Bought a CPO 5-Series a few weeks ago, the buying experience was good. One of the tires on the car developed a blister on the side wall and is not drivable. I called their service team and was told they could fix it at the end of next week, 9 days out! I said that wouldn't work, and they said they'd escalate to their management. It took three follow up contacts over 24 hours to get a response. I can drop it off, they will not provider a loaner, and they will get to it when they can, no commitment of when it will be done, "probably a day or two". This is a new tire they provided on a car they just sold, and it is not drivable. This is the worst customer experience I have had. This is my fourth, and last, car I will buy from Schomp. Go somewhere else if you want a BMW!
