Everything is good but food prices are a little high though.

Family member's high school graduation was there, and it was pleasant. The air conditioning worked very well, there were plenty of seats, plenty of parking, and the sound and everything was good. The only thing was that it's very far, but it was right off of the highway, so that made it okay.

MONSTER TRUCK SHOW WAS AWESOME!!! We had a blast and we will go back! I saved money on the tickets this was so worth it!! The Trucks are Gorgeous!!! The Robot they had was amazing!

Easy parking, located in the suburbs, easy to get to

Was just there this weekend for WORLD CHANGERS SUMMIT.. Hosted by Dr. Matthew Stevenson III!! Staff was very helpful great place for hosting events..

I had a very good time at the Sears Centre Arena. I was there to see all elite wrestling. They were putting on a pay-per-view called all out. There were great sight lines to the ring and the staff was very friendly. 1 downfall was that there were terrible lines for the concession stands but it seemed as if they had plenty of concession stands, they're just maybe have been too many people

Went there for a graduation. Comfortable seating. Great view. Decent food at the concessions stand. Love that they have curly fries!!!

Nice wide open place to watch sports. Very clean and smelling good. Nothing to complain about!

Nice place for outdoor shows, but the vendors are overpriced imo.

I love the Sears Centre Arena, cuz I saw a lot of good concerts, ESPECIALLY ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2017....THAT'S WENT I WENT TO A SHREYA GHOSHAL CONCERT, WITH MY COUSIN'S, AND I HAD THE SURPRISE OF A LIFE TIME, I GOT TO GO BACKSTAGE, AND I TOOK PICTURE'S/VIDEO'S, AND MET SHREYA GHOSHAL!!!!!! SHE'S SOOOOOO SWEET AND DOWN TO EARTH, NO ARROGANCE OR EGOS ABOUT HER AT ALL!!!!!!

Its alot smaller than United or allstate. But still capable of hosting great shows. Me and the family attended the circus here. Good show. Everything else was overpriced. But you gotta expect it these days. Overall would go back for future events.

Went to my cousins graduation. They did a great job hosting.

Mother Trucker Beer fest...lots if fun. Please have designated driver.

Big building for events, such as The Mother Truckin Beer Festival. Expect crowds at these gatherings.

Great view from everywhere. Plenty of restroom. Felt bad for the smoke addicts they never provided area or would allow them back in overall had very good experience !

Pretty cool place for a fest. Good beer and people watching. Good 4th of July fireworks.

Great place! Wonderful security and very organized in the lot and inside the building. Made it an enjoyable stress free event.

Parking overpriced and dificult to find accessible entrance

You are somewhat retired, but the place is ideal to enjoy a day with the family

Not sure it would work for all events.

First class customer services,waitresses responce quickly for any type of query.Mindlowing customer welcoming. Each waitress was very skilful, knowledgeable and mannerful.Thank You!!

Came last month for the All In event, the staff is friendly and ready to assist you wherever. I had trouble finding my seats, but when I asked one of the staff members they gladly took me to my seat. It's an arena so prices are a little bit pricy so nothing new. Not a huge venue like the seats here are great! The arena isn't too big or too small. Wherever you get a seat, you'll be able to see everything clearly. Parking is fair and for anyone who isn't near the Sears center, there is many hotels to chose from that is just a quick walk from the arena.

I went for an AEW event and it was amazing. No long waits, ample parking, an overall great experience!!!

There really needs to be better access and options for the handicapped.

The windy city bulls are a lot of fun. The arena is clean and comfortable. The food is also a reasonable price

The security personnel are not on the same page at this facility; different employees hold fans to different rules. One was pretty awful to my 4 year old and I.

If you avoid them, I guess it's ok.

Easy to park at and exit, just don't exit at the main entrance. All lots have a secondary exit/entrance. Event tickets are better priced than most venues. Really can't recommend it enough.

Nice small arena I was in level 200 and I still had a good view of the event i was attending which was a wrestling event for all elite wrestling

This was my first time visiting this venue. Traffic in was heavy with a slight delay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The show was great and had good acoustics within the arena. Traffic out was amazingly smooth and quick due to the facility staff and local police. I would definitely return to this venue for a show in the future!

Near place, but beer and soft drinks are outrageous. 8.50 for a beer is absurd

Hoffman estates outdoor tent. Very well setup for Covid safe events. Lots of room with heaters throughout

we were there for my Granddaughter High School Graduation. They would not let me bring my bottle of water in & when we got inside it was $5 a bottle. Ridiculous

Clean bathrooms. Didn't seem to have any bad seats.

I arrived 20 minuets before start time for the Michael Jackson Immortal by Cirque Du Soliel show, and was 25 mins late to the show because the parking lot was sooo backed up... as soon as you exited the expressway you were in the line for their parking. It was horrible... I will definately think twice before going to another show there.

Great venue, saw monster truck show and was awesome!!

Attended a HS graduation. There were 3 back to back graduations scheduled for the same day. It was storming outside so students and families had to exit from the main level after locating each other. Arena staff helped the those with walkers and wheelchairs navigate the crowd quickly. Cell service could be boosted inside though.

the place is big, clean specially the bathrooms, the parking and the snacks are expensive, but people its courteous. I like it.

Best place for musis and dance concert,sound system is excellent.

Great place to see a show. 2 stars because entrance and parking lot management is a nightmare. Worst parking lot traffic control at any venue I have ever attended. But dont let it deter you seeing your favorite performers just plan ahead

I saw Elton John here a few years ago and It was a great place to see him .It was more fun than a barre of monkeys! I would go here to see an event again!
