Very large venue. Not very easy to enter. Long lines surrounding the building outside. Not good, especially in winter. Sound was ok, considering the size of the site. Also paid $20 for parking. RIP OFF.

Holy crap turn around!!!!!

Holy crap turn around!!!!!

Toilet lines almost as long as beer line. Ridiculous!

Spent half the time in line waiting to be raped with high prices.

VIP seats are obstructed by speakers and the schwag bag that was supposed to come with the vip tickets is no being produced.

Megadeth still rocked but see them somewhere else.

I always like going here. It's a smaller version of the Allstate Arena, so not AS crowded, very friendly staff and security, and the seats are actually comfortable. I had my high school graduation here YEARS ago, and just had my youngest sibling graduate as well. I've only been here four times for graduations, but every time I am, it's a great experience!

Sears arena needs to switch it's concessions offering from the mediocre fair Levy offers or at least lower the prices: 9 dollars for a microwaved sysco cheeseburger and a dash of cold curly fries does not a good concessions experience make.

I went to the Windy City Bulls event, was my first time there at the Sears Centre. Nice place, I'm excited to go there more once the Windy City Bulls start. Then I was there for a high school graduation, which was very nice. Good spot to have it, plenty of room and indoors.

Arena is a nice size. Not too big, which means any seat was great. Women's bathroom line moved pretty quickly and was clean. Only problems were the "cash only" aspect and the fact that there weren't enough stands open at intermission to accommodate all the people who wanted food. Also, I paid more to park here $20, than I did when we saw Hamilton in the City $15.

Now Arena is showing drive-in movies. Great idea to use stacked cargo containers as a movie screen. Accommodations are great, staff is very friendly & arena is centrally located. Welcomed & needed idea! Look forward to future events hosted here.

I went here to see a concert. It was the worst possible setup for a musical concert. The audio was horrific! Who did the sound system for such a huge stadium. Everything sounded muffled. If you didn't know the lyrics to the songs too bad for you. The mics on the band was louder than the singers. My seats were fine but some people were seated on the opposite side of the stage which was the opposite side of the stadium. Some people were in seats that were blocked by protrusions hanging down from the ceiling. It was a mess. I really, really like King and Country but they were given a bad bill of sale and so were their fans.

The IRCA Competition was held there this past weekend. My granddaughter competes. I have had fun these past years attending this competition at the Sears Center. There cheer team won this year in their age group. Large venue, but once you know the layout it's doable.

Horrible experience. Workers were rude. Inconvenient. We couldn't take our stroller in so we had such a hard time with our TWIN babies. Everything is overpriced. There was never any assistance. The Circus was magnificent, but too bad the arena was problematic. We spent $200, thinking it was going to be brilliant. It turned out to be tremendously disappointing.

went here quite a while back for my cousin's graduation and i was very young so i remember little to nothing of the experience. it was okay so worth 3 out of 5. other than that, you're better off @ Allstate Arena in Rosemont. no good events here other than that, i pass it on the highway pretty often so i know.

For the aew wrestling event last night, my wife and I waited too long to get inside the building, not enough help at the concession stand by section 117, and the merchandise stand for aew wrestling was unorganized and too many people milled around the tables instead of having separate lines so people could get in and out!

Was here for a high school graduation. Weather was scary. Winds were high and there was rain, no dropoffs were allowed.

Other than the above. The place was very clean. Security was very curtious and friendly. Seats are small, and not very comfortable, and rows are close together, though visibility was great.

I had an Easter weekend service and it was good, we had ample parking space, the seats are good and the venue well conditioned.
My only challenge was the women s rest room, in one or two of the rest room I saw dripping water on the floor, it was a mess and the toilet was dirty. I hope something is done about this.

Nice staff, convenient parking, indoor box office and quality show. Nice restrooms and food and beer vendors. Hot Wheels Monster Truck live.
Photos from upper level suite. Before and after the carnage.

This is a very nice arena. Food and beer is overpriced for minor league basketball though. $10 for a beer is steep IMHO for this venue. The people I went with had been there before, and requested we eat dinner at the restaurants around Sears so they could save some money.

This venue is way too small for monster truck shows. They had concrete instead of dirt track. This prices are very high for everything! If your a smoker you cannot even go outside. Go to Allstate its way better

We found the arena easily using the Google maps. The parking was very close to the arena, and it cost us $20 to park our car there. We didn't wait to long to get in, and finding our seats didn't take too long (~5 min.). The lighting was perfect. The lobbies and the bathrooms were clean. No negative points in my view.

We have attended a good amount of events for the Windy City Bulls.Definitely great for the family. They keep the kids entertained. They hand out a bunch of free stuff as well. I'd definitely recommend for a family night out. My kids loved it! Parking is pretty convenient. Friendly staff.
