Worst venue for parking, entry, and exit. Poorly managed in all aspects. Leave way early if you are planning to attend an event.
Its close to heart. Parking is a bit expensive and food too! Oh well, so is the fun - intense.
I've been in this place several times, Yani's Concert, Toby Mac's Christian music tour 2019 and great, grrat Graduations. In concerts you must pay for parking, but for Graduations is free. Inside is super clean, good security and comfortable seats are waiting for you in any Event.
Its ok for watching fireworks but there are a lot of mosquitoes
Made us pay $20 for parking when tickets were already expensive.
We went to see a monster truck competition with our entire family, adults and kids under 5 and had an absolute blast. If you intend to go to a monster truck event you need to have hearing protection for everyone.
The staff from the parking lot to the vendors are very friendly and helpful, seating has excellent viewing from every seat, restrooms are clean and we'll maintained.
Great venue for just about any entertainment I can think of.
Good place first time there I was there in a event for kids and was good
Attended a concert here. Parking was well organized and convenient. Smaller venue has advantages that there was no bad seat in the place!
Big stadium. Always buy the cheap ticket then after the show starts talk to someone in the crew to move to the front row!
Because Circus is always Fun please go to the Circus don't let it Die.Also the Sears Centre Arena perfect place for small events people so nice.
USA VOLLEYBALL!! Even though the corrupt and selfish CEO of Sears who has destroyed the lives of tens of thousands for the sake of selling off bits of the company so he can pocket the money tax free owns it, the facility is great. The need to have better food vendors though.
I've only been here twice but I like the place! each time was for a graduation but they did a great job hosting!
Able to celebrated Easter with all seven Harvest Bible Chapel campus'
Not a bad seat in the house. You have to pay extra for parking, which is obnoxious given the location. Concessions are decent.
They so a great job organizing the graduation. From parking, to security, to meeting place designations well established outside... great job!
Great time at the Windy City Bulls game. Took my son and he loved it. We had floor seats right next to the visitors bench, great have and a fun place for kids. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids, they will love it.
Good sound system and ample space with good food options
Seats are small they over charge for parking and snacks 6 bucks for a 20 oz soda is outrageous
Great venue for graduation Toomey lots of parking nice air conditioning
I was there for All In (as were so many others!). First, parking was a breeze to get in and out of. That is important to me!
Second: I was in the upper bowl, in literally the 2nd to last row of chairs and my sightlines were great. There isn't a bad seat in the house which is awesome!
My only complaint (and I know this isn't the arenas fault) is the lines for Merch were insane! I also wish there had been more closed circuit TV's in the downstairs area so that I could've watch the opening match. Also RIP your cellphone signal as soon as you walked in.
Those issues are little and did not detract at all from my enjoyment of one of the most amazing nights of Wrestling I've ever seen live.
Very large place. Seating sections are marked pretty clearly, concessions are very expensive!
The seating was good and the arena was clean. The people who work there were very helpful. We went to the circus on this day
Attended graduation here and staff ensured everyone's safety
Great venue and great value! Megadeth, Suicidal Tendencies, Amon Amarth and Metal Church! Awesome... Nuff said!
Great venue, but be prepared to take out a second mortgage for food and drinks.
Great place for the IRCA State Cheer Finals. Bathrooms are a little sketchy towards the end of the day and concessions are bit a pricey, but I suppose that's how most venues are.
Easy in Easy out. For King and Country was awesome. Doing the Lord's work.
Wheelchair attendants earned kudos from our party. Beautiful facility for graduation!
Concert: Hillsong United - People Tour
Venue: clean & well air conditioned
Staff handled traffic and parking very well.
Getting in the door was a breeze.
Since there was no intermission, I wished concessions stayed open until all attendees left. Would of loved to get some dippin dots!
People working at Sears Centre are not accommodating for those who are handicapped
I have two opinions of the Sears Centre. My company hosts events here, and the staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Our attendees have a wonderful time. As a guest for a show, it's a little different. I understand all venues overcharge for food and drink, but a small pizza slice for $9 and an aluminum bottle of Miller Lite for $9? Wow! I live across the street so I just wait to go home to eat and drink. Way steep. Overall, it is a convenient place for the suburbs, but pricey.
We were here for a concert. The management was horrible. Even though tickets were booked online, we had to be in long queue for 2 hours. Tickets were assigned manually and everyonr had to wait in rain.
Never had been here before. It is a nice place to see events.
Great area. Easily accessible. Clean. Had a great time watching the bull riders, cowgirl and of course the rodeo clowns
Great place. Plenty of parking, great location which is easy to get to. Lots of facilities inside, typically liquor, food/ snacks. Lots of bathrooms. The area is industrial so the roads are pretty big and hold a ton of vehicles before it gets backed up. Great location for an event you are attending and then you have Schaumburg just down the road with many restaurants and bars. Smeary to get to from the burbs or the city.
Too cold...my seats were terrible. We left early because it was useless sitting there
Easy in and easy out for ADA. Nice seats for handicap. Friendly employees. Fun experience.
Great venue for concerts and other events. Decent sound quality and almost any seat is a good seat. The vendors are cash only and the food/drinks are a bit overpriced ($6 for a bottle of water). The parking attendants are very high-strung and unwelcoming.
Smaller arena for more intimate experience. The food options are very limited and the traffic from Chicago is terrible. Positive: the viewing experience / Negative: Everything else
Excellent facilities. Amazing atmosphere in their games. We had a great time at the Royal Prestige award
They had the big doors open, way too cold for kids
Had to park a long ways off.
Staff was very nice but the facility is in bad shape. Someone needs to put some money into new carpeting and some paint at the very least.
Nice arena. Seats are smaller than United Center or Allstate Arena. Staff need to provider better direction to get back to the parking lot. I had to walk all the way around the arena in the rain because I somehow got turned around trying to exit the arena and get to the parking lot. Speaking of, driving out seems to take forever since it seems as though there is only one way in and out. Took me close to an hour from the parking lot to the I90 ramp.
It's pretty cool that this place is right here in our little town, but there aren't many events here that appeal to me. So I rarely ever come here.
I mean, the place is fine, but there is a severe bottleneck with only having one entrance. Also, concession prices are CRAZY for what is essentially a minor-league arena.
