a Check Engine light, they couldn't do anything for me. They didn't even bother to run a diagnostic test on the engine.

I took the truck to Key Nissan Service in Santa Ana. After less than four hours, they were able to diagnose the problem. They repaired the vehicle the next day. the truck has been running great since. I would recommend them to anyone.

Prices are the lowest that I ve found, but the quality of the service is amazing. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, and finished an hour earlier than they advised. Randy and Sonee and both very patient and friendly. I wanted to replace both my front and back brakes, but Sonee told me that I only needed to do my front brakes at that time. He advised me of other issues with the car, but was never pushy. These guys are really honest people.

I have been to this shop several times for different cars services. Always please with their professionalism, on time, and good results.
