Parking experience needs to speed up a bit. And preordered ticket retrieval needs to be clearer. But the courtesy of the staff & the cleanliness of the arena is great. I had an overall good experience at my event.
I've been here a couple times to see Toby Mac and friends. Real easy going staff but given the crowd its probably a good night for the staff.

I go here for my daughter's cheerleading competitions. Is an acceptable place for a large event.
To bad, I didn't take water and asked to the polices for just one bottle water but they just said, all this water is only for the sponsors.
Seats are really close to each other. To get in and out of your seat was a big hassle with very minimum foot space to safely walk-in front of patrons and seats. Almost fell forward due to no foot space. The only plus is you can stand up at the back of the isle. Without getting hassled by security.
Great for conserts sound was great food way over priced.
Nice small arena. Not over whelming. Easy to get around.

Very clean and well staffed, however concessions are extremely expensive. At the Hotwheels Monster Truck Live show a 20 oz bottle of Coke product was $8.00. Hell, the same bottle of soda is "only" $4.50 at Walt Disney World.

We came for the Ascend event. I came with a group of girls. We are highly disappointment in the way they handled the event. Somewhere there must have been horrible communication. It was an 8 hour event with only 1 hour for lunch. When we ordered (AND PAID) for our lunch we went to another line to pick it up and they said they sold out. Our only choices were the cheaper items, with no option for a refund. They also didn't have vegan options, for my friend. They also were selling us canned soda at bottled prices, because they ran out of bottle soda. I'm upset that they didn't plan accordingly to serve us for lunch, which was our only option because they don't allow food and drink inside. I'm upset that they overcharged us, several times, I'm upset because all the workers were so busy trying to get the 1,000s of people fed that they could correct the mistakes, and I'm upset that I've emailed them and have not heard from them!
Also, the parking lot and the end of the event was a mess and very unsafe. There was no direction and people walking everywhere. Super unsafe, I waited in the car until most people were gone.
I would not reccomend any companies to host their large events here!

Curfew on shows, made our concert feel rushed. Plenty of good seating. Pricey for floor seats and drinks/food was ridiculously high priced. Also parking charges were just plain gouging...2-1/2 stars
Great place for All In. Good seating all around, just wish it was more in concessions.
It's a typical arena I suppose. The workers are polite and ready to help. The prices for food and drink are atrocious, but that's the norm with arenas. The bathrooms were nice and well stocked/maintained. It was fairly easy to navigate inside as well. Nice place All In all.
Been here a few times decent better seating than Allstate arena
Went there for IRCA state championships. Seats are comfortable but not much legroom.

My firts time in Sears Arena. I like ver y much, parking, hallways, confortables seats and very good views.
The Sear center is very nice, fairly clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding our seats.

Attended the IHSA Basketball Games last night. This place is HORRIBLE. I can't believe the IHSA would allow this to happen. Had to stand outside in the cold for 45 minutes (missed half of the first game) due to the long lines to purchase tickets. Totally dis-organized!! I can't believe this was allowed to happen. Many parents and students missed half or most of the game. I give it NO STARS. In fact, should be NEGATIVE STARS.
Carden circus was tremendous, I enjoyed it more than my 8 & 10 y.o. girls. Nice venue, very well laid out and clean, plenty parking, easy to get in and out with good freeway access.
Not happy with the seating here. Very dark, hard to find your spots and the chairs are super steep. I was concerned for my 2 kids when they stood up feeling like they would fall down through the crowd. We saw the monster trucks hot wheels and they thoroughly enjoyed the show, but I was too busy making sure they didn't get hurt. Food is well overpriced, as they all are.
Toby Mac was Ahhh mazing, giving SEARS a 4 star as the parking was terrible. We arrived 45 minutes early only to walk in 20 minutes late and miss the opening act. They had to redirect us to an over flow lot and then walk to the place. The lines to get in were slow and long.
Bathrooms were clean, which is super important! Only downside of this places was over priced food and beer. To be expected I guess for a wrestling show. At least they had some craft beers. Staff was friendly.
Went here for a Windy City Bulls Game and the location was great, price for game was great. Clean stadium.
Very big auditorium with approximately 10,000 seating and parking.
My son had an awesome time at the Windy City Bulls basketball camp. The staff did a great job of training the kids! We will definitely return to one of their camps.
Came to watch the fireworks. They were ok. The only nice thing about coming here was the cooling station they had. You could walk into a mist of water to cool down. They also made the bathrooms inside the arena available it was nice not having to go in a porta potty
The arena is pretty good, Its right off the highway, easy to find, good restrooms. But they seats are Congested, not enough leg room, and the parking is not the best in the world either.
Nice place for a large outdoor venue. Hope next owners keep it after Sears goes under.
Was at the sears center for the state cheer competitions. The facility was set up very well for the event. The only gripe i would have was how jam-packed the lobby area got when trying to exit the building. I understand that there is only so much you can do when you have that many people all trying to leave at once, but there surely has to be a safer, more fluid, alternative to what I experienced.

Went to the Centre for my nephew's graduation. It's a decent venue with ADA accesibility -- important since a family member is disabled.
Consessions are way overpriced. Seats are not that comfortable for seniors.
