Came here to watch a USAV volleyball game some time last year, which was great, but that not what I wanted to talk about.

When I arrived, I got locked out of my car with the car still running, so it was definitely a weird situation for me, having never been so forgetful as to leave my key in the ignition as I exited and locked the vehicle. Luckily, the staff in the parking lot were extremely helpful in advising me what to do and guiding the police through the large parking lot to find us and help get my car open. They then escorted us in a cart so we can quickly get to the game without missing anymore of it. Thanks and just wanted to show I appreciated in their assistance in a moment of over-excitement for volleyball!

Nice arena. TERRIBLE SOUND SYSTEM!!!! Concessions. Were criminally over priced. $47 for 3 cheese pizza slices 2 bottles of water and a pop.

1 star off for paid parking. Air you breathe in there still free.

All-In 2018 was phenomenal! Great arena and event staff are super super friendly

Parking here is "pay to park" and is a minimum of $20 per car, which seems a bit obnoxious when I only spent $15 for a concert ticket. Floor seating is hard metal folding chairs and upper area seating (surrounding the floor) has about 12 inches of legroom between the edge of your seat and the seat in front of you. Upper area seating is built on a 75 degree angle, so if you suffer from vertigo you may want to pass this area up. If you are someone who may need to use the restroom or go to concessions (WARNING: concession prices are insane...paid $7 for a bottle of water) during the event make sure you get an aisle seat. If you are in the middle of a row you're NOT getting out until the event/concert is over!

Attending a national cheer event! Great venue! Clean, a confusion on were to purchase tickets and get screened. But went very well.

Nice clean arena with some excellent events. The annoyances are minor, and exactly what you expect: food's expensive, chairs are a bit narrow, and getting it of the parking lot after an event stinks big time. But I don't think I've ever sat in a bad seat.

Had a great time. This is a great venue! Arena Football, Basketball, good times.

It was an awesome experience! My family and I seen the "Hits Deep Tour" ft. Toby Mac, Jeremy Camp, Aaron Cole and others...

Carnival for disabled individuals. My children enjoyed the rides. They were on the swings and missed America Most Talented Dog Show. Fun for the family.

We've been to a few events here and it's always been enjoyable. Parking is easy and seating is what you pay for.

Fantastic venue see shows big but not too big E-Z Parking plenty of places to eat and Shop right around it as well right off of I-90

Last time i came to this place. They discriminate against SMOKING PEOPLE! Mostly asian people smoke, so those racists made that rule. At the same time they sell alcohol, for all the white people.

Kinda small for monster trucks but decent, decent..

Nice arena. Only one entrance that made people wait in the rain for security. Iffy parking plan.

Basketball game. Sight lines were horrible. Scoreboard looked like something from a 1990s classroom. Team shot at a whiteboard for a half. Tear it down.

I love when they have Christian concerts. My number one place to go.

Venue was cool, staff and security were fairly rude

Visited Sears center for a concert. Limited bathrooms, long lines. Ridiculous long lines to get a beer. Old. One of the worst venues I have been to for a concert.

Had the best time! Awesome seats, good food! Bulls win free Mcdonalds food! :)

We had a blast, great location and people working there.

The parking is great, good size building. The only reason i dont give a 5 is the prices in the venue. Drinks are Pretty much $10 for a beer. Spent $40 on 4 drinks

I was there only for my cousins high school graduation.

Awesome venue for our girls cheerleading competition. Well kept building, accommodations and staff BUT VIP rooms could have been used for all the teams instead of being rented out for families Since there were so many empty VIP rooms. Think of the kids instead.

Went to my first Windy City Bulls Game and was a great overall experience!

The location is nice, parking is easy, everything is clean and in good condition, and I don't think there is a bad place to sit. The only downside is the food. Even for stadium food it is bad and expensive, so eat before you go.

The center, main walking ways, and bathrooms were clean.

A lot of fun. Third tier seating still had a great view of the concert. You do get more leg room in an airplane, but we stood most of the concert anyway. Really expensive concessions.

Only one entrance? Other then that the facility is very nice. Seats are a little tight but not like Allstate Arena. Will come back there for other events that may come up.

Only visited once, but overall a nice place to host large events.

Great arena for kids best ice in Illinois just great

Bert Kreischer is the Best!!Even though it was chilly, he warmed us up with humor.

Cheer and dance competition was awesome. Congrats to homer Glen PCA for taking 1st in the state championship 2,3,and 4th grade. 10 parking. Free admission with reentry. Friendly helpful employees. But man the men's bathroom was tore up by Sunday after noon. Hehe!

Wonderful place for big celebration events. Enjoyed Warren Township High School Graduation ceremony.

Parking for events is crazy expensive ($20). Arena was well kept but also not modern enough to charge $20 parking with no alternatives.

The Windy City Bulls is a professional basketball team. You can expect to get the same level of entertainment that you experience at the United Center at an affordable price. The team has produced stars like Spencer Dinwiddie, Alfonzo McKinnie & Antonio Blakeney. Get in the game!

Winford Dance and Cheer competition had a great time everything was really late on nice

The place is to expensive, for a water, pop, and a bucket of popcorn it was twenty dollars. They do not let you bring out side food, but the prices they have like 7.50 for 20 oz bottle of pop people are going to find ways to sneak food in.

Nice concert place middle of blooming town of Hoffman estates

The venue was nice and everything was easy to find. Parking was good. However the seats were WAY too small and way to close and it was hard to move around.

Big space that looks dang impressive when filled to capacity and is very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Really nice facility. Easy to get to. The Parking Trolls are a little dim, though.

Nice Facility, easy in and out of the parking lots. The venue is clean inside and well maintained.

$20 for parking and 30 minute beer lines. You cheep wankers. Hire some people. You can afford when you are charging $10 a beer.

A very nice arena for a high school IHSA Sectional Boys Basketball game.

The place well, in the stands the seats below are comfortable and the arm poses.
In the middle the seats are uncomfortable and the arm pose is fixed.
The 3rd line is already like VIP has a table.

A great place for a high school graduation that has 600 or more graduates.

Need better acts there, been there twice both for TNA wrestling, the buidling is nice for what it is..but leaving the arena is a pisser.
