One of the companies you wouldn't want to come back to too soon, friendly people but who let you wait at least 6 hours for loading and when you take a deep breath saying that you escaped .... the documents are not ready and you have to wait, as if there weren't enough hours wasted ... a very effective communication! (You have to wait a little longer). I feel disgusted.
