Awful customer service and exploitative return policy, especially with the advent of Covid-19. Every other place (even Ticketmaster!) makes exceptions and allows refunds for shows impacted by Coronavirus, but not SeatGeek. My show was 'rescheduled' for 14 months later than the original date. Seatgeek wants me to relist them so they can collect their fees, but when have you ever bought tickets to a show 14 months in advance? Even major festivals don't start selling tickets that early. Horrible company. Thanks for nothing David Dobrik!
