These people have been giving me the run-around on...

These people have been giving me the run-around on my refund since the beginning of July. I've provided proof that the non conference games have been canceled in the Big10 multiple times. I received 2 different emails stating I qualify for a refund and will get a separate email. When I called today, It was like starting all over again! Why should I have to do all the leg work when I've already been told I will receive my refund options? I keep getting the same thing told to me every time. "We've escalated your ticket, We don't see proof the games are canceled, We will call you back in 2-3 days" Not ONCE has anyone called me back. Supposedly a sup is calling back in 2-3 days this time. Very frustrating, especially when I was already advised in email that I would receive my refund options!!
