Not a bad seat in the house, concessions and beer are wayyyy too expensive.i suggest tailgating in the parking lot beforehand

Went to see elmo live. Parking was nice and close to arena. Clean place. Over priced food

Hidden gem arena in west suburbs getting better shows all the time. Home of Windy City Bulls NBA DLeague Chicago franchise.

Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I would have given it 5 stars but the cafeteria area was terrible. $10 for 2 small bottles of water and the food options were pretty slim.

Best event I've ever been to. Worth the 9 hour drive.

We love us some Windy City Bulls, but the concessions are poorly staffed and overpriced.

Okay. We had a pass to park in the c lot and spent over 100 on it and we weren't permitted to park there so we had to park in cabelas.

A great venue to see All Elite Wrestling. Perfect atmosphere.

Went for Granddaughters graduation and it was exceptional time.

Watched AEW there. Had a good time. Down side food and drink prices. Only bottled drinks that were expensive.

Got in and out super quickly. Bathrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. Can't complain about anything

The venue is just okay. Needs better food options. Ushers should be less aggressive in trying to seat you. If there are large sections of empty seats, ushers should not try and discourage you from sitting in them. Also to charge a parking fee (for an event that was only half sold) only serves to deter attendance. Do better.

A clean arena, with great sight lines, and quick and tasty concessions. Could use a second entrance, and more bathrooms however.

Liked that it was pretty big. Didn't like the echoing of the music. A little crowded getting inside. Wish they had a place you could wait to meet someone inside needing to get their ticket.

Try and buy tickets on their website without paying an extra 14 dollars for "ticket protection".This place is a ripoff ,stay away

You have to pay to park in their parking lot. Seats are very small.

First time here, really nice facility. Very clean. One thing I noticed is that all of the employees were very polite and helpful. I'll not hesitate to come back

Whole ticketing situation was very disorganized for Carden circus

Nice arena could do with some updates but all in all nice layout. Could use wifi because cell phone service is horrible. Prices are outrageous but that's to be expected.

Have been here for many events. I love that it is easy to get to. The seats are comfortable and there are no bad views.

Enjoyed this place for a concert, sounds was amazing.

Brought 2 sons and a nephew to Sears Centre Arena to see a circus. We had a great time. Very clean facility and easy access on and off I-90!!

We were in town for an event at the Sears Center Arena that had roughly 10,000 people in attendance. They got everybody in pretty quickly and without issue. The Sears Centre Arena accommodated the amenities that reflected the people attending the event (they turned a womens bathroom into another mens restroom). For the size of the arena there was not a bad seat in the house.

This place is great when they have big name entertainers come in. Even up and coming acts would be great more often.

The parking though can be a pain as well.

Overall it is a good experience and worth taking a look at their acts to come.

Great place to hold a graduation but if you want to watch a good basketball game come to Milwaukee to see the Milwaukee bucks

My family attended a Circus at the Sears Center. The show was great. The staff at the Center was not. I was unaware that there is a no smoking policy anywhere on the property. When I requested to step out side I was informed in a most rude fashion that I wouldn't be allowed back in.
I had intended to go to my car to retrieve my sons sippy cup as well as have my smoke break. The attendant at the door told me he would not allow me reentry because "He knew I was lying" about the sippy cup. I was not Lying about the cup.
I was talked down to and embarrassed by the staff member and for that I will be taking my family elsewhere from now on.

Went for an event. Good parking. Place is well managed

Nice place several exit points to make it easier to get out

Very nice for family and fun. Even if you are sitting by someone unruly you can private text seat and floor. They hadle it while you're name doesn't come up. So you can still have a great time. Bathrooms are clean and very neat

First of all I would like to comment on the event I visited tonight. I watched a gymnastics event, and the venue was perfect.The atmosphere was great and we had fun.
What I didn't like was the fact that the promotional material for the event , she the members of the 2016 U.S Women's gymnastic team.Now the standard of competition was very high. No U.S Olympic champion was involve2. I think the U.S Gymnastic Association can be guilty of false advertising.
Secondly, I was told to get rid of the water I was carrying and then was made to pay $5 , for a small bottle of water. I don't know who is responsible, but I think those you fans and parents are getting ripped off, when attending , such meets.
Another issue I have is the $15 charge foe parking my car . I am surprised , Chicago gets so visitors to the city. I say it is way too expensive.

Saw the windy city bull's game here. It was nice to sit up close and see the game. The kids have a fun zone to play games and jump around while the parents watch the game. That is a great idea. Loved it. More places should do it.

Great once you get inside the venue, but they don't disclose the $20 cost of parking anywhere on the ticket or their website.

Handicapped areas can be more handicapped and Comfort friendly.

Gets pretty crowded but other than that good place to go to

We saw the Chris Tomlin, Worship Night in America here and it was awesome! The sound was perfect and the venue was great! We will definitely see more concerts here.

Parking is expensive, and the seats are terrible. Close to the arena, but so tight and close its overwhelming. Not comfortable. Other arenas are wider seats and further apart so you can stand and walk between them without tripping on cup holders (at ground level). Drinks are $8 for a bottle of pop. Outrageous! Much higher than Allstate or other arenas. Venue is clean and people are courteous, but other things prevent the 5 stars.

It's a really nice place but bring a sear cushion for the stadium.

Sears centre is an OK place but if youre going to an event where speaking or music is involved, totally not recommended by me, the acoustics are terrible.
