Very nice place! Clean and we'll organized! Food prices of course are high!!

Dank ass arena 420/420, but because my graduation was here I didn't get a chance to eat any food from the concession stands, which from what I can remember from my sister's 2012 graduation it wasn't open much 5 years ago either

This might be the most over priced food at an event I've ever seen. They forced me to throw away my Dunkin coffee, what a sin!! But luckily for me they had a $7.00 water for me. The $7.00 nacho 24 chips and a thing of cheese, at least the United center they pack them in.

Awesome place I love the people and performances, concessions it's a wonderful experience

Very poorly managed and designed. With only one entrance it took ages to get in for a concert with a line wrapping around the building in the mud. Security staff just stand there and did nothing about the line being more of a massive crowd then a line or about people smoking in the line. Nobody offers to tell you where you need to go or where the end of the line is. No help or staff once in the building either. With doors opening only an hour before the concert we missed a few artists as they can't process that line in a quick fashion having only one entrance. We were very confused through the whole process. Pricey parking at $15 for being an hour from Chicago. With the concert setup there are only two staircases to the upper level and very cramped to access all the aisles. Would be very dangerous to exit quickly if needed.

Very clean and they had many food courts and many seats for the family but the only thing I don't like is how their is only one main entrance and exit to the parking lot and with a couple thousand people is can get hard to get in or out.

Great place to see a show, easy on and out, easy parking. Wish they offered more concerts, but it just isn't feasible with the Union costs for setup. Shame, such a great venue

Easy entering and exiting the venue, right off a major highway, clean and spacious venue

Sears Centre Arena is so amazing and their workers are so helpful. They also have good quality items in their shop by the entrance. I was so amazed. You should check there performance schedule so that you can have
an amazing experience like me.

$20 for parking and they have a slow credit card process which makes the entry process slow and painful. The balcony seats are steep and tight which is dangerous if you have to walk past someone who's seated and can't get up. Otherwise it's a good place for a concert.

Concessions here I guess like any other place of this nature are just really really expensive eat well before you arrive and try not to get too thirsty. LoL

Took longer to get through the front doors due to bag/purse check and having to get scanned. Appreciate the security measures but there could have had a few more scanners.

Fun place to take the children to, high energy and lots of free give aways.

Sears center employees were very nice. Location was clean and easily accessible. We went for the hot wheels monster truck show which was also great. Food and drink prices were very high though - in my opinion.

Very clean, always has events every week! Staff is always so friendly.

I wish more big concerts took place here. We went for a graduation. I have been for other events and the place is clean and easy to get to and out.

This venue is clean, safe, and relatively easy to navigate. The signage is decent, and it is fairly simple to find your assigned seats. Foot traffic through the main level is decently managed, but could be better with more creative use of queuing implements and signage.

Restrooms were maintained well. There were not enough stalls to move the lines completely through during a standard intermission, but plenty to keep short lines during the event we attended.

Parking was $20, and didn't feel worth it, but there are no nearby alternatives. The attendants did their job, but leaving was still really congested and a hassle. It is a good walk from parking to the entrance even from the better spots.

Definitely dress to be outside. The security check is efficient enough, but it is so close to the entrance that it is inevitable for any sizable event that it will be backed up out the door, forming a line outside.

Nice enough place for a graduation or sporting event. Though the acoustics are rather poor. Concessions are way over priced, a standard size candy bar was 4 dollars and a soda was 8 dollars.

Not enough disabled parking, parking staff were disorganized.

The building and views are great, however they seemed short staffed and ran out of food half way through the event I attended.

Been there a few times and it's a very nice stadium. Comfortable seats and a good view from anywhere. 8.75 for domestic 16 oz beer. Didn't have a meal but did share a funnel cake and popcorn very good. Seems to be inadequate number of urinals. About 20% of seats were filled and still lines at the bathrooms.

Was there for a craft beer festival.

Attended a festival here. Clean, friendly staff and really enjoyable experience. My only suggestion is to make sure that the stairs are clear. My friend and I sat on stairs by the coffee area and there were tiny metal shavings on the stairs.

I went for spring awakening this year and bought a 3 day pass spent over $400 for my bf and I! but Sunday we got there late but in time for my fave artist Griz and they wouldn t let us in which is ridiculous. I m not sure if I ll go again. Unless they get new staff at the gates.

Very big place. I had no problem finding my seat. The managers of the place helped me kindly.

Excellent place for sports or concerts or conventions. I liked the place very much.

Not bad but expensive, $8 for bottle of coke lol a little small for the monster truck show as well but nice clean place.

Beautiful arena, well laid out, great seats everywhere. But the parking lot/exiting parking leaves a lot to be desired.

Biggest complaint is that there's no wifi and limited cellular coverage.

Besides that had a great time for a Windy City Bulls game.

Parking is $20. LIFO parking. Needs more restrooms. Venue is well maintained. Courteous staff.

Great except needed some air conditioning during concert. Got pretty HOT in there.

I love the convenience of free parking and places to eat near by.

Its an OK venue but parking Is way too expensive for most events. Parking ranges from $10 to $30 depending on events. I like Allstate Arena Is a little better because u get FREE parking for Ringling Brothers Barnum Bailey Circus every end of October and November plus also for Disney on Ice. Here Its $10 parking for Shrine Circus. This Venue Is huge but arena Is medium small. They also use Ticketmaster. I'll see they do tonight for the circus.

When there is an event here it's nothing but confusion

Me and my brother graduated from here, also used to watch the Chicago Express hockey team here. Great games and venue.

I had the best time I've had in a long time. Finally got some cotton candy and it was really good. The Siberian tiger's were beautiful. I kept thinking the trainer was going to be their dinner though. :).

Real nice service accommodated my seating arrangement that was hard to sit in seat in stands and was able to get handicap sitting

A nice moderately sized stadium in the northwest suburbs. You can have a cheap, kid friendly outing by watching the windy city bulls, or take advantage of a bollywood concert. It does seem as time goes on that the sears center is starting to get better concerts and performances.

Good arena, I've seen three ice shows there and good sight lines with helpful staff.
