Nice old-style building housing the Manila Observatory and a few other offices. Reception and security staff are always helpful. The building is a good short distance away from Ateneo gates 1 and 2. There is a ramp at the main entrace which makes going into the building wheelchair accessible, but ince inside it will be difficult to access upper floors and the basement rooms because the elevator is not working.

It was a good chance to know more about the technology and tools they use to measure and predict the weather in the Philippines.
