This is a large arena with good views, but they concession stand charges were outrageous; $5.00 for a bottle of water!

Decent venue. I enjoyed the Irish Fest very much. I was very disappointed going into the restrooms and seen such negative comments on the mirrors by a professional dermatologist!
Clean and beautiful but no smoking section. No reentry
I went to this place for a high school graduation ceremony. I believe that it is an indoor arena for hockey and maybe indoor football. The parking was free for the high school graduation I'm not sure if it's free for other events but it was very accommodating and very clean and nice place so I would recommend going there if the prices are not too high for the event you are trying to see.
$10 to park and it was a bit of a walk to the entrance. Lines moved quickly to get into the building though.
This is a very nice comfortable and safe place recommended to visit it
There is always something fun and exciting for the family
Food very good not so high the drinks is too high$3&$7 is to much for a drink somewhere else is a dollar
An amazing atmosphere especially for all wrestling fans!!!
A fantastic arena to attend an event at. Great seats, relatively easy entering and exiting building. Only negative was exiting parking lot. Kind of a mini nightmare. Otherwise a great experience.
I had Great time here watching the kick boxing championship. The security staff was very friendly and helpful.
VERY bad management! Used only 1 entrance to let people in for a sold out show!!! We felt like a heard of animals waiting outside in the rain. While we were waiting to enter the building, there was NO sense of personal space. Where is the civility for such a huge event in the 21st century?!
We were there for All-In, I was with a VIP. Staff was amazing, security was great. Everyone was very accommodating with directions and needs of our group. I was very impressed.
Nice arena with friendly staff. The concessions are not expensive. Parking is fast and they get you out in an orderly fashion.
Awesome staff, family friendly and great bang for the buck( Windy City Bulls)
Bobby and Shawn are great guys and always take care of me and my family and friends treat me like there family members.
Not a bad seat in house. Pricey at the concessions though.
Went for the circus...and it was great! Venu was clean...food is moderately priced....restrooms we're very clean...parking was close ...every event we go to at the Sears center is great!
Great location for a concert although the seating has tight legroom, not the best to sit for a 3 hour show.
Nice arena. Clean and well staffed. Reasonable prices at concession stands and booths. Ample parking.
Easy entry and clean building. Very nice. First time and I had a great experience
Great family entertainment! Nice tribute to our Nation's heroes and especially to Kobe & Gianna
It's an arena. The bathrooms are clean, the concourse is spacious, the pizza is Garibaldi's, and the seats are not antiquated. My only knocks against the place are the parking fee ($10 for G League basketball?) and the fact that everyone has to funnel through the same entrance which causes a bottleneck.
GREAT VENUE for the Arena Cross. Easy & convenient parking.
Went and saw the circus. Kids loved it. I felt they tried to promote buying their memorabilia too much. Only had tigers for animals in show. The show was mainly choreograph sing and dance with few good acts. Young kids will like, but teenagers and adults will find lame
Great acoustic, great artists, close to Hwy 90, restaurants and hotels.
My son and I had so much fun! Great place to see an event.
Nice venue, easy to access and loads of parking. It would be great if there were easily visible signs outside indicating exit and reentry are not allowed as there are signs once inside. Kind of a pain if something is left in the car, etc.
It was a good time . But traffic stinks getting out of there I was there for a concert working it
Real basketball action on the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago
I don't know why when someone has an issue with finding their tickets on their phone, just put them aside and let us with tickets through instead of building a backup.
Had a great time at hot wheels monster trucks live with my boys
Easy access location and great to see concerts etc... All vendors should be opened though to accommodate
Was here for a few different events. Great seats no matter where you sit. Good and beverages are a little expensive, but I guess it goes with the territory.
Went to a Chamber event here for Windy City Bulls. Very well organized and looks like they've got some good systems in place. Will definitely be back!
Great clean and new venue. Love it! No more overpriced Rosemont scam parking!!!!
Easy to get to.. very large arena, great comfortable seats..
Very nice facility but concessions were expensive. $5.25 for a small bottle of water is a little much.
This venue is a bit of a pain to get to if you live in the city. My friend and I went for the Yanni concert (yes, I know - THAT Yanni). We had to hire a car to take us from the city to the venue as there isn't reliable public transportation nearby. Sears Centre is really meant for suburbanites with cars I guess! The security was really friendly and we were able to get in pretty quickly. There were two ladies' restrooms for every one men's restroom, which was really nice to see at a venue. Why I'm giving this venue only 3 stars is the drink service. First we waited in line for 20 minutes and missed the opening part of the show as there was only one bartender for our entire section. Second, we got up about an hour in the show to grab another glass of wine and they had already stopped selling. There weren't any signs posted that said alcohol wouldn't be served after the show started but that would have been nice to know. Also, even though we had only missed the beginning of the show, all of the ushers disappeared - it was really hard to find our seats. But the venue is intimate for an arena show and the lights/sound were really great.
Nice arena, you'll have a nice view from any where you sit.
This place is amazing I went there for cheer and we still did good our girls did awesome and the medals were cute with matching shirt there necklaces were cute too.
Love watching volleyball here! Great atmosphere. Lots of parking. Easy to get to.
Seats are waaaaay small and pretty darn steep. The arena its self is easy to get to and maneuver around in though, so there is that to be said for a smaller venue like this. Went to Burritos and Bach which was held in their lounge type area and that was just fine.
Fun place with fun events. Food and drinks are expensive.
First time here, came for the fireworks show and carnival. We had a great time and we will be back next year.
Very clean facility . Family oriented. Great DJ. Lots of entertainment at the basketball game.
Only reasonably priced concession was Starbucks. A clear sign of the end times.
